This Palmetto Dunes, two bedroom, two bath villa is located in the Anchorage development in the centrally located Palmetto Dunes complex. The Anchorage is just steps away Shelter Cove Marina (www.sheltercovehiltonhead.com) where there are several restaurants, outdoor bars and shops as well as live entertainment in season. There are numerous water sports opportunities near Anchorage with kayaking, jet skis, canoes, fishing boat charters and dolphin/sightseeing cruises. Walk a little further and experience Shelter Cove Towne Center (www.sheltercovetownecenter.com) with many more restaurants, upscale shopping and Krogers. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center offers opportunities for those activities (www.palmettodunes.com/things-to-do/tennis)

The villa is bright and spacious with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi and televisions in living room and bedrooms. Enjoy a lagoon view from the balcony. Convenient location just steps from the pool and hot tub. There is also a pool pavilion with a gas grill, fridge and Tv available for guests. Beach access is convenient as guests have parking privileges right at the beach or utilize the FREE shuttle service from the unit to the beach.
Villa has king-size bed in master bedroom and 2 twin-size beds in guest bedroom. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is a queen-size sofa bed in living area to accommodate 6 people.

We were very impressed with this room,we have been to Hilton Head many times and have had very nice villas,this was at the top of the list. Island was very busy but villa was very quiet and peaceful,and we needed and enjoyed that

The door was almost impossible to open it was swelled shut and coming apart. I had to call owner. I sent him a picture of door as it was separating I hope they get someone to fix it soon

I didnā€™t know there were steps and that the condo was on the third floor and thereā€™s no mention of it in the description . I have bad knees. I was able to make it work because of the landings between steps. However, the condo is lovely.

Wonderful Getaway on Hilton Head

This was our second summer visiting Hilton Head and it was even better than last year. We stayed at this property, which was in the same group of condo units that we visited last year, but had an even better experience. The home was clean and updated and had a lot of really nice extras, like bikes, games, beach chairs, and more. All of our communication with the Bixlerā€™s was wonderful as they responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely hope to stay here again next year!

Amazing Stay!

We have been visiting Hilton Head as a family for over a decade now (40+ years for my husband and his family). We like to stay at different condos/villas to find a place we like, and this place was perfect! We are hoping to book again next year. It was clean, spacious and a great location! Owners were friendly and responsive, check-in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental to others. Thanks for complementing our wonderful vacation!

Awesome Vacation Getaway!!

The villa met our expectations--great location (near Shelter Cove Harbour & the beach)! Clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable. Only concern for us was the number of stairs to navigate--especially when checking in!

Owner was great to work with and property was clean, great location, pool was not crowded, and it was nice to have the beach stuff and bikes onsite. Access to the beach was easy by car or bike. We biked there a bunch. Shelter Cove area has a ton to offer too. Great family vacation.

Check-in problem due to faulty door lock.

When we tried to enter the property we could not get the door unlocked. We called the owner but it was too late to find a locksmith. We stayed at a motel and early the next day they called to let us know the lock had been repaired. We were reimbursed for the motel and everything was fine after that.

Love this place and this owner

As usual, loved our stay on HHI at this unit. Had a couple of issues which the owner dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Proactive about a couple of issues which is really impressive. The pool was awesome. Took the family, including 2 sons + wives and 2 grandsons (almost 4 and almost 8). We had a blast there and at the beach. Highly recommend this owner and unit!

Relaxing Retreat

Our family enjoyed our time at this Villa very much! The Villa was much more spacious than we'd imagined it would be and the location was perfect for us. Just steps to everything Shelter Cove has to offer and yet a very quiet and secluded location. We could have gone without the 6:30 a.m. trash pick up, but that was very minor compared to front row firework display and the pool just a few stops away. We have stayed at many condos and villas on HHI and this is our new favorite! Looking forward to trips to this Villa in the future. Thank you Jane for sharing your lovely place with us and for responding so quickly to any questions we had!
