This is a first floor efficiency condo in building 10. Free WI-FI. The living room offers a cable TV, boot and glove dryer and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories with seating for 4 at the dining table. This unit has a queen size bed. From your private balcony you will experience breathtaking mountain views along with a view of skiers cutting down Switchback on Sugar Mountain. Our new clubhouse is open and ready for guests to enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room. The property also has tennis/pickleball court and outdoor grilling areas. **No wood burning fire place**

Great memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our little unit was super cute, clean and had things needed for the 3 days we stayed. The only down side is that has no storage place, no hanging or even drawers so you basically have to live out of your suitcase on the floor. Other than that super cute.

Great location for getting right in the slopes. Thank you!One suggestion for the Club House, not our room, is to ha e the pool and hot tub open later. The lifts close at 10 so maybe have the pool open until midnight.We'll definitely return.

Nice, quaint and easy access to the car and the slopes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked for myself and my partner to enjoy a weekend. She stayed in cozied up in the condo while I skied and we both had a great weekend. The location is convenient for a quick ski day or even just a nice mountain view. I think next time, we’ll try to book a room on a higher floor, but the view was still very pretty, despite fog rolling in during the late morning. Everything was very clean and convenient. Only thing that bothered me was house keeping showing up 30 minutes before checkout time to start cleaning, pushing us into a rush mode and I forgot a personal item in the room that is not easily replaceable.

Great Ski In Ski Out- a bit too small for 2 adults & 2 grown kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay overall at this location. The proximity of the unit to the mountain was the best part. It was a short little walk to Oma's Meadow. The boot warmer/glove drier (in the unit) was really useful to us! The unit was able to get nice and warm, which made it comfortable. This particular unit was too small for our 4 person family and we needed more space. After snowboarding all day in the (unfortunate)rain (instead of snow), every piece of clothing was soaked and every inch of the condo was taken up with hanging our things to dry. The main bed was very comfy but the pull out sofa bed had a little too much metal that one could feel. There was only one blanket we could find in the unit other than the bed spreads. The bathroom was updated but the kitchen wasn't. Unfortunately, even though the hot water heater was quite large and should have been able to accommodate hot showers for all of us, not one of us was able to get a warm shower. The water got extremely hot then cold and then stayed cold. I was hoping the hot tub in the main building were different. It was part of the small indoor pool room and it was heavily chlorinated. If we had more time, I would have enjoyed using the sauna. That looked very nice. I would stay again but just if I was going as a couple, not with my kids, and if the hot water situation were fixed.

Decent place. Needs updating

The stay was cozy for the most part. The pullout couch, one of two listed beds, was horribly uncomfortable. Most pullout couches are but this one was on another level. The netting that goes over the frame was stretched out and they used a thin memory foam topper as a mattress. The bars on the frame were all you could feel. The oven, stove, and dishwasher were all very old but still worked fine I guess. It was relatively clean aside from some broken glass in the bathroom which actually cut my foot when I went to use the shower. Hot water is gone after 1 shower and the water pressure is very low. Aside from all of that the place was fine.

Wonderful weekend stay

Older unit but decent for the price

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was warm when we arrived so that was nice. The doorknob on the outside doesn't actually turn but the key turns the bolt granting access. The linen's for the sofabed were sheets only so no heavy blanket or bed cover so it's a good thing the heater works well. Toliet is round and rather small (old) so the owner needs to consider replacing it with a more modern oblong-style seat and toliet bowl to provide better comfort for guests. Internet was not available due to the fire in the Admin building. We were aware of the comlications at the admin biulding but were not made aware prior to our arrival that Internet would not be available. Pictures on this site do not show the ACTUAL view but you can see the slopes from the deck. I would recommend the owner update with ACTUAL photos

The owner may want to invest in a new bed, pillows and comforter, especially paying $150/night. The heat worked great and the view...breathtaking! The property was also convenient to everything once you got off the top of the mountain. I'd recommend to friends if a new bed was put into place.
