An efficiency in building 11 just steps from the Oma's Meadow slope of Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Free WI-FI. This charming unit has a queen size bed in the alcove area comfortably sleeping 2, and a fully equipped kitchen.. The living room has a small futon for additional sleeping. Nice location for friend traveling together each needing a bed or small family set up. From your private balcony you have a breathtaking mountain view, just perfect for your mountain getaway. You can see the top of the ski slopes at the Sugar Mountain Resort. Our new clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room. BRING extra towels for the pool as they are not provided. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. **No wood burning fire place**

Great place to stay

I had an issue with a leaking toilet that was resolved in a timely manner.

Club house and office ladies were wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed being able to snowboard down sugar just steps away. The club house and the front desk ladies were wonderful. We were not impressed with the condo at all. It didnt feel very clean at all. There were boogers wiped on the window and some on the walls. The comforter- pillows- and sheets were not clean at all. When we went to put the futon down for my daughter it was full of crumbs and peanuts and not so sure it had ever been cleaned. It really boils down the the cleanliness. The bed also felt as if you were sleeping downhill and it was not comfortable. I also woke up to some kind of critter scratching in the wall right by my head! The resort as a whole is pretty good- but I wouldnt stay in this room again.

Very nice experience!

The condo was super clean and very nice. Absolutely perfect for a couple. And the views were awesome. I will definitely return.

Would return, but to different unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management here is awesome! They definitely worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The room, however, was not good. The mattress was awful and incredibly old. Dirty pillows, stained sheets, bugs in the bin of extra sheets, and flakes of plastic or something were between the sheets and mattress pad. Someone from the office did bring us brand new pillows, which was nice. The carpet was sticky and even wearing socks didn’t help, they would start sticking to the carpet or to the inside of our shoes. There were 3 forks, dirty glasses and plates. The view was amazing and the drive up is lovely. The clubhouse is newly renovated and the management was a pleasure to deal with. The unit itself is one star at best the entire place I would say 4, management 5 stars.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not expect to walk about half mile up the hill where lodging was situated with ski booths on. Other thing bothered during our stay was a windy snow storm we experienced. A high wind kept us awaken first night of our stay. Other than that everything else was okay. Fantastic time skiing!

Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great to be within walking distance from the top of the Big Red slope. We didn't have to drive and find parking at the bottom of the slope. All we had to do was ski down the slope to buy lift tickets!! Great views too!
