Bright and cheery, the ‘Toes In The Water’ cottage celebrates a fantastic location and ultra-comfortable accommodations. This three-bedroom, three-bath exceptional vacation property is the perfect beach getaway, with a welcoming open front porch, featuring an outdoor lounge area for two leading to the inside of the residence. This cottage was recently renovated in the Spring of 2022 down to the studs, a stunning renovation with designer touches throughout.

The first level of the vacation cottage is home to two bedrooms, one king primary bedroom, and one king guest bedroom. The newly furnished king primary features a dresser for storage and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. A sliding barn door leads to the recently remodeled primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The second bedroom also features a king bed, an oversized dresser, and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Attached to this bedroom is another full bathroom featuring an all-new tub/shower combo for a modern bathroom feel. Guests will appreciate the full-sized washer and dryer located in the laundry closet at the base of the first-floor staircase.

The home's second level is where you’ll find open-floor plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The newly furnished living room, with a wall-mounted flat screen TV, plenty of built-ins, and large windows, opens up the cottage to an influx of natural light. The freshly updated, well-equipped kitchen is also on this level of the home, complete with modern stainless appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen also features a new island with bar top seating for six guests. Just outside of the living area is a screened-in balcony with outdoor dining for six!

Up another level to the third floor, a bunk bed with a twin bed over the queen-sized bed emerges, situated in an open loft. Surrounded by windows, the space also includes a television and leads out to a fanciful furnished balcony with bar top seating for two, serving up fantastic views of the surrounding town of Seaside and the Gulf.

For those evenings spent at home, the cottage also includes a pole-mounted grill for family meals, and for post-beach cleanup, the home offers an outdoor shower. Mere steps away from the Westside swimming pool, the ‘Toes In The Water’ is also close to all of the town’s other amenities, from the numerous tennis and pickleball courts to the other swimming pools and the fitness center.
