Inside there are three comfortable bedrooms on the main level and a fourth bedroom upstairs. The king primary suite is a luxurious retreat with new furnishings, a mounted flat-screen TV, and French doors that lead to a private screened-in porch lounge with cushioned wicker seating—a perfect spot for evening cocktails. The ensuite bathroom is spa-like, with marble countertops, dual vanities, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower featuring a rainfall and multiple-stream shower system.

Down the hall is the queen bedroom with a mounted flat-screen TV, a club chair, and French doors that open to a shared screened porch outfitted with rocking chairs. A third bedroom features two twin beds, porch access, reading lights, and cheerful decor. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a large vanity and a glass-enclosed tub and shower combination.

Upstairs, the bright and airy second floor is where everyone naturally gathers. The new kitchen is a highlight, boasting gleaming quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's a breakfast bar with seating for three and ample storage space throughout. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large table comfortably seats eight. The spacious living room is outfitted with a large sectional sofa, accent chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV—making it the perfect space for movie nights or game days. Just beyond the living area, the screened-in upper porch is an ideal extension of your living space with a dining table and additional seating, making outdoor meals or sunset lounging easy and enjoyable any time of day.

Also on the second floor is a bonus work area with a built-in desk, perfect for guests who need to check in with the office or work remotely.
