Lake Murray Getaway with Private Dock and Boat Ramp

This wonderful two bedroom two bath home is perfect for a Lake Murray vacation. The master bedroom has a queen and full bed, and the second bedroom contains a queen bed.

The two bedrooms and an air conditioned sleeping porch with 2 single beds allow your family plenty of room. Both baths have large tile showers. Located in a quite cove just off of Bear Creek, we have year round water where you can enjoy swimming or fishing off of the dock with no disturbing boat traffic.

Want to get out of the water for a while? Drive into the quaint town of Chapin where you will find antique shops, spa, coffee house and restaurants.

Relax and Enjoy wonderful family days and evenings on beautiful Lake Murray.

Should be named fishermans paradise we travel to fish bass tournaments i could only wish every place was as nice we are all 50 and older big bass boats come with us plenty of room to move boats arounds hospitality you could not ask for better host deffenitly a great lake to bass fish will deffenitly be back atlest 2 times a year greart price yes its not new but definitely under price for what it is i think you would be satisfied and not disappointed

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The house is as described and the owners are very accommodating. Being not to far from the town of Chapin was great for grocery shopping and the occasional pizza delivery.

Great place!

Great place to stay for a fishing tournament we had on Lake Murray. Power at the dock for boats and boat ramp in the back yard. House was cleaned well before we arrived and we will definitely stay again!

Very nice place right on the lake !

Our fishing club enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for all of our boats also with a boat ramp in the backyard! The hosts were awesome as well ! We definitely will be renting again from them !

Fishing trip

Great place on the lake. The owners were very accommodating and quickly responded to all questions. Our stay was during Helene and the only issues were loss of power for 2 days. The house was one that had power restored quickly.

Relaxation Vacation

This home is spacious and comfortable with a view to die for. The home is well-equipped, close to town and has all the comforts/necessities of home. Paddle boarding in the morning to watch the amazing sunrise is a must!!! Lovely home!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had such a great time at this beautiful lake house. The location was amazing (quiet cove) and the cove neighbors were so friendly. The house had everything you could want/need and accomodated our crew of 8 plus 4 legged family member perfectly. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the entire house was clean. Especially loved the sunroom, deck, and beautifully landscaped yard. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay! It was wonderful. Pictures of the house do not do it justice. House was more spacious than expected. Location to town was a short drive. The kids loved the amenities provided (paddle boards and paddle boat). And the owner was responsive and tentative to our needs. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay

Enjoyed swimming off and sunbathing on the dock. The house very functional and clean. I slept great on the comfy queen bed. Very quiet and peaceful except for the frogs. Must be mating season. :) A couple of cute rabbits seem to live on the property.

Outstanding Host and Property

I stayed at the property for a large fishing tournament. The boat ramp in the back made it a great place to stay. The grass didn't hold up during the rain but our host coordinated with the folks next door and they allowed me to use their ramp the rest of the week. The house was clean and quiet. I really was gone most of the day at 4 am and back in the evening so I can't comment more. I would not hesitate to stay again. If I have to give my money to a business or rental I do not mind at all giving it to people as wonderful as our host!!! Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoy our week at Kimberly home!

Kimberly called the day before our stay and the day of our stay to make sure things we ok. She was a very nice person. The home was clean and neat. The neighborhood was nice. The next time we will take ant killer to put around the yard at the lake, so it will be more comfortable sitting by the lake. So that the only thing that would have made our stay better. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Kimberly for sharing BKC

Perfect little getaway

My husband, his best friend and myself rented Kimberlys property for a 5 day fishing trip. The house sits in a beautiful cove right off the big part of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and we didn't feel like it was to far from town. Kimberly and her husband were wonderful hosts and always available to help with any questions we had which was about fishing. :) The home was just as described. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the needed things for cooking and a few extras. This was our first time using VRBO and thanks to the wonderful experience we had I look forward to using it again and visiting this home on future fishing trips. One last thing fishing off the dock at this home is great but be prepared to catch as many turtles as fish..lol..

Fantastic

This property fit us perfectly. The property gently sloped down to the dock.. The dock accommodated our 4 jet skis. We had a great time swimming off the dock. The dock area was pretty sheltered so there was no concern of the jet skis getting pushed around. Fuel was readily avail across the bigger bay and The state park. The ramp was functional and easy to use to load and unload. The house was very clan and included everything you would expect. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and the seating was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms were updated and very nice. We used the large rear porch most of the time. TV and internet were very good. The owners were excellent to deal with and very attentive to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We will definitely be back. exceed our expectations at ever level. .

Comfortable house on the water

We decided to take a last minute trip to the lake, and this property turned out to be the perfect choice. It's easy to get to and the house was exactly as advertised. It's an easy walk down to the dock, and we had fun out on the water all week long. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nicely updated. Just watch out for ants in the yard.

Great Family Vacation

This is the second time that we have stayed here. It is clean and comfortable. It is a great location in a quiet cove for swimming. Plus, a dock for a boat. The house had plenty of spce for my family of eight. My adult kids loved cooking in the kitchen. The owners are friendly and easy to work with.
