Beautiful two-story family-friendly home. We are located on a large secluded lot on Lake Keowee without neighbors on either side of the house. It is just 10 minutes from Clemson Stadium and just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. Lake Keowee has over 18,000 acres of water, making it the perfect place for boating, fishing, water-skiing, tubing, and much more. Bring your boat to explore this pristine lake and all of its beauty. We have two large docks with plenty of room to dock your boat. A public ramp is just minutes away from our home. Very close to Seneca Marina, where boats can be rented. South Cove County Park is located just minutes away, with a guest pass included with the home.

The beautiful home sleeps up to 24 people. Plenty of room for multiple families to share this seven-bedroom, five-bath home with two full kitchens and two sets of washer/dryer units. Includes a large deck that overlooks the lake. Bask in the sun on our large deck overlooking the lake or the dock. There are three different a/c controls throughout the house to accommodate everyone's needs. The main floor has a large smart TV with DVDs and three large windows overlooking the lake. The downstairs also has a large smart TV centrally located in the central area. We also have a surround sound stereo system with built-in speakers throughout the house and outside on the porches.

Jamaica Lane has seven bedrooms-Upstairs we have 1 Master bedroom with king size bed with a full bathroom, 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom attached, and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and crib with a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs has one bedroom with two twin beds and 1 set of twin bunk beds, one bedroom with 2 queen size beds, one bedroom with one queen bed and one full bed, and one bedroom with two king beds, and one full bed with full bathroom attached. 5th full bathroom is in the hall downstairs.

The home offers two fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, microwaves, 2 coffee makers, icemakers, blenders, disposal, and dishwashers, fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, toasters, and glassware, including a crock pot and a 12-quart stock pot.
Downstairs has a large recreation area with a ping pong table, pool table, foosball table, smart tv, and DVD player. Lots of kids dvds available. Board games and kids toys are available. Poker table and chips, cards included.

The main dining room table seats 10, with 2 bar seats at the large island next to the table. Outside there are two lounge chairs with a table that seats 5, and a table that seats 6. The downstairs table seats 8, and a table with chairs are on the porch. There are also 4 lounge chairs and many chairs outside for your enjoyment.

Located outside are one 2-man canoe, one kayak, two paddle boards, and a paddle boat that are included—lots of floats available to swim within the lake.

The home also offers additional amenities- a high chair and crib available. They are located in the upstairs master bedroom closet. Children's bedrails and gates are also available—a large commercial-grade stainless steel grill on the upstairs wrap-around porch. Life jackets and water toys are available for your use.
