Large deck in the yard between the house and the lake. This is a great place to lay out in the sun!



HOT TUB:

We have a hot tub that will seat 8!!



DOCK: We have a swim dock!



WATER LEVELS: As of December 5, 2025 we have 1.5' of water at our dock. Due to our location on the lake we are able to move our dock in and out to keep the dock floating. We adjust the dock minimum bi-weekly.



PATHWAY TO DOCK: We have a paved pathway down to the dock with a few stairs near the bottom. The total distance from the house to the dock is 225ft.

CHECK OUT: 10AM



CLEANING:

We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.



LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM):

May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support



LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY:

Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
