This new luxury single-family attached home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. It is located just one block from public beach and a few steps away from an outdoor community pool (restricted). Walk to public beach in minutes, where beach lifeguard is onsite during summer season. Parking in front of the home for free.

Step inside and you are greeted by warm wood floors, cheerful and comfortable seating in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a dining table that seats six(6) plus, a large flat screen HD SmartTV with Live TV and Netflix streaming. A kitchen, a half bath, laundry with washer and dryer, and access to a fenced backyard patio is also located on the first level.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for family and friends with seating for two at the breakfast counter. The enclosed backyard features a charcoal grill and a patio set that seats four plus.

The first level also features the master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, dressing table, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second level features two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combo. One with a comfortable queen-bed and a love-seat sofa; another with one comfortable queen-bed, a twin bed, a pull-out trundle, flat screen HD Smart TV with Live TV and Sling TV.

Parking (2), WiFi high speed internet access, Live local TV and Sling TV are included.

Location: The community is located south part of Myrtle Beach - just minutes away from all the attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer. Close and convenient to Family Kingdom, Broadway at Beach, Market Common area, Malls and Outlets, Brookgreen Garden, and Convention Center.

Rental between June 1st - August 17th is on a Sat-to-Sat base only.

Our parking passes that were emailed to us had the incorrect checkout dates, but it was corrected as soon as we got to the home. When we got to the home, the code didn’t work, but Jay answered as soon as I called him and had it fixed within just a few minutes. The home does sleep several people, but it’s not very roomy for a large group, the furniture does need updating, one of the drawers in the downstairs bedroom is falling apart, the mattress in the downstairs bedroom has a dip in it making it extremely uncomfortable, the screen door has to be pulled really hard to get it to close, but it still has large gaps making it impossible to leave the front door open because it gets hot from the air coming in from the gaps, and the dryer needs to be replaced. It ruined a lot of our clothes from strings getting stuck in the wheel and leaving black marks on half of our clothing items. It is a super quick walk to the beach, and everyone staying this last week was super nice. With a few upgrades and a smaller group of people staying, it would be the perfect spot! We had a great time and greatly appreciate Jay answering on the first call to help us get a few things taken care of!

Horrible vacation home but great location

The house is not as advertised, it’s dirty , furniture falling apart and my 4 year old cracked his head off the board sticking out from the arm of the oversized chair/loveseat .. and doesn’t match the pictures , back yard is mudd and dirt no grass… the bedding is dirty with old sweat stains and dust , the floors and the walls , the shower curtain has mold growing all over the bottom , the tv is missing in the upstairs bedroom and the other one in the upstairs room is stuck facing the ceiling , the patio set is broken and umbrella is ripped and doesn’t stay up. The dishes were not cleaned properly and there was old food left from previous ppl with mold all over it . We contacted the host and he did nothing but sent housekeeping with clean sheets and they mopped the floor that’s it , he did nothing else and was supposed to refund us the cleaning fee and now he’s not responding to vrbo or me . DON’T book here if you don’t have to bc it’s not worth the money he’s charging !

Our overall stay was good, the house was a short walk to the beach! It was close to restaurants and other entertainment. The house was spacious but the kitchen was not stocked very well and the furniture needs updating. The house host was always quick to respond to my questions, all in all we had a great week.

Family vacation

Overall great stay! This is a lovely home to stay in while traveling! Close to the beach and close to many attractions! The only thing we did notice are the fridge leaks water inside, unsure if it's just bad condensation or something is wrong with the fridge but it will get stuff wet inside of the fridge. But we just wiped it up multiple times a day and dealt accordingly. It was a great place and would love to stay here again!

This location was perfect for me and my family for Spring Break. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we still have an amazing time! The Landlord for the property was prompt in responding and made the booking process easy. I will definitely book again!

Cute cottage

The Gulf Stream cottage was very cute. Location was very good to all excursions we did. The beds mattresses unfortunately could use some updating in rooms upstairs. The pots and pans also could use some updating as well. Overall the cottage worked for us. Jay was easily reachable as well.

Great location!

This was a perfect house for our group. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and very close to the boardwalk, broadway at the beach, numerous restaurants, and more. The pool was directly across from our house, so that was super convenient as well.

Great vacation

My family really enjoyed the house. Jay is really nice and very attentive. Other than a few minor issues our stay was amazing. The house is in a great location, the babies enoyed the pool and the beach was just a short walk. We would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. My one son complained bed was like concrete but my wife and i slept fine on our bed. If you travel with a group over 5, bring extra towels to use after you shower. Had some neighbors being loud and smoking pot but you’ll have that sometimes overall we had a fantastic time! The beach was just a short walk away we drove up to the boardwalk you could walk up to it but it would probably take you about 20-30 minutes. The manager made sure we got into the place and asked if we needed anything we didn’t but he was definitely friendly and hands on.

The place was amazing, not too far from the beach literally 7 mins away in walking distance. Only issue we had was the bed and pillows were flat and uncomfortable to sleep in “Flintstone beds”

Family get away, but only for a funeral

Everything was perfect. This is the first time my mom has stayed in a location of this sort. They are so used to staying at hotels but not realizing there’s more opportunities out there of being able to enjoy a place that you can feel comfortable at but all the amenities, she wasn’t used to that she loved it and we had a great time even though we were going down there for a funeral but I was able to see other family members. Also she’s ready to go back already. Thank you guys for everything.

October Getaway

The house was the perfect size for our friend group (3 adults) so we each had our own room and multiple bathrooms. Beds were comfy/cozy and the location and proximity to the beach couldn't be beat!

Clean but not the most comfortable.

The condo is really clean and tidy. The check-in process was super easy. It was probably a 3 minute walk to the beach which is really convenient with a toddler! Jay was very responsive when we called with a question. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because all of the beds and furniture were pretty worn out and kinda uncomfortable. If the beds were to be replaced it would be perfect!

Beach vacation

Jay was great. The house was great. It is about 3 blocks from the beach, but an easy walk or drive. I had read some pretty bad reviews about out dated/uncomfortable furniture, but those claims were not accurate. I guess you can't please everyone. The only negative I could possibly have is the house could use a deep clean like walls and baseboards in the kitchen, but it didn't effect our stay or a wonderful vacation. I would stay here again or in any other properties with the same owner.

Still live in home while away from home! Three queen-size comfortable beds. First floor master bedroom. Walk to beach with swimming suits on and beach chairs & umbrella in hands. Living in a private, and peaceful setting - away from city noises yet close to the center of Myrtle Beach where most of family attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls and factory outlets are.
