Three Bedroom Resort Home, Big Ocean Views, Heated Salt Water Olympic Lap Pool

Check your worries at the gate as you drive into Casa de los Suenos and soak in the tropical and desert landscaping. The entire house is designed for ocean views whether you are cooking in the spacious gourmet kitchen, brushing your teeth in your casita, taking a rain shower in your jetted tub, or relaxing in your king sized bed.

The pool is 61 long, more than enough to swim lengths. There are three shallow areas which are ideal for young children. In the middle of the pool is a swim up bar for six; opposite the swim up bar is a sunken bbq pit with seating for six more. Have your afternoon siesta floating in one of the lounge chairs, or poolside under the polo de arco, ideal for those who want some shade.

The main house is made for indoor/outdoor living. Wall to wall windows allow ocean views whether you are cooking, playing pool, booking a tour on the wireless internet, or watching tv via satellite. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full range of spices, pots and pans, fulfilling any chef's desires. Take your snacks and drinks outside and relax on the outdoor living areas.

Each bedroom is spacious, private, and detached from the main house. Local artwork is displayed for your enjoyment. The quality sheets, towels, and bathrobes create feelings of luxury. Each room contains blackout curtains and fans for your privacy and comfort. You will find each room equipped with a safe for your valuables. Fall asleep each night to the sound of waves crashing into the shore. There is loft area in the main house with a high quality queen size bed. This is a fun place for kids to sleep.

Grab one of the beach chairs, pack a cooler, and walk a short seven minutes to the white sand beach that stretches for miles. You are more likely to see jumping fish, pelicans, and whales (seasonal) than people on this private feeling beach.

Take a short drive to town and enjoy in one of the many great restaurants, local fish that was caught that day. Browse through town and see the beautiful local art displayed in one of several galleries. Stay for one of the many festivals Todos Santos has to offer. Register for surf lessons, swim with the whale sharks, hike in the Sierra Laguna mountains... Or simply enjoy your stay at Casa de Suenos and lose all concept of time.

Amazing home and location! The home has all the amenities and well equipped kitchen to cook in. Very clean and house manager was always available for any questions. Street noise is a little loud in the morning but all the rooms had earplugs.

Casita Heaven

Wonderful property, having seperate bedrooms worked well for our family. Pool is amazing, dog is very sweet and we had close access to restaurants and shopping. All the property caretakers were great to work with, thank you!

Relaxing and Wonderful

Our family of six stayed at Marlie and Steve’s place and had the most wonderful and relaxing time! The property is absolutely gorgeous and they have thought of every little thing you might need. When we first arrived, they had wine chilling in the fridge and freshly made salsa and dip all ready for us hungry travelers. We loved floating in the pool and hanging out at the property. The casitas were all lovely! No one wanted to leave! They also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards on the day we did go into Cerritos Beach. My family loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back next year!

Family Get Together

Steve and Marlies place was perfect for our get together. Plenty of space to spread out and feel privacy but great common areas and kitchen to accommodate all of us at once. Short 10 minute walk to the beach to watch the migrating whales and close to town for all your needs. We spent a majority of the time just hanging out in the amazing pool and relaxing at home but Todos Santos is a 7 minute drive for whatever you need. Steve and Marlie were gracious hosts, helped us with groceries and were just overall very pleasant to be around. Would gladly stay again. Sad to leave…

Just do it!

I cannot imagine a better spot to unwind. There were 8 in our group and there was plenty of room. The home was so well stocked we were able to cook all our meals. On the one evening we did decide to go out to dinner my family had to stage an intervention to get me out of my swimsuit. The location was out of the way yet close to town. The pool was so nice we didn't want to get out, and we could see whales breaching while we swam. Our hosts were on site, available, yet unobtrusive. Everyone agreed that it was the best family vacation yet.

Spent 2 weeks this spectacular Casa….our son and girlfriend came to join us for a week and some friends who have a house in Los Barrilles join us for a night…with 3 huge casitas we were able to have our own space as well as enjoy each other’s company…the house is well equipped with pots and pans as well as anything else you may need for gourmet cooking (we are certainly not gourmet cooks)…outdoor by the pool is a great size bbq and we flipped some burgs and had awesome steak another evening.Can’t say enough about how nice this place is…only downfall was the road is in front and the traffic of the local working folks starts fairly early but wasn’t the end of the world…just a few vehicles with some muffler issues.If anyone is looking for a great size home away from home then this is the place to go…special shout out to Gerardo the maintenance dude who was there every morning and evening to cover and uncover the pool as well as keep the yard and gardens in perfect condition, pool guy (didn’t catch his name) who was very pleasant and did a great job keeping the pool clean and Amy the host who gave us all kinds of pointers of restaurants and where to shop even a WhatsApp group with local goings on..the owners Steve and Marlie have included many extra items such as kitchen and bathroom amenities (moisturizer, Qtips, dish soap etc) which we have never seen in any other rental we have stayed at

Hurricane Heroes - An Ode to Norma (but really Steve & Marlie)

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Suenos during Hurricane Norma in October 2023. And I mean it - it was a pleasure. No one books a VRBO reviewing the listing to make sure the property has a generator or that buildings are hurricane ready...but with Steve & Marlie's property, you don't need to. We were in Todos Santos for a wedding and this property was the only one any of us wedding attendees were staying at that had a generator to provide electricity, running water, wifi and more while power was out for ~2 days. We ended up having a bunch of people over to weather the storm together. Steve and Marlie were accessible and attentive throughout the hurricane! The property is better in person than pictures - the pool is fantastic, each "casita" is spacious and well laid out. We had someone in the lofted bed in the main house and they were very comfortable. Steve & Marlie provide everything you could need - beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, bug spray and more. The kitchen is fully stoked - we used the blender for frozen margaritas...daily! We had three rental cars, which easily fit in the gated driveway. The property is a ~10min drive to downtown Todos Santos and 5min for a grocery store, fresh fruit stands, coffee shop and more. The beach is walkable or an easy drive. You're on a paved road 99% of the time between downtown and the house. We are SO grateful we rented this property and would absolutely rent it again on a future trip to Todos Santos!

Fantastic Property - some tips from our second visit

The good/great - the property is absolutely gorgeous. This is our second time staying here and the main room, the casitas, the pool and gym are all clean, beautifully designed and exceptional, stylish furnishings. Lots of super comfortable places to hang out both poolside and indoors. A great indoor/outdoor sound system that connects to Bluetooth. Very good internet by Mexico standards- able to stream video with minimal buffering as long as everyone wasn’t trying to use it at once. It’s a great property and we obviously love it as we have returned. Water filtration throughout the house. Things to know - there is only A/C in the main house and one of the three casitas. You will have to decide with your group who gets the A/C in their room. Our casita without A/C got very warm but not too hot to sleep. I’m not sure why they don’t have A/C in all the casitas. Also, the road in front of the house gets very loud in the morning when you are in the casita. There are many trucks that go by so bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. There were nesting orioles and woodpeckers this year which we loved but they were loud early in the morning as well. Again, bring earplugs if you want to sleep in and noise bothers you. We lost power for a day this time - not totally unexpected in this area and not their fault but it did mean that we had no water for showers, toilets, etc for most of the day. They didn’t have a generator on hand - they did eventually get one after we complained - six of us with no water or A/C in the heat became an issue pretty quickly. The property manager treated us like we were whining and it wasn’t their fault but at these prices in Mexico they need to keep a generator on hand - no electricity isn’t too bad but no water (electric pump) isn’t really OK. Power did come back on in the late evening but no one could tell us when and it was stressful not knowing how long we wouldn’t have water. Again we expect some of this in Mexico but they need to buy a generator. The kitchen was well stocked and furnished. Stove and large fridge are great but the dishwasher is almost useless, plan on washing things by hand as you go. You will definitely want a car to get into town. Overall one of the best properties we have stayed at and we will probably return a third time. We are living the good life when we come here!

Fantastic!

Wow! We (5 of us) stayed in the house for 5 days in July and it was perfect. We were there with our adult children, and it was fun hanging out by the pool or going on excursions. Everything was as described, and the owners have thought of everything, from plenty of towels to toiletries. Great communication too. Highly recommend.

House of Dreams

My husband and I spent 9 weeks in this lovely home and it exceeded our expectations in everyway. From the moment you enter the gate, you feel like you are in a special place, designed for beauty, luxury and ocean views. The property lived up to the VRBO listing description and then some. We loved the rural location because it was close to everything and also felt like you were part of the community. Best of both worlds. With large, well appointed rooms, all of our guests over the nine week stay felt like they had their own private villas. The main house is well appointed and a great gathering place in the morning for coffee. Serila, the house dog, was a sweet, well behaved Mexican mutt, that we fell in love with. Ernie, and Gerado, manager and gardener, respectively, were a joy to work with throughout our stay. The owners, Marlie and Steve were always available and communicative via email. Simply excellent hosts. Oh, did I mention the fruit trees? Limes, Papaya, and Star Fruit, to mention a few. We highly recommend this property for short-term or long-term stays. A good value for the Todos Santos experience.

Great View

We had a great trip to Todos Santos and the property was perfect for us and our friends. The view was great and my husband and I had the middle cassita and we were able to watch whales right from the room every moring. We even saw one fully breach which I have never seen before. The rooms were comfortable with a lot of amenities. The main room was well equiped kitchen living area and pool table. The pool outside was really nice. The manager was always available when we text and he even booked us a private chef to come in and cook dinner for us and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for everything and we would stay there again.

Great house, location pros and cons

The house itself is very comfortable, well-equipped and the communication with owners and on-site managers was excellent. The local managers were very attentive, warm and caring folks - really made the stay nice. Gardener and pool staff attentive, pleasant and nice to be around. The house is well-appointed and was clean (we did ask for cleaning supplies mid-week as there was nothing under the sink to spray the counters down and that was then provided). The southern cabana bathroom has an issue with the toilet which we reported to the manager, but nothing could be done at the time. The smell was horrible and we had to use the toilet in the main house, It made the whole room smell. I think the seal on the toilet needs to be redone, a minor repair, but was unfortunate for a week-long stay. A very comfortable air mattress was provided for our young son and he slept comfortably the whole week. Great pool amenities and chairs for the beach. Kitchen was fairly well-stocked (maybe some hot pads or oven mits?). We walked to the beach one day, drove another two days, watched whales, swam and relaxed. The pool table was a highlight and a nightly activity. The only truly negative part of this house, which cannot be helped by the owners or managers, is the location right on what is now a fairly busy road. Maybe it was because it was school break in the USA, but a lot of traffic through the day from early morning until 10 pm - construction vehicles, quads, trucks, downshifting as the pavement ends and dirt begins. We did have people whistle and call to us while we were swimming and relaxing. There is also a school across the street and their parking lot is directly below the pool. Sadly, it did compromise the relaxing atmosphere of the house itself. It can't be helped, but it seems the area is booming. I would recommend the house for a group of friends or family, but we are used to spots that are a bit more removed. We were grateful for the communication and time taken by the owners and managers, the sun, pool and views, a nice time in town, the whales and the overall experience.

Beyond my expectations, very clean, well kept and all amenities taken care of before our stay. The property is much larger than I expected. Full-time landscaper is an asset to have during your stay. Landscaping is the nicest in the area. Property management are great people with top level communication. Property is much better than the photos. I would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.

Amazing vacation home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful vacation home. The rooms were like a five star hotel suite. Very comfortable beds and clean. The view of the ocean and sunrise/ sunset each day was breathtaking! Great heated pool, and swim up bar were a treat. I’d definitely rent this home again. Five minute drive to town, and ten minute walk to the beach. Great location and amazing home!

Amazing Week in Todos Santos

This place was amazing! Perfect for 3 couples. Very relaxing, close to beach and town. Attention to detail in each of the separate suites was great. Knives were sharp in the kitchen and it was well stocked. I would recommend this place to Friends and Family. We will be back!

Peaceful getaway with gorgeous pool!

The serpentine pool is the centerpiece of this beautiful gated property. Whether you lounge in or by the pool, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Need a change of pace? Take a short walk to the beach to watch the surf or take a quick trip into Todos Santos for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The spacious casitas are private and well-appointed. Listening to the distant waves crashing and gazing up at the palm frond ceiling will lull you to sleep in these large comfy beds. Thanks for an amazing time!

Unbelievably great.

This couldn't have been a better luxury home for our visit. The house is beautifully designed for visitors to gather together yet when desired, disappear into one's own casita. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are very well stocked with supplies; pool and beach towels are abundant and in great condition. I can't recommend it more highly. We all were completely happy being there and very sad to leave.

Amazing home ! Memories that will last a lifetime!

Had a wonderful time with friends in this luxury, beautiful estate. Chillaxing was my main goal and that was met with fun, laughter and great home made food with the gang. Not far from a local store for the extras you may need and only a few miles from Todo Santos town which is a great, clean, fun little town. I would come back here every year for sure !! Owners are wonderful people and care for their guests experience deeply.
