4 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. Updated townhome with full kitchen stocked with utensils/dishes/pots/cookware. Parking for 2 cars directly in front of unit with overflow lot available. Snow plow included. Hot tub/sauna access with rec key. Sleeps 9.

1 king, 2 queens, 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed.
2 Smart TV’s & bluray player (Living Room & Primary bedroom) with Netflix, Amazon, etc.

Located in Tahoe City, CA on the North Shore - about 2 miles outside of downtown Tahoe City.
10-20 minutes from Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, Squaw Valley and Northstar Ski Resorts. We recommend purchasing travel insurance as wildfires & smoke/air quality is unpredictable, and winter weather can cause delays due to road closures & chain control. Refunds will not be given for this unless included in vrbo’s standard cancellation policy.

Awesome property! Well- stocked kitchen, nice grill, comfortable, spacious and AMAZING location! You can walk to the beach, to an amazing coffee shop and are 5 minute drive from town and the grocery store. It was a gem!

Immaculate, modern, wonderful place!

This unit is clean, modern, amazing! The amenities are perfect and the location is very convenient. We absolutely loved this place! Well stocked, plenty of beds, nice little sitting area with privacy in the back.

Great Property!

The property is exactly as pictured which is great as I have been burned with bait and switch condos in the past. It has everything you need for your stay and the location was perfect for us! Reasonably priced and plenty of room for 2 families with kids.

Great condo for family

Wonderful, clean and spacious for all 6 of us staying. We had a great week of skiing. A few little hiccups, but our host responded quickly and took care of everything. We would definitely stay here again and hope to!

Friends Ski Weekend

Great property close to the ski resorts. We had 8 people and it comfortably fit us for the weekend. Jason was easy to communicate with as well.

Good location, great property owner, could change a few things

Jason was great and responded really quickly anytime I had a question. The place itself is nice and is remodeled. One major issue for us was cleanliness. It seemed as though the place wasn’t really cleaned before our stay. For example, rugs still had bits and pieces on them, some items in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly, and all of the bed linens, especially the ones in the triple bed room, seemed as though they weren’t cleaned. I’m not sure if the cleaning agency is actually doing a thorough job. Other than this, the only other issue we encountered was with the wifi—it cut off several times and the first time, I turned everything off and back on and it seemed to work. The second time however, it just didn’t work. Overall, nice property in a quiet location. The neighborhood itself is great and the back patio is great for dining and breakfast. I would recommend others to stay here with the caveat that you might not find everything really clean.

Weekend Retreat!

We had a wonderful time here for a girl's weekend getaway. The home was really clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again. Jason was awesome with communication as well. Responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Modern Delight w/ Comfortable Beds

This is the nicest home we've rented in North Lake Tahoe. It feels like living in an IKEA showroom. Everything is modern and clean, the bedding is great and the beds are COMFORTABLE (so hard to find in rentals)! 3 tennis courts and 3 pickleball courts are recently resurfaced and are in great condition. Both pools were nice. Great location, walking distance to incredible bakery for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely rent again.

Convenient location and great communication with owner.

The location was exactly as described. Walking distance to beach area was nice. The condo was a perfect size for 7 of us. Jason responsed quickly with any questions we had and provided all information in a timely manner. The cleaning crew may need to put a little more attention on a couple things...floors and linens...but there was a washer/dryer which was very convenient. Overall a positive stay with great communication.

Amazing spot...great for kids

Stayed here with two families. Plenty of space and great amenities (pool, playground, hot tub). Short walk to a great beach and bakery. Worth the money!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Host communicated well and in a timely manner. The place is clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The back deck is pretty private, no one directly behind this unit. Short drive to the beach and stores and restaurants. The grounds are nice and the pool is heated and the hot tub was very relaxing. We had our kids with us and they loved it too. The check in and check out process was very easy. We will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely property

This is a lovely property and we would likely stay here again. There was plenty of room for all of us but I will say we did not end up using the fourth bedroom because it was downstairs next to the front door (safety issue for us with four kids) but that is just our personal preference. There were some issues that the owner did try to help us with including all of the wires being mis-wired on the TV when we got there making it so the internet did not work. There were a few other small issues I shared with the owner that he said he addressed the next day (things that likely get looked over when cleaning crews or renters don't make owners aware). The only reason I gave it 3 stars to be honest was that I felt the linens were not clean including the shower floor mats and the comforter on the master bed. I think these are things that really should be washed and replaced every time someone rents as I noticed they had a spare. Aside from that the townhome is lovely, has everything you need and is located in a great location. The owner was very responsive and kind to me and I suspect the issues we encountered were more of an issue of the crews that care for the place (and a few previous renters) than lack of intent on their part.

My mother originally owned this townhouse and we enjoyed using it throughout the years as a vacation home. I have a lot of memories from my childhood here, enjoying the open backyard and riding bikes with the other kids in the complex. It's a great place to meet other visitors and families and swap vacation ideas/stories. The hot tub, pool, playground, and tennis courts are hits with almost everyone.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

With well maintained and completely flat bike paths to downtown Tahoe City, this is a great place in the summer. The pool and playground and walking distance to beach are a given, but biking/walking into town is also a great adventure. Tahoe City offers many restaurants, shops, a beachside park/playground, local upscale cinemas, golf course, Truckee River, Truckee Dam, miniature golf, marinas, ski resorts, etc. to enjoy. Our townhome complex comes with free snowplow service, so access is easy even in the winter. Located within 14 miles from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and NorthStar ski resorts. Winter or Summer, this location is perfect for activities, eating, sightseeing, skiing, rafting, outdoor sports, and of course enjoying beautiful Lake Tahoe.
