The million dollar views did not disappoint and the villa is exactly as listed. The pool area is wonderful and the villaā€™s kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and private. The trade winds in March were strong and kept the living area comfortable and the AC worked well in the bedrooms. We loved the location in Coral Bay above Skinny Legs with breathtaking views of Coral Bay and Hurricane Hole. It is close to the North Shore Beaches, Coral Bay restaurants and the East End. When we return to St John we will definitely choose Seagrape Estate again.

We had a wonderful time at this extraordinary home. The views of Coral Bay from the wrap around deck as well as from the private pool are spectacular - the pictures as good as they are don't do it justice! The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. Having a washer and dryer are a big plus when you're in the water every day. Paul, the manager, met us and had some tips for local restaurants - as well as markets where we bought fresh tuna that we grilled and enjoyed looking out onto the Bay. Splendid!

What a great place. Love the deep, wrap around deck...day and at night for stargazing. Really nice pool, comfy king sized beds, spacious bathrooms with good showers/water pressure. Loved the cross breezes that blew through several sliders and the quiet nights. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly, helpful host.

Paul was a great host and we loved the location, the great pool, and the amazing views just donā€™t get old. Sunrises are the absolute best here! Sebastian the cat was a friendly ambassador always there to greet us, along with baby goats, donkeys, and the constant good vibes that flow throughout the island.

It was an amazing experience! The views from the house were incredible. The wrap around deck afforded at least 270 views of coral bay. We met my daughter and son-in-law there and it was a great house. Both couples had privacy- yet there was a spacious kitchen and living room where we would have meals and also play games. Paul was the perfect host. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful getaway!

This was a great house with privacy, comfortable beds, and a large kitchen. Perfect for a group of four. Huge deck area, and all the amenities. Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! It was clean, better than the pictures look, had a well stocked kitchen and was close to Coral Bay! This was a perfect stay for my family and my parents. My parents had the pool house and loved the privacy they got! Paulā€™s communication was great and he asked several times if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!!

The Perfect Stay

This was the perfect villa for us to unplug and enjoy the beautiful island of St John. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of the island, but still close enough to get anywhere we wanted to go. Paul, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. We appreciated having some snorkel gear and chairs and cooler for the beach. This property did not disappoint!

What a magical vacation for our family of 5! The house location is a little tricky at first, but definitely manageable. The house has absolutely everything we needed, including plenty of beach chairs and an ice chest for beach days. Sebastian, the cat, joined me for morning coffee most days and is the sweetest kitty. Paul was incredibly helpful with island information and tips and was available when needed. We look forward to coming back!

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The views were so beautiful we had a hard time leaving everyday. The pool was such a great perk for a break from the beach. We loved Coral Bay so much - much quieter but also close to so many of our favorite beaches (Water Lemon, Salt Pond amazing snorkeling) Maho, Trunk Bay, etc were also very close. Couldnā€™t ask for a better host! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place!!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at the house! It is definitely off the beaten path if youā€™re looking to get out of the touristy area. But still have easy access to all the beautiful beaches. I highly recommend it!!! Paul the manager was fantastic. He assisted us with all of our needs and gave us great recommendations. I highly recommend having a 4 x 4 to get to this property We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Paul!!!

Greg has lived on St. John for over 25 years and has great knowledge and experience of this beautiful breath taking island. He is a well known and talented guitarist for multiple bands, including Hatch, In De Sand Band, Sand Lizards, and Aswad's Fall. If you're lucky, you might find him out playing solo guitar. Greg's is also a certified scuba diver, ask him where to find the good dives, but not the lobster spots ;)

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

When Greg first came to Coral Bay this was the only house on the hillside at that time.

Greg became the caretaker not long after he moved here, and when the owners retired near 18 years later, they couldn't imagine anyone else but Greg to take over and carry the legacy of Seagrape Estate.

He knew you just didn't find the combination of location, views, privacy, and size like this easily on the island. This is one of the larger properties and at least the top 10 sized pool on the island with stunning views from all around. Comfort and space to spread out are of the essence. The way the home is laid out, 3 couples can feel like they can be separate but still enjoy time together.

Besides the stunning views, enormous, comfy bedrooms, beautifully remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, you will have a hard time deciding where to roam - take a swim down at the pool, lounge at the upper deck before dinner, have happy hour at sunrise, or watch the unforgettable moonrise. The breezes keep the place cool while keeping bugs away. We are told that no other house on the hillside has the type of breezes. The property speaks for itself.
