The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, creating an inviting place for everyone to gather after a day on the beach. Large Gulf-side windows fill the home with natural light and provide stunning views of the water.

The spacious, fully renovated kitchen features ample workspace, a breakfast bar, beautiful white marble waterfall countertops, a mother-of-pearl backsplash, and everything needed for easy vacation meals, including both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. The dining area is perfectly positioned in front of Gulf-facing picture windows, so family meals come with unforgettable views.

Just off the living area, doors open to a large Gulf-front deck designed for both relaxation and entertaining. A unique arbor provides shaded outdoor dining, while the open deck offers plenty of space to soak up the sun. Stairs lead directly from the deck to the beach for effortless access to the sand and surf.

A hallway to the left of the front entrance leads to two bedrooms and the laundry room.

Bedroom 1 features two queen beds and a private, fully renovated bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is Gulf-front, with a king bed and a private, fully renovated bathroom.

Upstairs, Bedroom 3 is an expansive primary suite with double doors opening to a private Gulf-front balcony. This room features a king bed as well as a twin daybed with twin trundle, making it both luxurious and flexible for families.

The suite’s huge, spa-like primary bathroom is a retreat of its own, with beautiful beach views, a double vanity, garden tub, separate toilet and bidet area, and an oversized glass-enclosed shower with dual showerheads. Casa Solana is the classic beach house reimagined with thoughtful renovations and modern comfort, offering everyone their own perfect place to relax and unwind. Additional features include a 60-inch flat-screen television in the living area, complimentary WiFi, beautiful tile flooring throughout, a gas grill, beach volleyball, and cornhole.

The home is also event-friendly with advance approval and an additional event fee.
