We were the first to build a house in this suggestive space in 2011. We now have some neighbors around but the surroundings are always very quiet.

The house is located just outside the village of Villaverde at the foot of an ancient volcano. Next to a natural park.

It is an eco-friendly house, made with materials in the forefront.
With photovoltaic system and water purification for reuse.
We also collect rainwater.

The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, as it has two double rooms (one of them with private bathroom).

A warm atmosphere.

A large sliding glass door with a view of the surrounding panorama.

The terrace of wood measuring 12 x 4 meters. It's a perfect space for yoga sessions among other things.
From the top of the island to the most beautiful skys of this island: the colorful sunsets to the delicate auroras.

There is a private pool measuring 7. 5m x 3. 5m (25m2) with solarium area in the garden for extreme relaxation moments.

We are located in the north of the island. The distance is almost the same: about 15 km (there is neither traffic nor traffic lights, then you can reach the various places quickly but in the whole relaxation).

There are vast beaches of white sand or black volcanic sand.
Then you can choose from the ocean with large or beautiful waves or beautiful lagoons or colored dream pools.

Com excelente localização em La Oliva, esta vila fica na zona rural e à beira-mar. Quem gosta de compras não pode deixar de visitar espaços como Centro Comercial El Campanario e Centro Comercial Las Rotondas. No entanto, vale a pena reservar um pouco de tempo para explorar as belezas naturais em Praia de Corralejo e Montaña de Tindaya. Ilha da Cruz e Acua Water Park também valem a visita. Passeios de jet ski e mergulho autônomo são ótimas oportunidades para se refrescar, mas você também pode tentar atividades como trilhas para caminhada/bicicleta e mountain biking nos arredores.

The villa is situated next to the ancient volcano of Mount Arena and as we are botanists we found it very interesting.The villa is an 'eco-house' which means that the hot water relies on sunshine. Unfortunately (and I think this is unusual) we had nine days of cold cloudy weather. This meant that the hot water was very erratic. I shaved in cold water evry morning and we didn't use the shower much because it was sometimes cold, sometimes warm. There is a gas cylinder heater which was useful in the evenings.It was too cold to use the pool but it was very clean.We cooked in every evening. One of the rings on the cooker doesn't work but the owner seems to be aware of this so I expect that will be fixed soon. There were very few pans for cooking but the owner kindly lent us a saucepan. As improvements I would suggest a couple more saucepans with lids and possibly a microwave. I thought the breakages deposit of about 500 was rather high, I could not see how you could do that much damage as all the furniture is pretty basic.If all that sounds a bit negative I should say that the owner was very helpful and easily contactable.

Wunderschöne Eco-Villa

Sehr schönes Haus am Ortsrand von Villaverde am Fuße des Vulkans. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt... :-)

Wunderschöne Casa in einer atemberaumenden Landschaft

Wir hatten für die Woche ein Auto. Viel Sightseeing gemacht. Auch einen Vulcano Walk gemacht; super empfehlungswert! Das Nachhausekommen war immer ein Highlight! Die Villa mit ihre riesige Terrasse, die große Wohnfläche und die offene Küche und die viele, viele große Fenster mit dem vielen Licht war breathtaking. Wir habe gerne morgens und abends auf der Terrasse verweilt und das wunderschöne Ambiente genossen. Toller Poolbereich mit Liegen die sehr bequem waren. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus besitzt alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Renata ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Im Poolbereich wäre ein Sonnenschutz / Sonnensegel vorteilhaft. Sonst war alles klasse! Liebe Grüße

Mooie plek!

Het huis en de plek zijn fantastisch. Netjes en goed onderhouden zwembad. De gastvrouw reageerd meteen als je apje stuurt. Een echte zakenvrouw is het niet. Je krijgt bv vier handdoeken en daar moet je het mee doen. Zo ook is er in de kast geen extra beddengoed. We waren met een kind van bijna twee dus een ongelukje op de lakens is snel gebeurd. Eens per week mocht je vragen voor schoon beddengoed. Wat ook jammer is dat het huis twee slaapkamers bezit maar ons niet bij binnenkomst gevraagd word welke je wilt gebruiken. Voor de rest een prima plek. Tip: bij vertrek wachten op de gastvrouw om de algehele check out te doen. Bij ons had het onze borg gescheeld.

In the house there are always 1 large shower towel, one medium and one small for each paying guest. On request I provide clean towels to guests who stay more than a week. Also for the sheets. Who wants clean towels and sheets every day can use the washing machine of the house. Those who rent a holiday home, should know that the conditions are not the same as a hotel. Evidently not everyone knows it. In the site it is pointed out that a specific request is required for the second bedroom, for which the price also changes. In your case, Lucia was not requested. It is not possible to choose the bedroom as the second bedroom has a private bathroom which is more expensive, for this a specific request is necessary. You have ruined a new sofa staining it permanently certainly paying little attention, you broke the leg of a chair ... In short, you have caused damages that are certainly not covered by the security deposit that I have held you. I think a hotel is more suitable for a profile like yours

Precioso y tranquilo

Nuestra estancia en la casa fue fantástica. En general no le falta detalle, la cama es cómoda, set de toallas completo, la cocina tiene todos los utensilios y condimentos para cocinar, cosa que se agradece cuando la estancia va a ser corta y quieres cocinar en la casa. Recomendamos subir a la montaña que tiene al lado, las vistas y la paz es espectacular. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable. Hacía tiempo que no sabía lo que era el silencio, y desayunando en la preciosa terraza recordé lo que era- Si además te gustan los animales, hay un gato y un perro que no se separaron de nosotros en toda la estancia, educados y cariñosos, no nos molestaron ni lo más mínimo. Si tenemos la posibilidad, volveremos.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus nicht weit von sehr schönen Stränden.Auto ist Erforderlich.Die Unterkunft ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet .Die Betten sind sehr gut .Grosse Terasse die wir leider nicht nutzen konnten weil es zu kalt war.Sehr Freundliche Vermieter .Thanks ablot Renata

Even if this means that from now on everyone will be interested in this house, you cannot name it anything else than perfect. Peaceful, calm, nice. Important for us German - clean :-) With a magnificent view from the terrace. We do say: Do it!

Bardzo miły dom

Miły, skromny położony na uboczu dom w którym można naprawdę odpocząć w dwie osoby :) Właściciele dbali żeby wszystko było ok. Dla wielbicieli zwierząt dodatkowy atut - dochodzący kot:) my go karmiliśmy więc się wprowadził :) W miejscowości same doskonałe restauracje i na dodatek super piekarnia w której miła obsługa robi kanapki na życzenie. Polecamy to miejsce tym którzy chcą odpocząć nie intensywnie tylko leniwie,cicho i spokojnie Ola

A delightful, simple property offering everything we needed.

We stayed for ten days, having chosen Tayu because it was in the right part of the island and away from the busier centres. Renata welcomed us, but after that left us to enjoy the peace and privacy of the house and surroundings. Everything worked - plenty of hot water and a good range of kitchen equipment and furniture. We ate outside almost all of the time, with the clever design sheltering us from the wind which blew for the first day or two. The two friendly cats who came over to say hello every day were a bonus! We found that the house was well-placed for exploring the northern half of the island, with easy access to Corralejo and the dunes, and also to the villages and beaches on the west coast. We found that El Cotillo offered the best beaches - not too busy and with a choice of rolling waves and or sheltered lagoons. We particularly enjoy walking on our holidays, and tried a variety of walks both along the coast and around the volcanic landscape inland. Lobos was a highlight - we had the black sand beach below the Caldera entirely to ourselves whilst walking the circuit of the island, though the rocks underfoot suggested that the best swimming there would be at high tide. We tend to eat in, but did enjoy lunch at the Casa Maria in Betancuria and dinner at 722* at Lajares. This was our first visit to Fuerteventura and we thoroughly enjoyed it, which was largely due to having such a lovely place to stay.

Schönes Haus in Ortsrandlage

Schönes, individuell gestaltetes Haus mit guter Atmosphäre, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Landschaftlich schön gelegen. Inzwischen gibt es einige Nachbarhäuser, es ist im Allgemeinen aber sehr ruhig.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Alles wie beschrieben, es fehlte an nichts. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch, wir konnten hier einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Sogar einen kleinen Teilzeit- Mitbewohner hatten wir, der uns Morgens und Abends stets begrüßte 😺.

Ruhiges Haus in ländlicher Umgebung

Das moderne und gut ausgestattete Haus liegt ganz am Rande von Villaverde, direkt am Fuße eines Vulkans. Obwohl in letzter Zeit leider einige Häuser in direkter Nachbarschaft entstanden sind, war es absolut ruhig. Sehr genossen haben wir die riesige Terrasse, die bei allen Wetterverhältnissen ideal war.

A home with a wonderful vieuw, a place to be .

Are you looking for a house where you can enjoy silence, nature and immense starry sky then you've come good on you place. We have a week enjoyed this delicious home. It has a wonderful ZEN energy, is fully and lovingly decorated, everything is there. From the House you can walk for hours without someone,. A must.

Superbe séjour

La Casa Tayu est une très agréable maison située à l'écart du village de Villaverde. Merci à Renata pour son accueil. Les plages de Corralejo sont très rapidement accessibles comme tout le reste de l'ile (le sud est trop touristique à notre gout). Nous avons pleinement profité des plages de El Cotillo pour s'initier au Surf ! Excellents restaurants notamment El Horno à Villaverde pour reprendre des forces. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons.

La pace dei sensi.

E' stupenda. Non so come altro avrei potuto inziare la recensione! Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in Casa Tayu e me ne sono innamorata dopo 5 minuti; essenziale e accogliente, di buon gusto e particolare...e poi il muro in bagno è viola! :D La descrizione della casa è accurata, il centro di Corralejo dista 10-15 minuti d'auto, un supermercato è vicino, ci sono anche bar e ristoranti nei dintorni, ma la cosa migliore sono il silenzio e la tranquillità e un gran cielo stellato! I proprietari, Renata e Matteo sono deliziosi e gentilissimi e sono sempre stati disponibili. Potrei dire altre mille cose ma....consiglio semplicemente di soggiornare a Casa Tayu per un po' e sperare che le vacanze non finiscano mai! Sicuramente super-consigliata, grazie ancora ragazzi!! ( <3 Plutone)

Vacanza a Villaverde, Fuerteventura.

"La vacanza a Villaverde è stata una lieta sorpresa. Il punteggio assegnato è del tutto giustificato: la villa è bellissima, calda e confortevole, inserita in un paesaggio da sogno, tranquillo e particolarissimo, è molto ben arredata ed equipaggiata nel rispetto della natura. Renata e Matteo sono due ottimi padroni di casa, simpatici, disponibili e molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Sanno accogliere con particolare eleganza: bottiglia di vino con calici, formaggio locale, dolce e fiori. L''unico rimpianto è di dover essere tornata a casa, ma conto di tornarci presto, per godermi un''altra vacanza di sogno!"
