The villa is lovely, spacious, private garden, beautifully landscaped, fabulous pool with huge tiled pool surround area, sheltered terrace!Inside there is a very well equipped kitchen together with two bathrooms both with plenty of hot water to both the shower and bathsOur host was very informative, any minor problems were fixed immediately, lots of helpful advice!We would most certainly visit again but would hope for better weather next time

Lovely stay in this very well appointed and spacious villa. Very good location in the north of Fuerteventura with easy access to superb beaches and great walks. Some building work noise in the area, but we didn't find it intrusive.A special mention for our host, Nicolas, who was very helpful from start to finish, and always quick to respond to any queries or issues. Thank you, Nicolas.Very happy to recommend Aloe Villa.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles, was man benƶtigt, ist vorhanden.Leider war es wƤhrend unseres einwƶchigen Aufenthalts recht frisch und windig, sodass wir den schƶnen Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Auch der Pool ist sehr sauber und auƟerdem schƶn warm.In diesem Haus kƶnnen wirklich 6 Personen problemlos Ć¼bernachten. Alle drei Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz und Stauraum in den SchrƤnken.Kleiner Tipp fĆ¼r Nicolas: Bei Belegung mit 6 Personen wƤren ein paar zusƤtzliche KleiderbĆ¼gel nicht schlecht.In den SchrƤnken sind zusƤtzliche Fleece-Decken sowie elektrische Heizkƶrper auf Rollen vorhanden, fĆ¼r die wir wirklich sehr dankbar waren.Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die groƟe Ć¼berdachte Terrasse, die auch bei Regen einen Aufenthalt im Freien ermƶglichte. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie wƤhrend des Aufenthalts war wirklich sehr gut.Nicolas hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war ƤuƟerst bemĆ¼ht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie mƶglich zu machen. The house is spacious and comfortable. La Oliva is a charming small town within easy reach of both coasts. Nicolas is a considerate host. We had a lovely time.

Away from it all

A great place to simply relax and cool off in the beautifully warm pool. This well equipped villa is in a small residential area, itā€™s spacious and airy and the large outside space is completely secluded and sheltered. There are a few small shops etc nearby but a car is essential really. Nicholas, the host, is brilliant, always quick to respond and really helpful.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf in de villa gehad. De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien met in de keuken oa vaatwasser, wasmachine en meer dan genoeg servies, bestek en keukenbenodigdheden. Heerlijke bedden, een ruime woonkamer en veel groter dan dat het op de fotoā€™s lijkt. De buitenruimte was ook geweldig met veel privacy, een loungebank en bijna de hele dag zon! De eigenaar, Nicolas, was ook erg betrokken en reageerde super snel op onze vragen. Kortom; geweldig en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Eine tolle gerƤumige und groƟe Villa in einer schƶnen Lage. Das Haus war sauber und wir fanden eine gut mƶblierte und voll ausgestattete KĆ¼che vor. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps geben kƶnnen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schƶner Urlaub und wir wĆ¼rden die Location weiter empfehlen

Rustig en ruime villa

Het is een mooie, grote villa in een rustige omgeving. De villa is van alles voorzien en geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen, want er is veel speelgoed aanwezig en een fijn zwembad. Kamers zijn ruim en er zijn 2 badkamers. Grote woonkamer waar je met z'n allen kan zitten en een aparte keuken. Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf daar.

We stayed during Jan/Feb 2024. Beautiful villa in a quiet location. We had a car to get out and about but there are a few shops etc within 20 mins walk. Hosts replied quickly and villa was very clean and comfortable.

We know the area well and have stayed at a number of properties in and around La Olivia ,this villa is located just a short walk from the small number of bars shops just a five minute drive is the larger supermarket.The villa was clean and tidy with all the amenities a family need's for a great stay. The main king size bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in plenty of towels were provided which is always a plus. The main areas outside were very private and screened from the road at the side of the villa which was quiet with only local traffic passing.The pool was a great place to be as it was unusually warm when we visited and did keep warm once the cover was used, ,The owners of the villa have been very commutative throughout and been very friendly , what we did think was very good were the photos that showed exactly where the villa was and the airial shots were great as many property owners are selective what photos they use when advertising their property.We have had no issues with this property and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet holiday at a great price.

Preciosa casa con tranquilidad y comodidad

La casa increĆ­ble, sĆŗper grande y cĆ³moda. Totalmente equipada y con detalles. La piscina y exteriores geniales. Para aquellos que les guste la tranquilidad y que no necesiten estar pegados a la playa la casa estĆ” ideal. Desde ahĆ­ puedes movilizarte al resto de isla, que tiene muy buenas carreteras y estĆ” seƱalizado. A solo 5 minutos de la casa, en el pueblo de Villaverde, encontrarĆ”n muchos buenos restaurantes, la mayorĆ­a de comidas tĆ­picas, toda una agradable sorpresa. Igual en Lajares. Hemos desconectado del mundo por la tranquilidad que ofrece la zona. Los dueƱos de la casa siempre atentos que nos faltara nada.

Perfect relax and calm holiday

The location is perfect to discover the whole island. It is ideal for a calm and relaxing holiday. Many restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. The house is big enough and clean with a very nice terras and swimming pool. The pool is kept clean twice a week. Communication with the owner is excellent. This was our second stay here and if we come back to Fuerteventura we will book this house again!!

If you want a relaxing week in the sun this is it

Lovely villa, very well equipped with everything you need. Clean, modern, too spacious for 2 people! A couple of initial problems with the check in process as it didnā€™t say the number of the villa so check before arriving. Also the pool cover didnā€™t have instructions and was quite difficult to roll up. You definitely need a hire car as the villa is in a remote location from supermarkets/restaurants/beach. The pool is quite small so donā€™t expect to be able to swim properly but itā€™s nice to cool off from the sun. All in all we loved our stay and would recommend this villa.

Beautiful home in a fab location

We had a really lovely month long stay in this property. It really became home away from home. The villa was very clean upon arrival, and well equipped. The hosts were quick to respond and helpful throughout. There was a a surprising selection of indoor and beach toys for my three-year-old to enjoy. And cot set up for our baby was great. Quick internet and great entertainment arrangement meant we were all catered for. And the heated pool was wonderful and well kept. Just wish the weather and been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed it more. La Oliva is a lovely place too - there is wee playpark of the little ones not far away. A bakery, local shops as well as markets open twice a week. Highly recommend.

Nice property in remote location.

Communication prior to visit very good, all questions answered. Villa was huge, ideal for families. Pool was good, nice and warm . The only reason this review is not 5* is that a little updating is required. E.G. lounge furniture a little uncomfortable and worn. All good though if you want a well equipped rural location.

Wonderful family home from home

Reluctantly returned from a two-week break with our family and have had a great time. Nicolas and Sofiaā€™s villa is well appointed (sun all day long) and comfortable and has mostly everything you could wish for. It was initially hard to find and Iā€™d recommend printing off the details if you donā€™t have a roaming package to use maps, but luckily we arrived as the cleaners were leaving! The villa has lovely spacious rooms and enough seating for 5/6 - although the throws on the sofa kept moving around! Large TV in the lounge/dining area, but lacking in English channels if you need them. No instructions on how to use the tv and satelite, but guessing that younger guests are tech savvy to work it out. Couldnā€™t get the bluetooth speaker to work and guess that itā€™s not working. Beds are softish, which we didnā€™t mind and never stopped us from having a good nightsā€™ sleep. Ample bathrooms and showers and we had enough water for showers for all 5 of us during the month of Jan without running out. Beach and bathroom towels and bath towels were a good size and soft. Kitchen good size and well stocked with kettle, toaster, juicer, Krups coffee maker (pods) and filter coffee machine. Good range of cutlery, knives and utensils, glasses and things like colander and tupperware. Could do with a blender for smoothies and for blending soup. Had a cigar cutter but no potato masher! My only gripe is that we were given 1 tea towel and despite asking for more, we only got the one for a 2-week stay. Outside space was great with small heated pool with cover, lovely passion fruit covered veranda and outside table with chairs. Also handy was a lounging area cleverly made of pallets. The pool has a cover to keep the heat in overnight and when not in use. We came for the first week of two with our son, daughter in law and grandson and used the pool every day. The pool cover is really hard to roll up to open and unroll to close. Jokily in the villa notes it states that itā€™s easier with 2 people, but in reality it took three of us. The only negative really in our eyes and the owner has said that it will be replaced at some point. The villa is well-equipped and comfortable and weā€™ve had a lovely time. If the pool cover was changed, weā€™d definitely return!

Great property in quiet location. Swimming pool and Netflix was a bonus. Shops and services are limited at this time so beware. We didn't hire a car so had to be patient; route 8 was good, route 7 was unreliable. Visited lovely El Cotilla and busy Correlejo. La Oliva was lovely too. Thanks Nicolas.

Quite villa

Villa was lovely and clean, very spacious. Pool was perfect and clean. Villa owner kept in touch and was very helpful. No problems at all and the icing on the cake we kept getting passion fruit dropping off the plant in the garden

We enjoyed our stay very much

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house offers a lot of space, is quietly located and well equipped with everything necessary. Especially pleasant was that the pool was heated. The owner responded very quickly to requests and offered us generous help. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Ein abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt

Also insgesamt mĆ¼ssen wir klar sagen, dass einige Dinge im Haus einfach ersetzt werden mĆ¼ssten, da sie vollstƤndig abgewohnt sind. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Decke abgedeckt, darunter sieht es aus wie SperrmĆ¼ll. Die Liegen am Pool haben ihre besten Zeiten ebenso definitiv lange hinter sich. Der Grill, der extra angefordert werden muss bei der Buchung, steht offensichtlich seit er ausgepackt wurde an derselben Stelle. Total verrostet und verdreckt (vor allem der Grillrost), also auch SperrmĆ¼ll. Bedauerlicherweise darf das entsalzte Trinkwasser nicht zum Giessen verwendet werden. Dies bedeutet, dass das Abwasser receycelt wird. Mehrmals am Tag wird der Garten damit bewƤssert, der Gestank ist unertrƤglich nach FƤkalien. Wir haben uns mit allem arrangiert und trotzdem einen schƶnen Urlaub erlebt, nachdem wir das Haus beim Einzug einer eigenstƤndigen Grundreinigung unterzogen hatten. Die Putzkolonne sollte das Haus besser pflegen, da z.B. die Fugen in der Dusche verschimmelt und schwarz waren (groƟflƤchig). Jetzt nicht mehr, da wir sie gereinigt haben., aber das kann es ja auch nicht sein. Schade, ist nicht gut gelaufen. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Wir haben lange Ć¼berlegt, ob wir diese schlechte Bewertung verƶffentlichen sollen, aber nur so kann sich etwas Ƥndern. GruƟ und schƶnen Urlaub, wenn es wieder soweit ist

Mooie ruime villa met zwembad

Schoon, netjes, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact net eigenaar verloopt soepel en snel. Klein aandachtspunt, 1 kamer had geen ventilator & poolboy kan beter worden aangekondigd.
