Location! Historical District Downtown - Walk everywhere, new 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath

This is a surprising review. When the guys checked in, we were there to greet them and they were all raving about how nice the place was, etc. Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned between guests, but not during their stay unless the guests request it. Never complained. Also, they never called about any problems with Dryer or Fireplace. Fireplace is standard with gas logs, separate fan control that I guess they didn't know how to use but never called about it. No one has complained since. Regarding privacy of hot tubs, It has two hot tubs, in two separate back yards. Both tubs/yards are surrounded by six-ft. high fences and cypress trees that are over 8 feet tall. One backyard is about 20 feet from a street that is busy during the day, almost empty at night. Never had any complaints like this before. Then again, they were enjoying the 420 and maybe a bit paranoid.

Thanks Courtney. Not really sure the issue with the WiFi, guest before and after didn't have any issues and we didn't change anything. Air conditioning was also checked and came back without issues, but I will say the standard program for the thermostat had the cooling temp set at 85 degrees, so we set it down to 76 degrees. As an owner, it is frustrating when we come in and see temp set at 64 degrees (which happens a lot) and guests left early in the morning.
