Relaxing condo close to the slopes! Hot tub and on the shuttle route!

This cozy 3-bedroom unit in the Eagle's Nest Condominium complex is located just a short shuttle ride away from the slopes or hiking trails on Mt. Crested Butte. The home faces Mt. Crested Butte and has stunning views of the mountains in all directions.

A newly remodeled, full-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze! The kitchen opens up to the dining room and the living room. The living room features ample seating and a wood fireplace with a large smart TV with cable. We provide you with a bundle of wood to start you off. There is a half-bath next to the kitchen.

Upstairs you will find the guest bedroom with a king-size bed, and the master bedroom with a king-size bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway. On the third floor, you will find an additional bedroom that has two twin-size beds. All bedrooms have a TV.

There is also a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

This is an end unit with more windows to see the beautiful views all around. This property has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one, This unit is a perfect setting for your family vacation in any season.

On the first floor, in the garage, you will find the washer and dryer. You can also fit one vehicle in the garage.

Bedrooms as follows: (1) King, (2) King, (2) Twins (1) Sofa Bed

This unit's amenities include a shared outdoor hot tub, two decks facing Mt. CB, a garage and in house washer and dryer among others!

NOTE: The hot tub is closed mid-September through Thanksgiving for maintenance.

PARKING: There are two cars allowed on this property. One car is to be parked in the garage provided and one can be parked in the overflow parking in the lot. One permit will be provided upon check-in and should be clearly displayed.

Cute Condo Near CB

Nice condo. Easy to walk to the mountain and a bus back. Close to the hot tub. The kitchen was not fully stocked, lacking basic utensils such as knives. Other than that had a lovely time!

Perfect for family time

First time in Crested Butte and probably not last. Ski area big enough and less crowd than other areas was very much appreciated! The condo was very well located, 10 min walk down to slopes and shuttle to come back. The Condo was very spacious for us 6. The garage and 3rd bedroom were a plus. Living area was very pleasant. We had a great family time. A 5 min drive to the very charming town of Crested Butte(or shuttle).

Smoked out

Fireplace was well stocked with wood but we couldn’t get the chimney to draw. Condo filled with smoke setting off the smoke alarms. All our clothes stunk of smoke for our entire stay. Management did nothing but tell us what we already knew about starting a fire in the first place.

Great views in Crested Butte!

We really enjoyed our stay - the view of the mountain is fantastic and close access to skiing. Having two parking spaces was great and the place was clean and cozy. Even though the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived or for the majority of our stay, maintenance did immediately work on fixing it to do what they could and we were able to use it on our last evening! Nothing a couple things - the kitchen had basic amenities stocked for cooking but the bathrooms were lacking shampoo/body wash or anything for shower purposes so would note that to guests to plan accordingly. We also easily fit 8 adults, but the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable (even for a sofa bed) and could probably benefit from some sort of mattress topper. Lastly, the instructions for accessing anything on the TV seemed pretty out of date and we couldn’t get Netflix to work. Not dealbreakers but I think worth noting for preparation purposes if booking this accommodation.

5 Star Stay

Everything went great from Check in to check out. The townhouse itself was excellent and very nice overall and had everything you needed and was in good working order. Getting to the ski lifts was a breeze with the shuttle coming right up to the Townhomes and less than a 5 min walk to the lifts from the drop off point. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

Good Value

The condo is very nice. It is close (~5min walk) to the slopes and buses to town. The condo is a little dated, but overall very nice. Near the hot tub, they provide wood for fires, and its nice to have a garage to park. Overall, for the price I would definitely stay again.

Eagle nest was a great place to stay. We loved having cabin 17, it was close to the hot tub and close to the ski lift. We will definitely be back.

Great location at good price

The location being just across the road from base with either a shuttle or short walk worked out very well. Perfect size unit for 6 adults. Stocked with all the kitchen needs just bring your food!

Comfortable Retreat

We used this condo as our hub between shopping in Crested Butte and hiking, fishing and a wedding above us. It was so comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee on the veranda every morning. The views were great!

It was a great stay. The location is pretty great. Close to the ski mountain and close to shuttle bus to town. The place had everything that we needed for a few day stay.

Excellent Condo For a Week of Boarding

My friends and I had a great week at Eagle's Nest. The walk to Silver Queen only took about 5 minutes. Close enough to come back in for a lunch break and have plenty of time to head out for some afternoon turns. Kitchen was well equipped for a rental and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. My one petty complaint is that the shower heads looked like they came out of a dorm room, very poor performance.

Check in/out hassle, convenient location, funky layout

The property had a funky layout, but that was how they had to build the property given the lot. Biggest negatives were the parking situation and super soft beds. Really inconvenient, and poorly communicated check in/check out procedures.

Great stay!

Eagles Nest was a great place to stay. The home was comfortable, clean, with everything we needed for our stay. the garage & fireplace were bonuses :) The hot tub was next door, the shuttle stop was outside the door. We had 3 first time skiers, now they are hooked on Crested Butte.

Well taken care of, perfect spot

This place was in a very beautiful location, and worked perfect for our multi-family vacation. Unit was very well stocked with necessities such as towels and toilet paper and kitchenware. There were also plenty of small use items that I always forget such as coffee filters or olive oil. Property management was great to work with, would definitely rent again. Unit was slightly dated in finishes and bedding, but we were well aware of that going in, and everything was in great condition.
