Enjoy this luxuriously appointed 3 bedroom apartment, featuring Westin's Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath. With a sofa bed in the living room, you can sleep 8. You will feel like you are in the presidential suite! Come with your entire family and really relax. Amenities include an in-room safe, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, refreshment center, ceiling fan, AC, fully appointed gourmet kitchen, Internet access, oversized bathrooms with glassed shower and tub, TV, and a balcony with an ocean view.
Located just minutes from the Princess Julianna Airport, The Westin Dawn Beach Resort, St. Maarten is nestled into the lush hillside and embraced by miles of blue hues, acres of tropical colors, and sandy white beach with views of St. Barths.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only.

The resort boasts the largest freshwater infinity edge pool on the island, including a swim-up bar. This is a time share condo; all time share rentals here are booked Sat. to Sat.
Pick your week, any time from mid April to mid December.

There's no need to leave the resort for a wonderful meal. Onsite dining venues include an oceanfront restaurant which offers European fine dining, and a poolside cafe. The Westin infinity pool, swim up bar and cafe and poolside restaurant are currently open, as is all of the Dawn Beach Club condominiums next to the pool. The JW Marriot, is fully renovated with restaurants, gym and spa.

Should you wish to enjoy the rest of St. Maarten, Phillipsburg is just minutes away and offers incredible shopping, dining, entertainment and more white sand beaches! Want to have beach massage with aloe underneath the sea grapes? Head to Maho Beach!

Venture north to Orient Beach where clothing is optional, or west, to the Simpson Bay area for dining, gambling, entertainment, watersports and beaches. Be sure to visit the French side of the island for fabulous food and art, and don't miss the Tuesday night parade! Where else can you vacation in two countries at the same time?

Great property

We booked this for 7 days. The property was great. We did not utilize much of what was here. We mostly just slept here. But the pools and the beach were great. The staff are extremely helpful. We did have one hiccup with check in. But I’m not sure if there was anything they could’ve done about it.

Dawn Beach is a must!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Dawn Beach. From the beginning, Diane(VRBO) was a gem to deal with and rent her condo. Janice at check in and throughout the week was a delight at every encounter. Richard, Jean Claude, and Kalil at the pool bar made every day, a day to remember(or maybe not so easy to remember). Every one you meet will do everything they can to make your stay a dream vacation!!!!

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!

The Westin Dawn Beach is a beautiful drive almost to the French/Dutch border. But worth it! The condo was perfect everything you need is there. If there is no detergent or dryer sheets ask! they were more than accommodating. We went to one of the large chain grocery stores in Phillipsberg, they had everything we needed. Right when we arrived there was a lock issue on the balcony, maintenance arrived and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the pool a little further but both are fantastic! It is a little rough for the little ones but I love the ocean and want waves and ripples. We went to other beaches on the island and they were like being at a lake. So this was my favorite beach! The Westin had activities every evening with free snacks and sweets. One night was movie in the pool night with popcorn, sno cones and smores. We roasted marshmallows on the Beach and the chocolate was outstanding! Every afternoon there was live music and when there was no live music they had piped in music nice touch! There were plenty of umbrellas but if there was not I just asked and someone would get it for me and set it up. I can not tell you enough how wonderful the staff is. On my brothers birthday I went to the Ocean Restaurant and was going to purchase a piece of cake for him. They brought me cake, candles and at no charge. Thank you Pierre! We ate most of our meals in but did go to Aura it was fantastic I had steak and my Mother had Lobster. We were very happy with the meal. The Westin was beautiful and I did not see any of the problems others had complained about. There were crews doing maintenance, working on the buildings etc. And if you are not serious about purchasing a time share then don't waste you precious vacation time and agree to go just for the lure of free crap. Just say No! Definitely rent a car at the airport the drive was nice and we used the car everyday. Explored the island and I ate fresh pastry's and espressos every day. My brother went diving with Octopus diving twice, great crew very professional!! Also you have to visit Toppers Bar and Restuarant love him and his staff!! Best Rhum on the island. Toppers also has a Rhum factory on the island worth checking out if nothing else the history lesson and the free samples. The condo was large super comfortable great view I would definitely recommend you will love!

Very nice unit! Great service!

Unit was very spacious, clean and updated. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 young adults. All 3 rooms had king size beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and the laundry room had a brand new washer and dryer. There was underground parking right outside the elevator so easy access to pur car. The pool was a little bit of a walk, but fun and clean with an abundance of comfortable chairs all the time. We were slightly concerned when we arrived because the resort seemed so desserted, but it must have just been because it was off season. The staff at the Beach Club were so so accomodating, as were all the staff. My daughters and I all got great massages at the spa and we had great meals in both restaurants and room service was quick and hot. They even brought us free cake on our first day. Our rental car was a must and driving the roads did take some getting used to but ultimately we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go. Our favorite things were Friars Bay, Mullet Bay, ziplining at Loterie Farms and our day trip to Shoal Beach on Anguilla. If we had a do over, we would take a sailboat snorkel trip because we didnt find great snorkeling on the island. We really enjoyed Mr Busbys/Daniels right next door in Oyster Bay. The timeshare owner, Diane, was awesome! She was happy to answer all of my questions and gave me lots of info about her experience on St Martin. Thanks again Diane!
