We loved the house and pool. Very clean and organized. All the comforts of home.

Kids also love the fishing dock and the turtles that joined us at feeding time.

Great Christmas Stay

This was a perfect stay for our family for Christmas. With the house fully decorated inside and out. One of our favorite times of day was feeding the fish/turtles and the daily visit from the otters and iguanas. Everything was wonderful! Would stay here again!

Family Vacation

This is our third time staying at this house and as usual everything was wonderful. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and specially fishing off the dock. The owner is very easy to communicate with and will response quickly to any inquiries one may have. Looking forward to revisiting again next year.

Great house set on a spectacular Canal

Big comfortable House in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. the very best part of this property is it's location at the "T" of two Canals. You have the sense that you are looking out onto a small lake. And there is really great fishing off the dock. The house and lanai are set up great, with an excellent tv room and comfortable beds.

Family Getaway

The property was actually better that what I expected. Beautiful landscaping, quiet neighborhood. The house was equipped with everything we needed, nicely decorated and very clean. My family had a wonderful time just being together and the children enjoyed the pool. Already looking forward to doing this again next year.

Nice & perfect for our large Family

Great location with all you need (shopping, eating, beaches etc.) in short distances, fully equiped and a nice neighborhood. We loved the very good facilities: very nice and new interieur at all rooms, beach towels for all and the kitchen is more than fully equiped. All you need for Beachtime ist in the garage: sunshades, beach chairs, playing stuff for the kids and so on. If there is one cold day on your stay, you will also love the "Entertainment room" with TV-Wall, Surround, Blue-ray, Apple tv.... We will be back!

Family Christmas Celebration

The home was perfect for our three generation Christmas celebration. Everything was absolutely as described, plus the owner decorated for Christmas which made our trip even more special. The beds were super comfortable for all, which is so important when vacationing, and there was room to gather or tuck away alone for a few minutes to rest and recharge. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, making travel easy. Finally a favorite for the men in my life, high quality TVs to relax before closing out the evening. We truly enjoyed and hope to return again! High recommend.

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and as usual it did not disappoint. Property has all the convenience we were looking for; the home is well equipped with everything your family will need. The family had a great time playing out in the patio/pool/deck and the grandkids even did some fishing (fishing rods provided by the homeowner) off the dock. The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood and is a short drive to the local grocery store. Publix and Walmart are just a 10 minutes drive for essentials needed. We will be back again next year. Connie B

Fantastic home

This is a must rent for anyone with a large group. Beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. Great pool facing Sun almost all day and dock area great for sunning or fishing. Location great. Within minutes of shopping and restaurants and bars and everyone said beds very comfortable. We were a group of 10 adults for a part of our vacation and plenty of room for everyone. Can't say enough good things. Maybe an extra tv or 2 in the bedrooms would have been nice. Thank you to Brad the owner. Always available if u need him. Dan from Ontario, Canada

Christmas ‘22 Celebration

Our 2nd stay at this lovely home. Three generations celebrating precious time over the Christmas holiday. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Months before our visit the host confirmed he was taking care of the limited hurricane damage, and the home would be all set. It was perfect! We love the space for all. Always enjoy having our meals outside overlooking the pool and canal. The Christmas decorations put us in the holiday spirit, making us feel right at home. The weather didn’t cooperate for the last few days (brrr!), but that did not ruin our time together. Christmas movies, meals, and games always the best, and plenty of room to move the celebration inside. The host is incredible. Timely communication. Always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. If you’re on the fence on whether or not to rent, don’t wait. This home will not disappoint.

A wonderful place to stay in Fort Myers, Florida

This house worked well for our big group of 10 adults, an 11 year old and 9 month old baby. Wonderful pool, nice kitchen, quiet neighborhood and lovely canal in the backyard. It was fairly close to many attractions. The only little thing to be sure you know is that there are only two showers, not 3 as listed in one spot in the description. It was doable, just not optimal. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this lovely home for your stay in Fort Myers! Also, Brad is great to work with in responding quickly to any concerns you have.

Amazing vacation property

We absolutely loved our stay!! The pool, pool area and dock were amazing and beyond our expectations. We would definitely stay again. Homeowner was easy and quick to communicate with. Pictures don't do this place justice. So much space to spread out and relax. SO many amenities!

Relaxing family vacation

We had such a wonderful time celebrating my dads 60th birthday. We had so much fun relaxing by the pool, going for walks in the neighborhood, and playing games outside at the table in the pool area at night. The lay out of the house was great and had everything there we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. We would definitely recommend! Brad responded very quickly and was willing to go above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. My niece and nephew loved the turtles that came up in the canal each night. It was so cool! Very close to nearby grocery stores and restaurants too. We would definitely come back to this house!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Wonderful place for a family vacation. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Excellent pool/lanai area. Fishing pier. Close to Sanibel and Captiva. Brad was most helpful. We had an outstanding time.

Dream vacation in a dream home! A perfect place!

Our family of 12 spent the week of Christmas 2018 in this beautiful immaculate home! It was perfect for us and we loved every minute we were there. The owner was so gracious and went above and beyond to see that our week was the best and we are so thankful! It had everything we needed but the pool was the highlight for the children; they spent most of their time there! We highly recommend this place and would gladly return there ourselves.

Three generations, 11 people and everyone was super satisfied! It was perfect! Can recomend it!

The house was pretty bith inside and outside and the layout was great. We loved the pool area. The outdoor table was perfect for meals, lots of sitting groups around the pool and everyone loved the pool. It needed to be heated in March though (at extra cost). The pier was great for fishing, sunbathing , reading or feeding the turtles. The house had everything you need for your vacation. Toys, chairs, parasels and towels for the beach. All kinds og utensils in the kitchen. Plenty of sitting and eating areas. Very pretty furniture. 11 persons and 5 bedrooms was perfect. The bedrooms being grouped in two areas of the house was also perfect. Because one of the bathrooms is a part of the master bedroom and the 1/2 bathroom is outside by the pool, one more bathroom would have been great, BUT we all knew this ahead of time and everyone oked it, so that worked out great too! The owner was helpfull in all ways. He responded to my emails and questions quickly and was very helpfull and positive in every way. We can definitly and honestly recommend this home.

PERFECT!

A two hour drive to Miami/Fort Lauderdale or Tampa. 20 minutes to one of the best islands and beaches of Florida - world famous Sanibel and Captivia Islands. Or visit Naples, a short drive away.
