Villa Paradise with 4 bedroom's & 3 bathroom's (third bathroom only accessible from the pool area) is located in a very quiet residential area with Gulf access which can be reached by boat. You will fall in love with the endless beaches with clear water Kristal of Captiva & Sanibel Island both Boca Grande immediately.
The Paradise Villa is very modern and furnished generously, each of the four bedrooms included the living area equipped with an HD smart TV. The large pool & spa area with southwest exposure ensures our guests all day sun to relax a large area and a bar and grill. You won't miss any Sport events outside enjoying the sun, we have an HD smart TV installed next to the Bar you can enjoy watching your games during your outside activities..
The sunsets at the heated spa with a glass wine will keep will provide an unforgettable evening for everyone staying at the Villa Paradise. With a 5 STAR rating we have proven hundreds of times our customer have been extremely satisfied with our services and the quality provided during your stay. I will definitely be staying again

Host was very informative and through as he showed us around the house. Everything was neat and organized, loved the pool and hot tub, plenty of room for large a family, access to canal fishing was a , We all enjoyed or stay

So glad we found this house

10 days in Paradise - we didnt want to leave. The house is gorgeous and had everything we could have needed. Having a private pool is always on our list and this one definitely checks all the boxes. The outdoor space by the pool has plenty of seating, tv, and fridge, great for early morning coffee and drinks at night! Waldemar is a wonderful host and was very helpful with check in, showing us how to operate the pool/spa, and check out. Rent this one - you wont be sorry - just not when we want to come back please.

Paradise is really Paradise

Enjoyed our 16 days at this property, we felt at home here. Pool/Spa was wonderful. My husband liked the wet bar in the lanai. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were very friendly. Very easy to get around to places we wanted to visit!We recommend this house highly! Debbi and Paul Saloka

Great home in a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice home. Well maintained and in a very nice walkable neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. It was just my wife and myself, but if you were staying with multiple adults, the inside seating would be a little tight. The front living room has been set up like a second dining room, so there isn’t too much comfy seating other than one couch and love seat. Electricity will run about 25 per day if using the pool heater. Overall a nicely appointed home with an excellent outdoor space and I would stay here again.

Villa Paradise is an accurate description!!!

My wife and I booked our honeymoon stay based on the photos and reviews. In spite of hurricane Milton, our stay was incredible! The pool and patio faces west and we spent every evening in the pool enjoying the sunset. Waldemar, our host, went out of his way to make our stay amazing! Thank you for your hospitality and the amazing vacation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

Great house, great host!

Just as listed. Quite neighborhood and close to everything. Well stocked and everything worked. Waldemar was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It was hard to leave.

Family get away

The house was great for 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for all. We loved the patio area and pool as well as the dock and kayak. Great family vacation!

Quiet, Relaxing and Far Nicer Than the Pictures Show :)

I probably stated it all in the title. But to elaborate, check in was easy and meeting Waldemar was a pleasure. He explained in detail all of the small things we wouldn't have thought to ask about until later. Like the pool, hot tub and exterior lights. The only negative would be, just when it was starting to feel like home, vacation was over :( But we loved it ! Thank you

Fantastic rental property!

My sister and I, along with our husbands, were extremely pleased with this rental property as well as the operating manager. It was very clean, included several amenities, was quite, tranquil, and centrally located. If we should ever find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely want to rent here.

Christmas Vacation

We booked this house for the week over Christmas. It was 6 adults and 2 kids. The house is very spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other. We used the outdoor space every day to hang out, swim, and eat. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils I had everything I needed to cook every night. The Publix is right down the street. Overall it was a great experience.

The Baugh vacation

Property owner had to have been the best individual I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, easy to get along with and was more interested in us having the best time. He had everything we needed from pots to pans to pools toys, bikes, fishing and even a extra propane tank... awesome time thanks again Mr. Waldemar

Amazing week long getaway

We have never been to Cape Coral, we were always Orlando lovers, but wanted to try something different. I’m so glad that we did! The house was amazing! All on one level and the outside was a dream. The pool is huge and the outdoor space was incredible with a grill, outside fridge, and an ice maker. The house was close to everything and we can’t wait to come back again next year! The owner was great to work with, answered all of our questions, gave us a tour of the house, explained where everything was. Highly recommend, we loved it! There were 2 adults, 5 kids under 12 and our goldendoodle!

Great property and location

The house was amazing and very clean! It came with all the amenities we needed and we felt very welcomed by Waldemar! Close to groceries and restaurants and anything you may need. It was our first time in Cape Coral and we for sure plan on visiting again. Highly recomend this house!

Christmas vacation with kids

The house was great for all 8 of us, we have 6 kids aging fort 20 to 10 and there was plenty of space and the all loved it.

Nice time at Cape Coral

As advertised with all the perks you could ask for. Property Manager was on top of his game, house was well stocked with l items - from Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry products as well as plenty of towels, beach towels pool chairs, even a beautiful boat to use! Had an enjoyable time! ,
