2BR on the beach, beautiful pool, quiet low-rise

Nautical Watch is a beachfront complex that you will never want to leave! You will love being right on the pool with a 45 second walk to the beach! Nautical Watch is a beachfront low rise on the quieter east end of Panama City Beach. This condo is on the 3rd floor with a big deck overlooking the heated pool. It has 2 bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with a pillow-top California king bed + TV, and one bedroom is a loft bedroom with two twin beds. The loft bedroom is nice for kids. My condo also has a pull-out sleeper sofa in front of the big screen TV in the TV room. I list the condo as having a max. of 5 people, but it isn't built for five adults, it would be nice though for 2 adults and small children. The condo is exactly 800 square feet. My cozy condo has terrific beach and pool access, about as good as you can get at my small price point. Most condos with 2 bedrooms, a pool and low rates are two blocks away from the ocean. My complex is right on the ocean.

THE VIEW: Nautical Watch is right on the beach. Two buildings are on the sand, four other buildings in this small complex are behind those two buildings around the pool. My unit is a pool view, the first two buildings obstruct most of the sand/ocean view. The units right in the sand are generally 2-3 times the cost per week, just an FYI. The sand is a short 45-second walk around the pool from my front door, it is a complex of only 72 units. So it is extremely close to the sand/beach, but my condo is a pool view.

What I love about Nautical Watch is it isn't a big high-rise condo. There are no long-wait elevators or crowds. At Nautical Watch, you can drive right up to my condo and be on the beautiful white sands of PCB in seconds.

The condo comes fully loaded to make your stay comfortable. Full kitchen, free Wifi, new refrigerator, washer and dryer, 42” and 32" flat screen TVs, cabinets, coffeemaker and blender, oven, beds and bedding. And the pool is an absolutely gorgeous sky blue with beach chairs and everything provided for you, even grills if you like cooking outside. Don’t bring any kitchen utensils, towels, a cooler, or kitchen supplies, it’s all already there!

The lovely east end of PCB has too many restaurants to mention, many within walking distance. Schooners is our family’s personal favorite, just a walk up the beach eastward for half a mile. And Pineapple Willies is about 1.5 miles west.
