This stunning property contains about 5,678 square feet of living area, as well as 1,500 square feet of elevated covered porch, with an incredible view of the Pensacola sound and all of its wildlife.

This home, including 1,000 square feet of game room and 464 square feet of screened porch dining, makes this home a total of 8,642 square feet of luxurious living! It has four bedrooms with private baths (one king beds & three queen beds), three of which have a water view. There is also a twin bedroom/study upstairs that does not have its own bath. The twin bedroom is more suited for older children, and has limited storage for clothes, but it can also accommodate two adults. Finally, the downstairs den contains a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is also better suited for younger children. The optimum arrangements are either: (1) four adult couples in four bedrooms with private baths; two older children in the twin bedroom without a private bath; and two children on the queen sofa in the downstairs bedroom; or, (2) five adult couples in five bedrooms, and two children on the queen sofa in the downstairs den. We are not able to accept reservations for groups that include more than ten adults.

Two tankless instant hot water heaters provide virtually limitless hot water for large groups. The house is located on Pensacola Beach, in the first residential block of Santa Rosa Island, within walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and bars. The beautiful landscaped lot has 85' of frontage on the sound, with a 1,200 square foot ground level deck, and a 150' pier. You can rent or bring you own watercraft and tie off to the dock. Enjoy the Sound or private pool, or walk a few yards to the beach. Private pool is beautiful.

The property is equipped with Direct TV service to large flat screen TV's in almost every room. There are audio sources in six interior rooms and two outside areas. A game room includes ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, pinball, corn hole and dart board. (Dart board for adults only.) High speed wireless internet is provided. The large utility room contains new washer and dryer. Linens are provided. Covered parking is available.

The house exhibits designer dƩcor and high-end amenities. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a dish washer and wine cooler. The huge master bath contains a steam shower that opens to a jacuzzi tub.

A second kitchen and den are located on the lower level, along with screened porch dining that opens onto the deck on the sound. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the deck. This property has something for everyone.

The outdoor living space was phenomenal; the dock made watching the sunsets every evening even more magical and the outdoor kitchen and lounge area was the perfect space to cool down with a drink in your hand. The kids (and adults!) had fun in the game room and the pool and hot tub were a hit as well. Prepping and cooking family meals were easy as the kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Amazing outdoor spaces - sound front home

We enjoyed our week at the beach so much in this very spacious home. The outdoor spaces are amazing - the second floor porch was our favorite to relax and eat our meals. We spent much of our time in the sound, in the pool, in the hot tub or on the beach a few blocks away. The game room was super fun at night. Also the main bedroom one whole side of the house! There is so much wildlife on the sound - we fed the ducks every day and we loved seeing all the birds and the dolphins were truly right off the deck a few times a day. We had a few difficulties - there are a ton of house rules and instructions - we did not have much luck with electronics - there was a parent lock on the main tv. We had to reset the wifi because of a major storm so we lost the music streaming services. Also the refrigerator on the main floor was broken for the first three days - luckily there was another fridge down stairs. The property managers were very friendly and helpful.

We had 4 families and there was more than enough space. Game room was fun for everyone with shuffleboard table, foosball and ping pong. Kids enjoyed the bay, but spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The pier was very nice and although the boat lift wasnā€™t available, we were able to tie the boat up next to it which was very convenient. The house is walking distance to souvenir shops and convenience store. We did have an issue with the dryer, but management company had someone there almost immediately and had it fixed. Overall great week, just went by too fast!!

The best location in Pensacola

This property has everything. The home itself was stunning and the owners have taken care to provide everything you could possibly want and need. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out (our group of 12 included a grandma and three families with little ones and teenagers). Great pool and hot tub. The game room was an added bonus. Huge quantity and variety of outside seating from a porch swing to rockers to lounge chairs to multiple tables for games and eating. But the location is what really makes the home special. Almost every night we could stand on the pier and watch dolphins swim by. We loved wading in the clear water and sand of the Santa Rosa Sound. And the short walk to the beach on the Gulf side made for great early morning and late-night walks. We ate most meals at the house because it was hard to leave such a perfect location. I really can't imagine a better place to spend a vacation.

2020 beach escape

There were 10 of us in our two family group ranging in ages from 6 to 72. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We loved being on the balcony every day watching all the activity in ther intercoastal. The kids LOVED the pool and catching crabs off the dock. The house is right across the street from the ocean which we walked to quite a bit as well. It's also located right down the street from lots of restaurants and shops. The management company was fabulous! They called after we left reporting their cleaning team had found a stuffed bunny left by one of the kids and offered to ship it back to us. We had a wonderful time! It was a much needed break from reality. Thank you for sharing your BEAUTIFUL property with us!

Another Great Stay

We have stayed at this property several times and each time it is a wonderful experience. Since our last stay the Owner has renovated the outside including a new pier and swim platform surface. Our children spent most of their time playing in the bay this trip. If you like to fish bring your pole. I would fish for an hour or so before bed each night and each night would catch a few speckled trout and even a couple of red fish. The two different levels are nice on rainy days. We would give the kids the downstairs and we would stay upstairs. We will definitely stay here again.

There was enough space, indoors and outdoors, for everyone to spread out or be together. The only thing I would suggest is to get the front twin-bed bedroom insulated. It was very hot, even with the fans going.

Beautiful Beach House

We were very pleased with this house. There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The pictures donā€™t do this house justice. We loved sitting on the back deck and looking at the water. We would definitely rent this again.

Taste of heaven!

My family stayed in this beautiful beach home over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is truly amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It has so much space. Everything from the master bathroom with the steam shower, the whole house sound system, the hot tub, game room to the kitchen was awesome! It was too cold for us to use the pool or get into the bay or go to the beach but in warmer weather that would just make this place even more like heaven! I would recommend this beach home to everyone! This is where we want to stay every time we come to the beach!

Another great stay.

This is the fourth time our group has rented this property. This trip like the previous two was great. Our group has three couples and seven children ages 3-11. Each time we stay everything is always very well maintained and items are usually upgraded before we notice that they need to be. Check in and check out is very easy. I enjoy the property because it allows the kids to be outside and enjoy the vacation. Some like the pool, others like the bay and the beach is a quick and easy walk for those who want to do that. There is enough room in the house for the kids to spread out while allowing the adults to relax as well. As the children get older they enjoy fishing off the dock. We bought a crab trap at the local bait shop and they really enjoyed seeing what we caught every morning when they woke up. It is also enjoyable for the adults to fish in the evening while socializing on the dock. We would catch a few fish every night which was nice. If you are interested in catching fish to eat I would suggest getting a long handle net as you will be challenged to get the speckled trout to the dock without them shaking the hook out of water. In short I would not hesitate to rent this property for a fifth time.

Soundside home on Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home, well furnished and attractive, but I have one major criticism described below. Despite a tropical storm that brought rain for 3 days of our week long stay, our family reunion spread across this house and 2 other waterfront homes did very well. The covered decks, large great room, dining, and kitchen, and the game room downstairs allowed us to adapt to the wind and rain outside. On non-rainy days we enjoyed the home's pool, private dock, and multiple outdoor eating and gathering places, as well as its convenient location.The one criticism: The home advertises itself as 5 bedrooms, but it really is not. The 5th "bedroom" is actually an enclosed room that was once apparently a porch of some kind. Although it has one AC vent into the area, the room was not well insulated and was, thus, too warm. It also had no closet and only a small bedside chest with small drawers, certainly not a dresser for storing clothes and toiletries. This room had to share a bathroom which required walking through the kitchen, dining, and main part of the house. And yet the room had no place to even hang a bathrobe!We also had some issues with the plumbing in one of the shared bathrooms and had to call the rental agency on two occasions.It would be more accurate to describe the home as 4 bedrooms and a "study" furnished with twin beds for children, or even a pullout couch. We had 10 adults and 1 child in the home and my 2 widowed sisters had to stay in this 5th "bedroom." They did not find it satisfactory at all.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very nice and clean.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!

This home is absolutely wonderful! So glad we stumbled upon this jewel on the beach! We have always rented on the gulf side of the beach but this magnificent sound front retreat trumps them all! Very conveniently located, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute! You will not be disappointed in this house!

BEST ON THE BEACH

The house could not have been better and the pictures do not do it justice. It is quite literally the best house I've ever stayed at. Between the pool, sound, shuffle board, ping pong, darts, pin ball, hot tub, outdoor bar, view from upper deck, the boat house or the proximity to Paradise Bar and Grill, there is literally something for everyone. Equipped with enough outdoor seating for over 70 people this is the ultimate house to entertain family and guests. Communication with David the owner was second to none. I could go on and on. I've stayed at multiple houses on the beach, some for months at a time and this house will be my first choice from now on. I'm booking again for the fall. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Beach House

Was so nice to have good communication with David, the owner, throughout the booking and staying process.--Even when he was out of the country! It's clear he takes pride in his home and cares that his visitors have a great, hassle-free time. This is a FABULOUS home! There were 11 of us in our family gathering for our Spring Break. (March 10-15) Unfortunately the weather was awful--cold and rainy every day. (NOT the norm for Pensacola). But a wonderful testament to the house--we still had an awesome time. There were four kids ages 6-13 among us and they had a blast dividing their time between the hot tub and the game area in the garage. The kids and all the adults had daily and nightly ping pong and shuffleboard "tournaments"! There are 4 bikes that we put to use also with short, easy, enjoyable rides around the area (as long as we were zipped up and bundled in our hoodies) ;) The boardwalk area is super close and the beach area is just across the street--Lots of things easy and quick to get to for all involved. We used the grill each night and the spacious, updated kitchen was nice to make and have most all other meals and snacks in too. There is also a smaller kitchen downstairs that was also convenient. One evening the weather was ok and we were able to eat out on the upper patio looking out across the water--It was gorgeous! That was just one of MANY table and chairs options surrounding the entire house outside. Another short window we had of ok weather (albeit chilly), the kids waded out off the back of the house along the rocks and along the dock and collected seashells and had other kinds of fun. It was nice to have shallow, calm waters right off the deck. We're still so so bummed about our bad luck with the bad weather---There was so much more we could've done with all the fabulous amenities the house offers for endless outdoor fun. Hopefully there can be a next time...and it'll be dry with lots of sunshine! We would most definitely recommend this house for what would be an awesome vacation!
