Remodeled Gulf front condo with a 22-foot-long balcony for family fun at Regency Towers #406 East. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo offers stunning views and easy beach access with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrella set up on the beach.

Inside, youā€™ll find a comfortable and inviting space with coastal accents that reflect the colors of the water just outside. The newly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and both a Keurig and a 10-cup coffee maker.
Whether youā€™re making breakfast for the crew or prepping snacks for the beach, this kitchen is up to the task. The dining table seats four, with additional bar seating - great for kids or casual meals.

The master bedroom extends the beautiful upscale experience with a king bed, private balcony access, and a brand-new en-suite bathroom for a relaxing spa retreat at the end of the day. A convenient half bath helps make mornings easier, especially with little ones. A new HVAC system keeps everyone comfortable and cool during summer stays.

With large flat-screen TVā€™s, free Wi-Fi, travertine floors, and a washer and dryer in the unit, you will have all the conveniences of home while enjoying one of the best locations on the beach. Itā€™s a perfect setup for couples or small families looking to make lasting beach memories together.

Property amenities include: Two complimentary lounging chairs and beach umbrella set up daily on the beach from March 1st through November 1st, outdoor pool, elevator, and tennis courts. The condo was in the perfect location and there were a few thing in particular that we really liked! We loved that it came with two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella that are set up for us each morning. And I LOVED the Adirondack chairs and ottomanā€™s that glide and are on the balcony looking out at the gulf!!!

We loved this unit because of the Beach front access & views of the ocean. We also loved the beach decor inside, which persuade us to purchase a Pelican decor from Flounder's Gift Shop to remember our visit. Every morning we would enjoy our breakfast & and in the evening our supper out on the balcony. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice oceanfront condo

Great place, exactly as shown in the photos. The powder room was a nice bonus, even just for the two of us. Only slight downside is that there isn't any convenience store, coffee shop, etc. anywhere close to just grab a few necessities throughout the week. Josh with the gopher carts at Waves was fantastic & almost became our personal transportation & tour guide. Kasey, who works with him was just as great! Fantastic vacation, overall!

2023 vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit and we were well pleased. The ease of checking in and out always goes smoothly. The maintenance man works hard keeping the pool and area looking clean and well cared for. We look forward to returning next year.

Great condo!

We had a great week at this beautiful condo. Decor was great! Condo had everything we needed except a dust pan lol. Balcony is awesome. Condo building was being painted so some noise and smell disturbance from pressure washer/paint fumes in the mornings. We would definitely stay here againšŸ˜Š

Booking nightmare

I booked a property early this year. One week after my last payment was made I was informed that I would have to stay in the room booked with no balcony (due to construction) So I was moved to a lesser room with less amenities and a half view of the ocean. After going back and forth with Russell Stark. He was less than helpful with finding a solution. When we arrived at the condo the unit was not clean and the floors where not clean. Mold was on the shower liner in bathroom. Air went out and we couldn't use the condo all day. Definitely will not book through Paradise Rentals ever in the future. I was really blown away by the complete lack of empathy in this situation. I look forward to my annual trip and this experience was not a good one. For the amount of money I paid I feel like they could have done more. I was made to feel like take what you get (not what you booked) and just deal with it. I love Pensacola but not this management group.

When timeline of construction wasnā€™t accurate we should not have been put in these condos.

The condo was nice. The bathroom with shower was small. Nowhere to put things. Needs shelves, hooks, counter space. The biggest disappointment was not having access to the balcony. Because of construction the balcony was locked. This unit should not have been rented. The noise and ā€œno balconyā€ was not what we expected. We enjoy sitting on the balcony to eat breakfast, read, etc. We spent half of our vacation at Regency Towers 406E. The property manager agreed to reimburse us 30% of what we paid and move us to a different condo within the complex with a usable balcony. The view was not as good but we had a balcony! However, the new condo dryer put rust on the one load we dried. So we were without a dryer for the remainder of our vacation. Not good. The inside of the dryer was rusted terribly. A service person was called to come look at it and it was determined a new dryer would be needed. Property Management company offered to launder our clothes and switch out towels after I contacted them inquiring about the status of the dryer. This was another day without dryer. At this point we were just ready to pack up and leave a day early. We ended up staying despite our rotten luck with renting a condo without a balcony and another without a dryer. We take one vacation a year. We are not young anymore and therefore enjoy using the balcony and not staying on the beach the entire day. This vacation was not like we expected or what we paid for.

We loved the locationā€¦.but the unit had broken slide doors 2 would not open. One with a broken handle and open to the elements. Has to all office and maintenance person brought tape to plug the hole. Would love to rent unit again. Maybe owners could put away most of the nic/nac and family photos that are everywhere there was no room for our stuff to unpack. Beautifully decorated but too much chochkee for a rental. The painting to building wasnā€™t an issue and having a chair and umbrella at the beach was wonderful!

Nice location for older adults

We booked a beachfront condo with a king bed and had to relocate due to construction being done on the building. The condo we were moved to was nice, but we lost the view and the king bed to a side view of the Gulf and two queen size beds. The unit was nice and provided everything we needed. Would stay again, but would hope to get what we paid for.

Great accommodations

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean, everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. We had plenty of room for two people. It was very quiet, although there was construction on the West building that could be a little noisy sometimes. The grounds and pool were well kept. The pool is not heated, so it was very cold this time of year. The access to the beach was easy. I would recommend a cart or wagon if you are going to have a lot of stuff to carry, it is a little bit of a walk. The two beach chairs and umbrella provide were great, but we didnā€™t get very clear instructions on how to arrange for them. Just get one of the kids that set them up in the morning to verify your name and unit and the length of your stay, and they will put your name on them each day. Overall it was a nice vacation. I would rent this unit again!

Wonderful condo but the heading when we booked said beach chair set up is free. It is not. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Outstanding everything!

Just canā€™t say enough good about this property. Beautiful place beautiful view. And shout out to the cleaning crew. The place was spotless. We had plenty of everything. Writing this even though the weather was cold and we didnā€™t get to beach as much as we normally do. Still the condo covered because the balcony views amazing. Relaxed and safe. Will be back God willing!! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Conference & Birthday Getaway

We came to partake in a 2 day conference in Pensacola and then relax for the weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. The condo at Regency Towers was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to sleep in. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous.
