Sleeping Arrangements: There are 3 rooms to sleep in, plus a loft with twin beds

Main Floor: Primary bedroom with a Queen bed and attached half-bath.

Upper Floor: Cozy loft with two Twin beds and a second bedroom featuring a Queen bed.

Bonus Room: A dedicated sitting room with a TV—perfect for movie nights or a quiet reading nook, plus a full-sized futon for extra sleeping.

Outdoor Living: > Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the large, fully-fenced yard and sunny deck. With a long driveway providing ample parking and a pet-friendly policy (up to 2 well-mannered dogs), it’s the perfect spot for the whole family.

The Location: > Nestled in Lake Forest, you are steps away from the local bike path, public beaches, playground, and a boat launch. A short 5-minute drive brings you into the heart of Tahoe City for shopping and dining, while world-class skiing at Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows is just a quick trip away.

*This is an older home with no updates. The stairs to the second story are steep.

For your convenience, this home includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples. Please also be aware that the deck and BBQ may be unavailable during the late fall, winter and early spring months due to snow.
