This unit is located in Emerald Beach Resort! Luxury updated unit with King bed in the Master and over sized twin bunks in bunk nook and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Marble counter tops in fully stocked kitchen & new flooring. Dining area for enjoying meals together. Amazing floor plan with large balcony. You are 1.3 miles from Pier Park a 3 minute drive or take a nice relaxing beach walk on your way there. The resort boasts 2 swimming pools, one that is beach side and the other large pool is on the North side of the property, the pools is kid oriented. Grills located on site! To cool off and enjoy some shady fun, visit the new outdoor rec area! Ping pong, games and more! A large workout room is also available for you! Grab a Starbucks right there in the lobby!! The Sky Bar is located between the parking area & beach tower is an awesome place to hang out, watch the game or try some karaoke. You won't look far for sweet treats. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was nice and clean. Checkin process was easy. Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and activities.

Great place and location! Very responsive property manager, the freezer in unit had been defrosted before our arrival. She was very upfront with us on the issue! Loved the location, other than elevators being slow and half of them out of order.

Great place, but to busy to enjoy

During our stay, it was hard to find a parking space, parking deck narrow so be careful due to people driving like it is a speed way, property had 8 elevators for 600 condos. Sounds good but during any given time 75% were down. 1 or two on each side would work. Very noisy at night due to traffic and younger group playing loud music, loud cars and just hollering at each other. TV had very few stations. In my opinion, which we all have, to expensive for what you get in return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely. Cable didnt work, however Netflix was provided. The tv would not recognize streaming services, normally not that big of a deal, but with covid and small kids... it was annoying. Smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the night. Battery in kitchen clock was dead, but who keeps track of time on vacation. One of the elevators was down everyday and another broke down on Friday leaving two. Long lines.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here on week of 4th 2016, room was clean and the overall stay was okay. Booked online via VRBO and had to call myself after 2 days to actually confirm my booking, which should've been my first red flag. After the stay and arriving home I realized that the CC I used to pay wasn't actually the same (CC company issued me a new card a few days before my visit for potentially being compromised). So I called the # I was contacted with about the room being ready about the issue of receiving my deposit refund ($500.00). She told me that they would send me a check in mail and that all I needed to do was reply to the confirmation email as a reminder. Well after 3 weeks of calling and one text reply I've still not received my $500 refund. The person I've contacted will not reply or even answer the phone. I've used VRBO/Home away for several years and this has been my worst experience yet.

Beautiful gulf view from 17th floor balcony. Fast elevators. All the conveniences of home and clean. Very cool ac and ceiling fans.Combination door lock so no having to keep up with a key.Nice pools and parking. Would stay here again.

Great location & clean!

My family stayed here for a week vacation. The unit was just as shown in the pictures & very clean! We had a problem finding the wifi password and Terea was quick to respond and give it to us. We (along with many others arriving the first day) also had trouble figuring out the elevators. If you park on any other floor other then 3 in the parking garage you will want to go to 3 to cross the sky bridge, you will come to the escalators and elevators to the left. Take that elevator to the 1st floor, then go to the left to more elevators that will take you to the room. We loved the ice cream in the lobby and Starbucks! My kids loved the pool where they served snow cones and we never had trouble finding a chair. We enjoyed our stay!

The floor had felt like it hadn’t been mopped in a while, you walk across from one side to the other and your feet were black! The floors didn’t bother me as much as the sheets looking like they weren’t changed from the last people who stayed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome. You're right in the middle of all the action, close to Pier Park and Walmart and a lot of good food. The room was nicely updated and had plenty of space. It's high enough to be away from the noise of the strip at night, but still a good height to see and hear the waves from the balcony. The resort is a bit confusing at first because of the layout of elevators, but it is very nice and clean. The pools are in great locations and are kept very nice. There is plenty of beach frontage for the whole resort, not too crowded like some other places. We'll definitely be going back to this room!

Great Stay

They Listed TV and left a program card with all the channels but cable never worked. Called and told somebody and never got a call back. We even called the cable company they said there wasnt any service to that place. We enjoy back ground sounds for when playing cards. Especially with it being football season. Beside the frustration for cable not working it was overall a great stay.
