Spacious Condo w/ FREE WiFi, Parking, Heated Pool, Hot Tubs, Skier Shuttle

Spacious 3rd floor (no elevator), 3-bedroom + loft / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 10 guests allowed in and 4 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Perfect place for our group of 8. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here for our yearly scientific meeting in Vail. Condo is nicely updated with a nice kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy drive to Vail and we enjoyed having 4 parking passes for our group. Hopefully we can stay here again next year for the same meeting.

Happy to hear your group had lots of room to get comfy and enjoyed the condos recent remodel. The kitchen is nice and nicely stocked, so it makes cooking in the condo a breeze. Looks like you drove to Vail, but we do offer our guests a Thursday - Monday free skier shuttle to Vail and a skier shuttle to Beaver Creek seven days a week. Each condo gets one parking pass per bedroom and as always parking is free. Please give us a shout for your next visit as we so many condos to choose from. Cheers and safe travels! Enjoyable Beaver Creek Stay!

Our group loved size and layout of the home. Plenty of rooms for adults and a loft area for kids. We were surprised to see the updated kitchen and it was nice to cook in with a big group. Our group agreed we’d stay again if we head to BC next season.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of space for all of us, and the location next to Nottingham Lake was perfect. My kids used the pool and hot tub daily and had a blast there too. The kitchen was well stocked as well, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was awesome! Plenty of space for our group of 9 and the dedicated loft space for the kids was so nice to have! The kitchen was well equipped and updated. It should be noted that there is no ac, however, there were multiple fans for us to use and the condo is on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator so it was more difficult to bring heavy items up. Overall, this place was great and we would recommend it!

We appreciate the feedback and are glad you thoroughly enjoyed your stay. The upstairs loft is a great getaway for kid and parents alike. The foosball table is fun for everyone, if you can get the kids away from playing. Glad your crew was able to utilize this fantastic room. Sorry about not having AC but about 97% of homes/condos in the area do NOT have it because our evening temps are about 50 degrees during the hottest months. All BCW condos do have box fans, and our front desk can let you know how to get the most out of our cool mornings and evenings. Glad you found the kitchen and condo well stocked. It's that kitchen nice, they just did a nice renovation and it's exceptional. Please give us a shout for your next visit to the area, as we'd love to see you again sometime soon. Great location next to the park

The unit is a bit dated but perfectly functional and with all necessary amenities. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the park was awesome.

We appreciate the feedback and are glad you and your family had a great time, while staying here. Yes the pool is one of our summers guests' favorite locations to hang out at. Some folks also enjoy that Nottingham park, lake and beach are about a 4 minute walk away. Definitely a good time for all ages with fun boat rentals, free concerts and a very cool playground. Sorry to hear you felt the condo was a bit date as we defiantly provide photos and the price is reflective of the condo, hence the great rate for such a large condo. Ski Trip

We stayed here over Christmas and the space was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and everyone was very comfortable. It was also very close to Beavercreek where we were skiing.

Great location!

We were there for a lacrosse tournament and you really can't beat this location! There was a beautiful lake/beach, live music - all walking distance from the condo. Fields were a short drive away. The condo itself was very well kept and comfortable. We'll be back!

The condo was perfect for our trip. We were there for the Vail Lacrosse tournament. The fields were 10 minutes away. The property was beautiful and had a lot to offer.

Yes we had about 30 of our 60 rental condos filled with other tournament families, it's always a fun time in town. Hopefully you were able to get out and play in the park, beach and lake just in front of the condo complex. Or did you get time to soak in one of our three hot tubs or swim a bit in our outdoor pool? Birthday weekend Ski Trip

We had a fabulous time at this property for our annual Birthday Weekend ski Trip. The space is very large and accommodated our large family easily, even with the kids. The loft area made for a great spot for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoyed a cozy fire. It is close to everything needed and the ski hil is just a short drive or shuttle ride away.

Yes we agree it's sooooo nice to have the loft are for the kids to hang out in while the adults can chill downstairs. Glad you appreciated the central location of the condo which is close to groceries, restaurants and shops, very easy to get around Avon. The skier shuttle is only a 3 minute ride to the gondola, now that is convenient and happy to hear you got to use that special service. Cheers and safe travels. Great Beaver Creek getaway!

We stay at this complex every year. The property managers are fantastic. This unit was one of our favorite layouts for family. We had 2 families and everyone enjoyed it. 3rd floor unit so beware of stairs. Really convenient to walk to hot tubs and town shuttle stop. Skier shuttle is the ultimate luxury!! Will stay here again for sure!

Great condo for our group

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We have a scientific meeting in Vail each year at this time and a group of colleagues stayed there. It is very spacious and comfortable and has plenty of beds for the 8 of us. One of the best features is the 4 parking passes that come with the unit! The kitchen has been remodeled since our stay last year and it has a very modern look. It is really only a 15 min drive to Vail and such a good deal compared to the cost of similarly sized units in Vail. We will likely be back again next year!

Yes so glad you made the simple correlation between the unit and the price. You paid less than $80 per bedroom for this large three bedroom condo and the photos do indeed show you all of the unit. We do have many higher end units available here at Beaver Creek West and the price is a bit more and perhaps the condo would have been more to your liking. We hoped you enjoyed the awesome location of the condo along side the 48 acre Nottingham park, with a beach and lake, tons of fun stuff going on like Octoberfest. The heated outdoor year around pool that we have along with three hot tubs and two tennis courts. so much to do and such a central location. Simply THE BEST ski trip!

We were able to get into the condo even though we arrived a little early. We never waited for the bus to take us to the Gondola or back to the condo. With 5 adults and 6 teenagers, everyone had a spot around the dinner table and a place to lounge after a day full of skiing. We wanted for nothing! Thank you so much for opening the condo to us! I hope to book again soon!

Love to see reviews that say "Simply THE BEST ski trip!". This makes everyone at Beaver Creek West happy to hear and we will pass this along to our hard working staff. Sounds like you "scored" and never had to even wait for the FREE skier shuttle to take you to the Riverfront Gondola in Beaver Creek. This shuttle run about every 8 to 10 minutes in the morning and in the afternoon. Glad to hear that there was room for the whole group with room to spare. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Not sure how parking would have worked if we had more than 2 vehicles. Spaces in front of unit were first come first serve. We struggled to find parking with a limited walk. Everything else was a advertised.

Unit under reconstruction, DO NOT STAY UNTIL COMPLETED

This was a bait and switch. Most rooms/bathrooms are half completed, kitchen in partial remodel, bathroom fixtures loose, shower curtains from walmart, heat did not work, no floor transitions finished, dishwasher door brokenbroken.

Good Place to Crash After Skiing

The condo was great place to crash during our ski trip. We went to Vail and Beaver Creek, and used the complimentary shuttle to Beaver Creek. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and fit our 9- person party perfectly, as advertised. Some furniture was a bit worn, but overall very nice. Hot tubs could have been a touch hotter (we couldn't figure out how to turn them up) and more closely monitored, as a group of party-ers was using one for multiple hours with plenty of alcohol and other shenanigans. We may return next year, who knows!

Please do come back and stay with us again as we have over 50 rental condos at this property, so many sizes and price points to consider. Happy to hear that you and your group used the free skier shuttles that we have to both Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. This is a guest favorite as it save everyone from paying for parking at the resorts and the shuttles drop you off as close as the public can be dropped off. And yes you must have driven with Ian as he is a great guy and knows that area well. We are lucky to have him here with us., thanks for including him in your review. Also always very happy to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness and the well stocked condo. Our housekeeping team works their buns off in the winter and we appreciate the feedback on this as well. The owner of that condos is doing so upgrades so hopefully some of those furniture issues will be resolved. Sorry to hear about the hot tub as we do indeed empty and clean them on a regular basis and that sometime it takes a bit to get them up to the proper "hot" temperature. Wouldn't Stay Again

This condo had it positives and negatives. Positives: Great space for 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids); very well furnished with kitchen supplies, fans, etc; Pool and hot tubs were great; nice location next to a lake for fishing; available Wi-Fi. Negatives: It was extremely warm at the end of July (the kids space upstairs never cooled off much making it hard to sleep); huge hair ball in one of the bathrooms upon arrival; refrigerator was turned way down and never caught up to keep things on the bottom cool; one of the bathroom doors would not shut completely without force; extremely cheap toilet paper and tissues; very stained carpet; not all blinds worked, grill was extremely dirty. I read reviews prior that said it needed updating, but to me it was more than just needing updating - it's pretty run down. This is the first time I've provided a negative review on somewhere I've stayed so I wanted to include the positives as well but we wouldn't stay here again.

Great condo for a large group of skiiers

We were a group of 7 adults that all ski. PLENTY of room for us. We cooked dinner both nights and there was plenty of room in the kitchen and the dining table so we could all sit at the table together. However the glass top stove had a large burner cracked with a piece of the glass missing. The fireplace was very nice and there was a lot of wood stack on the balcony. Kindling wood would have been nice to have. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not the greatest. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic! It was also nice that there were room humidifiers as the air in the mountains is dry. The shuttle bus was super convenient. I would recommend this condo for a large group and I would stay here again.

First of all, we had ordered a new stove a few months ago and it finally arrived on Wed, Feb 23, so we do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have cause for you and your group. Glad you used the kitchen and found it accommodating for your group. Sorry to hear we missed the mark on the pillows, we will have housekeeping check those out and change them where needed. Thanks for the positive comments on the fireplace, water pressure, humidifiers and the free skier shuttle. Please defiantly come and see us again and be sure to check us out in the summer. With the lake, beach and park right next door it's a great summer location. Cheers and safe travels!

Great stay!!

The condo was perfect for our family. It was very large, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can't beat the location! We had a great ski trip!

A Group of Bravo!Vail fans

We are from Albuquerque but like to enjoy the Bravo!Vail music festival once or twice a year. This property was perfect for our family group with the cost divided 3 ways. It had the comfortable, woodsy, mountain-lodge feel that we were hoping for. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities were very nice. Convenient to Vail, but Avon is a more comfortable fit for our less ostentatious daily tastes and budget.

Well Bravo to you for choosing this awesome condo at Beaver Creek West. We also love Bravo season and are happy to hear your group found this condo, that suits them all so well. It's is great to get to see the New York Phil, Dallas Symphony Orchestra with the Colorado Rockies as the back drop. Give us a shout next summer and we'd love to see you again. Beds could use an upgrade but otherwise great place

Great condo, good location and lots of space. Only downside is the beds are all pretty uncomfortable
