Property Description
Cinnamon Ridge III B103 is a ground floor, sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bath only 250 yards to the slopes. Sleeps 6. Just a 6 minute walk on the boardwalks across the wetlands to the Mountain House base area lifts and about 8 minutes to the ski/ride school. You can also shuttle or drive to the resort. Near restaurants, shops and events. Spacious unit with free WiFI and cable. Gas fireplace, comfortable seating and flatscreen in living room. Floor to ceiling views of the slopes and wetlands. Large deck with electric grill and stunning mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen with space for meal preparation. Dining area seats 6. This south facing unit is full of light. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Fire extinguisher for safety. After a day of recreation, you can relax in the common area outdoor hot tubs that overlook the slopes, night skiing and the valley.

Undesignated, surface parking spaces for 2 cars is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking passes for your 2 vehicles in unit. Display on rear-view mirror.

Walk or shuttle to the slopes, restaurants, shops, nightlife, activities, festivals and events. The unit is in the Mountain House area of Keystone, less than 250 yards from the ski slopes. Located along the Snake River near beaver ponds. Cinnamon Ridge boasts a great combination of location to the slopes, with comfortable accommodations at an affordable price! Walk to Keystone, 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Less than 15 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. A very quiet summer location on the recreation path for walking or biking. Near the free Summit Stage bus stop. The Stage connects to all towns and resorts in Summit County including the Silverthorne Factory Outlets.

Location

A great stay for a family of 4. Accessed the walking path to keystone easily however we expected a shuttle to be used which was not available. All the comforts of home! If you use the washer, you need your own pods. Loved the area!

Family ski trip

We joined some friends for a ski trip to Keystone. For the kids (15 and 12), this was their first time skiing. We enjoyed our time in the condo. The kitchen was well-stocked, it was convenient to the hot tubs, and the views were fantastic. It was also easy to get to area restaurants and grocery. The only negatives:- The listing says it's a minute walk to the base, but it was more like 10-15. - The dryer had a hard time drying.Otherwise, it was a great stay.The only

Great summer stay

This unit worked perfect for us for a beat the Texas heat vacation. We especially liked the large balcony with a great view of the mountains. Being on the first floor was very convenient. We were able to park right in front of the unit. The unit was very clean but a bit dated. Carpet needs to be replaced. Kitchen area was a bit tight, but the large kitchen table and living room with Mountain View’s made up for it. Overall I don’t think there is a better unit out there for the price and we were very happy with our stay

Winter Escape to Keystone!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Ridge! The condo was comfortable. We liked the gas fireplace. The kitchen area was well appointed and roomy- sometimes the kitchens are so tightly arranged that only one person can get back to the cabinets....The bedrooms were comfortable and we really liked it that each of the two bedrooms had it's own bathroom- you didn't have to walk down the hallway to the bathroom. This building is very close to the Peru lift and there is a path to walk there from the building. We did several times! We enjoyed the hot tub. One of the tubs was not working and after a several days of enjoying the other one it was no longer heating the water for some reason. To be honest, though, we should have reported that and we didn't. I'm sure that someone from maintenance has fixed this.

Condo is great

We enjoyed our stay in keystone. The check in office is in Dillon. You have to drive through there to get to keystone so it wasn’t a problem. We even got to check in early because the condo was ready by 2pm. The condo is just as pictured. It has everything you need. Very comfortable and a great view from the patio of a ski area. You have to keep the heat turned way down so you won’t get to warm. No stairs to climb which is great. There is a really good restaurant right across the parking lot that is excellent( Snake River Saloon and steakhouse).We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas in Keystone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing I would update/replace is the two mattresses & pillows. The king is extremely hard & the queen is extremely soft. The pillows in both rooms are the same. Otherwise, we were thrilled with everything that was provided in the condo.

The location is the best. The location is excelent.

Perfect location you can go skiing and then walk home. Since you are in the middle of the Covid Amid you can improvise quick meals...it was a good experience !!

Pleasantly Surprised

My first VRBO rental. Great location at a reasonable rate. Very clean and close enough to walk to ski lift. As a lifetime Plat with Marriott I considered staying at their Breck property, but was really happy to save a few $ and not worry about about parking, points, or shuttles. If you’re concerned about aesthetics, you could quibble with the carpet, but why bother? Put your boots on, then the kiddos, and make a day of it. Ski storage available at Keystone base.

Exactly as pictured and described

Loved the place. It is at the bottom of the mountain (5-10 minute walk to the ski lift) and walking distance to several restaurants. Very cozy. Kitchen had everything you could possibly imagine and/or need available for your use. Summit Group was very helpful; called to see if we needed anything and also allowed us to check out slightly later than normal checkout time so we could enjoy morning snowmobiling. Would return to this place in a heartbeat!

Very nice place to stay

Would give this a 4.5 stars if possible. The place is clean and much better stocked than many of the places we have rented. Everything was easy to use - nice to have a gas fireplace. We could walk across a few bridges (maybe a 7 minute walk) to the mountain house ski lodge and slopes. We would stay here again.

Great view of the mountain.

Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at Keystone. Condo was well equipped and within walking distance of several restaurants. Great vacation.

Last minute booking

This is a very nice, comfortable, cozy condo. It is within walking distance of Keystone skiing/snowboarding and a half hour to Breckinridge. With the sofa sleeper it worked for my husband, myself, and our two adult sons. It was very warm inside the condo the first evening, but we lowered the thermostat completely and opened windows for a comfortable rest of our stay. The internet connection is spotty. We were pleased with our last minute booking of this condo.
