Condo has been updated in May 2025 with stone flooring, new stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, new white shaker kitchen cabinets, new floor to ceiling sliding doors and fresh paint. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Full size Maytag washer and dryer. Wi-fi and a new 70 inch smart TV. Large TV in main bedroom also
Everything is provided for your comfort including all linens, pillows, beach towels. All closets and dressers are empty so there is plenty of room to put your belongings for your extended stay.
This unit is approximately 1100 sq ft.without the extended wrap around lanai.

New Queen size Lazy Boy sofa in the living area with a high-end pull-out queen size air mattress for extra guests. Cleanliness is a priority. Coolers, beach chairs and umbrella are there to enjoy the beach.
