Enjoy a getaway on the lake and bike path! Experience a thoughtfully decorated and immaculately clean one bedroom apartment in quaint neighborhood. This very cute apartment is situated on Lake Champlain in the desirable, artsy, historic south end of Burlington. Sleep well in a comfy queen bed with lovely linens. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, and all the luxuries of home.

Located on the city bike path, less than a mile to downtown Burlington and one and half hours to Montreal. EV charger available for your car!

The neighborhood beach is a block away and down the stairs to a sandy beach. Looking out the front porch is a city park with fields and a playground. Restaurants, breweries, art galleries all within walking distance. Five miles to the airport and city public transportation stop at the next corner. This is a duplex in the historic French Canadian neighborhood. We, the owners, live next door but you have all the privacy you need! Toddlers welcome, porta crib provided.

We expect you to have fun and enjoy this wonderful neighborhood in Burlington! While we welcome children, please be aware that they would share the double futon in the living room. We also have a portable crib should you need one. Beach chairs provided, bikes, SUP's and boats can be rented in Burlington.

Very comfortable accommodation with a full kitchen. Situated in a very quiet area it was very peaceful and relaxing. The cottage had all the equipment we needed for a super stay.Deb & John were very friendly & helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Burlington . House was super clean and was very convenient to downtown , bike / walking paths , UVM and other area attractions. Deb and John were great hosts , very helpful with area and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again if in this area!!!

We had another enjoyable stay at John and Deb's place. The location is perfect for exploring Burlington and the surrounding area while also providing plenty to see, eat, and drink within a 5 minute walk. Communication was timely and exceptionally helpful. We can't wait to stay again!

Weekend getaway

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here! Deb was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy to find at all hours of the day, and the location was perfect! We will certainly check availability here for future trips to Burlington!

The location is walkable to downtown in good weather (little over 1 mile) beautiful views of Lake Champlain. The place was clean, organized, well stocked and the owners are wonderful!

Second Year Here and Will Be BACK!

We loved our stay here so much for our second year in a row. The home is comfortable, clean, and ideally located. We walked on the bike trail to local breweries, and were a walk away from Church street! It is in such a cozy neighborhood by the lake and a park. We hope to be back many years to come! Burlington in early October can’t be beat!

Great long weekend

Perfect location for long weekend. Quiet street with ample parking. Home was clean, had everything we needed and some goodies in the fridge for us. Reading on the porch was a plus and walking to the various parks/beaches so easy. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Thank you!!!

Wonderful lakeside experience!

We loved our stay in Burlington. The house was clean and we kept cool with the bedroom AC. The hosts provided everything we needed, including some local beers in the fridge! We also loved going to the neighborhood beach around the corner and the easy walk to the bike path. We enjoyed a short walk to Burlington's farmers market on Saturday as well! The neighborhood was great - very quiet at night, which we loved.

Just what we wanted

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable . We enjoyed being so close to the bike path . It was the perfect place to say for active parents visiting theirbUVM student .

Charming and Convenient

This is a charming and clean little apartment close to everything! Our hosts John & Deb were very responsive to our needs. The only thing I would recommend is to update to a larger, smart TV so your guests can stream in their favorite channels. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc. We enjoyed exploring around Vermont. It’s such a beautiful state! Thanks William & Sarah

UVM Parents’ Weekend

Comfortable, cozy and well-appointed 1 BR apartment in a lovely neighborhood by the lake and Pine Street. The place was a perfect jumping off point for a wonderful visit with our son. Only a mile or so from the UVM campus. A stone’s throw from beaches, a lakeside park and bike trail. We had a pleasant walk Saturday morning to the not to be missed farmer’s market on Pine St. Thumbs up across the board!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location for us, we walked the trail to town and lovely park on the lake nearby. House is very nicely done and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bath was very well furnished with nice extras. The sofa was a little too low and soft for us, but nice kitchen chairs. Would stay here again.

We love to visit other VRBO when we travel. We also enjoy a good hike and a good pint. When home in Burlington we enjoy all athletic activities when we aren't being lazy and sitting on the beach!

We totally renovated the entire house in 2013, and just completely redecorated and repainted the entire apartment. Fresh update!

Plus we follow strict cleaning and safely protocol.
