FAMILY FRIENDLY AS CHILDREN 6 AND UNDER STAY FREE!

Sand, Sun and the beautiful Caribbean Sea are only a few steps from your ground level condo! It is 20 steps to this pristine, white 400' of sandy beach and to the pool. The best part of our beach is the large Casuarina shade trees and tiki huts that give you the option of relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying the beach and sea. You can build a sandcastle, go shelling, snorkeling, walking, and watch the sand crabs.

Condo #4 is a ground level condo, is located on the quiet and secluded part of 7 Mile Beach. This ground level condo eliminates the need for hauling your luggage, groceries, children and gear up and down the stairs. This clean, designer decorated condo offers you 1200 square feet for the ultimate in comfort and relaxation.

This single story ground level condo has two bedrooms with lots of space, closets and dressers. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress, newly tiled bathroom and a personal safe for your valuables. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds with new mattresses. It too has a large closet and dresser. The guest bathroom is also newly tiled with a walk-in showers. Both bathrooms have an abundance of plush towels and linens which are provided by our daily maid service. This ground level condo boasts a large, comfortable living are, which offers plenty of seating as well as a dining area adjoined to the kitchen. Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV are available for your viewing enjoyment.

Your private patio consist of a dining table with four chairs, great for eating breakfast and lunch, plus a comfy chaise lounge to sit and enjoy the fabulous view of the beach and tropical grounds This is a great place for children to run and play. A Webber grill is provide for your outdoors cooking. The bright kitchen has everything one would need with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, toaster as well as a new full sized refrigerator. Also, there are plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware and cooking utensils.

The pool area offers several tables, chairs and a screened in cabana with a ping-pong table; a great place to sit and have dinner by the sea while watching the sunset. We have wonderful maid services and guest laundry is available on the property. Each condo has its own private parking space with extra spots for guests.

Harbour Heights is the perfect place for a romantic getaway for a couple or a relaxing family tropical retreat.

Most beautiful beach

I think the condo and the beach look even better in person. The check in process was simple, and we were able to check out late with no problem. Our stay was in the beginning of August, and there was almost no one in town and staying at the condo complex. The place was very clean, and we loved the bright furniture. The beach was so peaceful, and gorgeous. My 3 and 8 year old were able to snorkel right outside the condo. We’d love to come back!

Perfect place for a nice, quiet stay on 7MB! Very clean, plenty of room, and a perfect launching and landing point for the day. Shows some wear and tear, but nothing that should ever keep you away from a fantastic stay. Honestly, can’t wait to come back!! Thank you to everyone!!

Wonderful condo in the perfect location!

Our family just got back from a wonderful stay at Harbour Heights in this great condo. It is truly a hidden treasure on the best stretch of 7 Mile Beach. Clean, comfortable, secure, organized, stocked, etc. Being on the ground floor, you walk outside and it is truly just steps to the private beach or the pool. The host is great to work with as well. On site staff is so friendly and helpful. Everything you need is here. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back again.

Hidden Treasure

I feel like this condo complex is a hidden treasure. It is amongst a bunch of different resorts on an amazing part of 7 mile beach. The condo is very spacious, very clean, and literally just steps away from the ocean front pool and a private stretch of the beach. The security guards are very good about keeping trespassers off the property, which makes it nice especially on the days when there are a lot of tourists who come off the cruise ships. The condo itself is very comfortable and very clean. It is extremely convenient having a full kitchen and it is very convenient being on the ground floor. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. The management was amazing Because we were there during hurricane barrel and they made arrangements to move us to a higher condo that was equally nice. The grounds people were excellent at keeping the property clean. There are restaurants within walking distance. The best part is the beach. There were always plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and shaded areas under trees. There are two showers for rinsing sand off. There is also a pool house that has a bathroom, ping-pong, table, and water toys. When I looked to either side of us on the beach, at the resorts, the beach was always packed with people, but on our private stretch, there were about four families at most. It truly was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had bc of zero stress associated with going to the beach and pool. This is truly an amazing find.

Best place so far on the island.

We have visited this island a dozen times in the last 25 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Quiet and beautiful. Groceries and amazing restaurants within walking distance and a beach that provides shade all day for those who need it. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Just Fantastic - nothing else to say!

My family have just returned from 8 days at Harbour Heights. This is a very high quality, superior condo, with superb site landscaping, a large pool and on the most amazing part of Seven Mile Beach. We did not want to leave. The location is great, although a car is very advisable. Would we come back - absolutely! It is quite expensive, but absolutely worth every dollar! The most amazing family holiday that none of us wanted to end!

A Slice of Paradise: An Incredible Trip to Grand Cayman

We recently had the privilege of embarking on a truly unforgettable journey to the breathtaking island of Grand Cayman. From the moment we set foot in this tropical paradise, we were swept away by its beauty and charm. The entire experience, from the impeccable condo to the friendly locals, exceeded our wildest expectations. First and foremost, the condo we stayed in was an absolute dream. The moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in for a treat. The accommodation surpassed the allure of the pictures, offering a stunning blend of comfort, style, and tranquility. Not only was it impeccably clean, but the tasteful decor added an extra touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. We instantly felt at home, ready to indulge in the wonders of the island. Anne the owner had done a fabulous job! She answered all our questions and even sent us a sheet with the highlights of the island. The location couldn't have been any better. Situated in a prime spot with a view of the crystal-clear waters of the beach, and it is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and anything you need. What made it even more special was the proximity of the pool, which was just steps away from the shoreline. It was a unique sensation to lounge in the pool and simultaneously feel the gentle caress of the ocean breeze.. Not to mention there is a pool house with a bathroom, ping pong table and ice machine which was very convenient. Incredible vacation! Thank you Anne!

Beautiful Condo Steps from the Beach

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4, allowing our young adult children (ages 19 and 23) to have their own bathroom and bedroom (with equally-sized beds... no fighting!). The covered patio is perfect if it rains, and the beach is lovely. Close to a grocery store and a great vegan restaurant each morning for coffee and wraps, pancakes and muffins. There are plenty of dishes and the kitchen is well-sized. We loved it!

We've been to GC 5 times on family vacation. It's always a good time. We liked this location due to proximity of shops and restaurants. Far enough from the crowd, but close enough to walk. Always a chair or cabana available on the beach or by the pool!

My wife and I have traveled to several Caribbean islands in the past and this location is by far one of the best. This condo was in a great location with access to a beautiful beach setting. Anne was a 5 star host and kept in contact with us before and during our visit. We will keep these memories for a long time and plan on returning next winter. Thanks Anne

Great place to stay right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here right on seven mile beach! The condo was very convenient for swimming and snorkeling. The pool was never too busy, and we had our choice of spots on the beach. It was a great vacation in a great condo!

Fantastic location, fantastic host!

We just finished a week stay at the condo, and everything went wonderfully. The condo is just as advertised - very clean, very roomy, and a super patio with chairs and a chaise. And the A/C units worked great! The two bedrooms were very spacious, and the bathroom were clean and nice. The office and laundry is right there too, and they actually sell beer/liquor/sodas there. And Anne was just so kind. She reached to me shortly after booking offering to send brochures and that our family would have a good time. Then, we had an issue in our departure flight, and Anne gladly pushed back our entire trip one-day no questions asked. Later, the blender was broken when we got there, and Anne got TJ the neighbor to quickly bring us a new one. She was so nice. Otherwise, the highlight of the condo is the location. This place is just heaven. It's slightly up the 7-mile strip, so it's a bit quiet, which was perfect for us. And the resort was very empty, which was also fantastic (I guess due to the time of year). The pool was about 40 feet from our patio, is amazingly heated (we were told the only heated pool on the strip), and was very empty. The beach was about 100 feet away as well. The sand is super soft, there are tons of shade from the cabanas and giant trees, and tons of lounge chairs. And the water is so clear and blue - it easily rivals Grace bay in Turks and Eagle beach in Aruba. There's also a security guard on premise 24/7, so we felt super safe. We highly recommend Anne and this condo!

A quaint hidden jewel you need to know!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about how lovely it was to stay at Harbour Heights Condo #4 in Grand Cayman! We absolutely loved it! The condominium complex was quiet, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and adventures such as the Cayman Turtle Center etc. The condos are steps to their heated pool and beach - most of the time it was just the four of us like having a private pool and beach! The beach in front of the condominium was absolutely beautiful with white sand and turquoise water with lots of shaded seating options. It was the perfect base camp for our Grand Cayman adventure. We truly appreciated the personal attention from our hosts and the condominium complex. They were very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to staying with them again!

Wonderful

This location is fantastic! Walking out the door mere steps from a private beach can’t be beat. The property is located within walking distance of multiple resorts with restaurants, so grabbing a drink and a bite is super easy. Anne was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and mailed us Cayman travel guides to help with our planning. Once on the property, Lisa, the property manager, was just as helpful. We also got to meet several other families and property owners in the complex who were all just so pleasant. At the time of our stay there was construction next door, which was a bit of a distraction, but for the most part you’ll be exploring the island during the day and miss most of the noise. Keep in mind that this is temporary, so once it’s done it, this place can’t be beat. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. I would 100% rent here again.

Beautiful beach

Great location on 7 mile beach. The sand beach out front is fantastic, and if you need shade, there are large trees at the beach which is really nice. Close to great snorkeling. The condo has everything you need, and was recently updated. Will definitely come back.

A quiet secluded paradise

Wow! If you are looking for seclusion and privacy on 7 mile beach, this is the place for you. You could see crowds both up and down the beach at hotel and condo complexes or the public beach next door, but the location of this condo between them makes you feel like you own your own private beach. There weren't many people staying in the complex when we were there so it was easy to find space on a beach chair or pool chair to soak up the warm sun or nap under the palms and casuarina pines. There are lots of lounge chairs and tables available on the beach and in the pool area at almost anytime during the day. Our stay was at the end of low season, which turned out to be awesome. There were many days when we were the only ones in the pool and just one of a handful of people on the beach in front of the condo complex. There is security on site and they do a great job of keeping the public and cruise ship passengers from interrupting your privacy in paradise or occupying the private beach chairs that are part of the complex. We were lucky enough to be the first to stay in the condo after a recent remodel. The condo is nicely decorated with all things tropical. It is crisp and very bright. Everything you need is there including beach floats and toys for the kids. There are several good restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. The owner personally recommended several good restaurants to us. Rhonda, in the office, is super helpful with all requests and can point you to great restaurants and island attractions as well. The owner was also super helpful with the entire rental process and was nice enough to mail info on Grand Cayman prior to our stay. The only negative that I could mention is completely out of the control of the owner and the condo complex but it needs to be mentioned. They are building a high rise condo complex right next door and it is just getting started. The current construction noise is minor and acceptable but upcoming construction noise may be an issue for some. Regardless, we were so delighted with the condo, property, and experience, that we can't wait to stay there again.

After visiting Harbour Heights, our family knew this was the place they wanted to come back to over and over again. This gorgeous white sandy 7 Mile Beach is just outside your doorstep. The Beach gently slopes into the sea where you can swim, snorkel and dive. The gardens and lawn are outstanding and well maintained. We feel once you visit you will also want to return again and again as we do.

Our ground level condo is just a few steps to the beach and pool area. Our beach and pool are private and reserved for only owners and guests. The beach gazebos offer a great place for shade and to watch the sunset.This condo is professionally decorated. Our patio has a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy breakfast or lunch, plus a chaise lounge for relaxing and reading a book. We have Wi-Fi so you can stay in touch, while on vacation. There are dive masters who will pick you at the condo and take you diving. Harbour Heights doesn't have any large hotels next to it, but a short walk down the beach you will be at the Westin Hotel, where you can rent a jet ski, kayak, sailboat, go water skiing, parasailing and wind surfing. There are many wonderful restaurants for dining and enjoying the sunset.
