The Napili Bay Resort, located just north of Lahaina town center, and one bay south of Kapalua Bay which is considered by many to be the best location on Maui.
Located on the second floor (1st door, corner unit) of the Napili Bay Resort. This studio offers beautiful Ocean and Garden views. The lanai has a private and open feel where you can sit back and enjoy the views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. This unit offers a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and bath with walk-in shower, New ceiling fan and separate vanity with sink. New king size bed, Comfy New Couch and free wireless high speed internet.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date can have the deposit applied to a stay at the same unit within one year of the original check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposit
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the deposit and total rental amount paid.
Trip insurance is highly recommended.

Spring Break!

We had an amazing time staying at Deanna’s place. The location is perfect! We were so happy with the amenities, we used the grill most every day! Everything we could need was in the kitchen. We will defiantly visit this place again.

Excellent getaway location

This was a great place to stay. It was a great studio setup for my wife and I. Sits on a beautiful beach. Easy access to everything in the area. Had all the amenities of home. The included beach chairs and umbrella were very convenient and helpful. Would stay here again. Was clean. No issues at all.

Beautiful beach stay

Very nice stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable, this unit was a short walk to Napili Beach, and short drive to Kapalua beach and start of coastal trail. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels owner provided for use during our stay. Watched sunset from beach or balcony almost every evening.

Peaceful

Such a great getaway for two people. Everything you want or need is in walking distance. Couldn’t ask for anything better! The place was perfect and the balcony with the view of the sunset/ocean is unreal. I could stay there again and again.

The Get-Far-Away (but close enough)

One More Day!

Great location. Beach perfect. Market nearby for essentials. Great morning walks roadside and through golf course. Condo quiet except for the adorable birdies, can’t beat that!

Nice location on Napili Bay

We booked this condo for a last minute trip during Christmas week when not much was available at reasonable prices. This condo is right on Napili Bay, a fantastic location. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and provided all the beach gear needed for a fun stay (beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, beach towels). We gave four versus five stars only because the place is a little run down - it is however accurately represented by the photos.

Beautiful unit. Loud birds

Beautiful unit. Great location. The only thing is that one morning from 6:00am-6:45am there were very loud birds outside in the trees. They came back a few times during the stay.

Maui with mom and son

Stayed four days. My son and I had a great time at the beach which was real close. The rental had great accessories for the beach which my son and I used regularly. The place was close to a bus stop. We used it to go shopping and buy groceries. And it was so nice to have a kitchen to make your own meals. Peaceful and quiet area. Overall we had a great time.

Nice location

The positives: this condo is clean and well-equipped (kitchen well-stocked, beach chairs provided, etc), Napili Bay is lovely and the access is very easy through a locked gate, there are many places to eat nearby, and it is close to the wonderful walking path at Kapalua. Parking is super easy and just steps from the unit. It is very quiet other than the ocean and the birds. Super easy check-in. The negatives: the unit needs some TLC—the locks are difficult to turn (my main complaint), could use some fresh paint on the doors—looks dirty though I think it’s just wear and tear from the humidity. The condo complex is very basic—just a parking lot and bbq facility , ocean view is slightly more than peek-a-boo if you stand in the right position on the lanai. There is no pool, no pretty grounds. If you are looking for a basic clean room near a beautiful beach, this condo is a great option.

Steps away from private beach access!

This property is steps away from the beautiful Napili Bay beach. As the week went on, we appreciated just how close we were to private beach access. No looking for parking and lugging beach items from distant street parking. This unit does have somewhat of an obstructed ocean view but not by much. The view is great nonetheless. You can sit or stand out on the lanai and see & hear the waves just as if you were directly beach front. I would wake up early and watch the sun light come in and wow-picture perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have meals “at home.” It was so nice to make ourselves a quick breakfast or lunch or have restaurant leftovers out on the lanai. We also were provided with beach items which was so helpful and convenient. There were four beach chairs, a couple of beach towels, pool noodles, a cooler and a few boogie boards. There was also a container of snorkeling gear which we didn’t use because we had our own. We were about 8 miles north of Lahaina Town & the Kaanapali area-not a bad drive at all. The unit is a little older and dated as far as decor & furnishings (kitchen & bathroom seem newer than the main living/sleeping area). But it was clean and again-the locked & secure private beach access & view made it worth it. Prior to booking we were going to stay in a high rise type building right on the beach in Kaanapali but with no direct beach access, if that makes sense. We are so glad that we opted for this Napili Bay property instead! It is a small resort with beautiful grounds that include washing/drying facilities, an outdoor eating area with grills and even a dedicated smokers area outside. The resort was quiet and peaceful. There is no A/C in this property but that wasn’t too much of a problem. All doors and windows have screens with blinds. You can open the blinds as much as you need so that the breeze can come in. We made sure to close the blinds just enough for privacy at night but still have them somewhat open to let the breeze in. We stayed in the middle of December and had perfect weather at 75°-80°. One thing to note is we noticed the fans in the living area are set to be where 1 is fastest and 4 is slowest instead of 1 being the lowest speed moving up to 4 being the fastest. If there were some minimal decor updates & possibly newer carpet, it would make this place even better. But I would still highly recommend and we hope to be back one day!

Wonderful experience

The unit overall was good. Please note that there is no A/C. My bad for assuming that there was. My wife panicked when we arrived (she has hot flashes regularly). The unit was unbearable. I immediately contacted our host, Deanna. She calmed me down and asked us to give it 24 hours for our bodies to adjust to the climate (we are from Las Vegas). Sure enough, by the evening, we were feeling better. A word of advice - keep the ceiling fans running as well as the portable fan. Also, leave the window and door slats slightly open. The location was terrific. You can fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves (you will be that close to the water). And the chirping birds only adds to the peaceful environment. Although the unit could use a refresh, it does not affect the overall experience. We will definitely consider staying here upon our return.

Dream getaway

Absolutely loved this location. The apartment had everything we needed and more! Super comfy bed. Napili is such a beautiful spot. The beach is lovely with spectacular sunsets. Close to a superb restaurant on the beach, amenities and great surf.

Resort was quiet and in a perfect location . Close to Lahaina, Kanapaali and Kapalua. A lot of nice beaches close by . Deanna’s condo had everything we needed … just as advertised!! Would stay here again!

Napili Love

I've been visiting Napili Bay for over 50 years... staying at the bay or near the bay. We found this property to be perfect for us. Comfortable, well stocked, with a partial view and of course the magical birds singing at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was great, bathroom very nice and the bed was super comfy. We appreciated that beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, noodles, ice chest and umbrella were available for use at the beach. Will stay again!
