First street beach, just a hop skip and a jump away, has two playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields, a boat launch, a dog park, and picnic tables and grills. There are several restaurants and bars in the town of Manistee and a quaint historic downtown district. The little river casino is 7 miles away.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, baking dishes, pots and pans, flatware, wine glasses, and much more.

There is a huge completely fenced backyard. In the backyard, enjoy croquet and cornhole. There are lounge chairs and tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
