The open-plan living space of this home has been designed to let natural light flow in, and there are spectacular views of the lake from almost every angle. The seating area is perfectly positioned by the large windows so you can enjoy the views as a group or catch a moment alone to read your favorite book in natural sunlight.

The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and is well-stocked with everything you need to cook up tasty feasts. The dining table comfortably seats six for long, luxurious meals, and the breakfast bar offers an alternative dining spot for casual breakfasts and afternoon snacks.

On the lower level, you’ll find a TV room with a sectional couch and armchair that makes a cozy spot for movie nights. There’s also a fully-equipped laundry room on this level which is handy for guests who prefer to pack light.

The spacious, light-soaked primary suite can be found on the property’s main level. It has a sumptuous queen bed and a private outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a peaceful start to the day with your morning coffee in hand. On the lower level, you’ll find a second guest room with a full double bed and a third room with twin bunks. Both rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and have unobstructed views of the surrounding nature. There are two newly-renovated bathrooms at the property for added convenience.

The vast outdoor space of this property is where your group will love spending sunny, relaxing days together. Multiple decks give you plenty of outdoor seating options and the surrounding trees and secluded location ensure you can enjoy your space in ultimate privacy. Stairs lead directly to a private waterfront deck where you can catch some rays, enjoy picnic lunches, and splash around in the lake.

When the sun goes down, light the fire pit, pull up an Adirondack chair, and enjoy memorable evenings under the stars. There’s also a grill for guests to BBQ on, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after time out on the lake, plus a garage with an EV charger and plenty of additional parking.

Other Things to Note

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
