Beach House 30A #1 is the lower floor of the lovely three-story gulf front home, Beach House 30A. This beach vacation getaway has its own private entrance and access to the beach, as well as its own private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beach House 30A #1 can be rented as a four-bedroom / four bath unit alone, or in combination with Beach House 30A #2 and #3 to make a ten-bedroom / ten bath vacation home. Either way, Beach House 30A #1 offers its guests a wonderful gulf front vacation on beautiful Dune Allen Beach.

*Additional $200 non-refundable pet fee

*7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) required during spring break and summer
*4 night minimum all other dates

Christmas on the Beach

Our family had an amazing stay for the holidays in this Santa Rosa rental. Steps to the beach and amazing views out every window. The property was spacious with room for everyone to spread out. We would love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful. The house was fine, the refrigerator in the kitchen doesn’t get very cold, the floors throughout the house need replacing. Some outlets didn’t work, the master bathtub bottom is stained that it looks gross. The bed was comfy.

Family Reunion/Wedding

Property was amazing! Much larger than listing shows. Very comfortable, plenty of seating inside and out. Beach chairs, private beach access, spectacular views! We watched dolphins every morning from the breakfast table. We will be back for sure!!!!

Dream of a Vacation

This rental was located in the perfect spot! We were directly on the beach, had a beautiful view, and loved the size of the home. There is plenty of parking for all of your guests, and a good bit of room in the units for everyone to not be on top of one another. There are some updates that the house needs, but it did not effect our stay at all! An added bonus for us was that there were 2 refrigerators! Overall, we will be coming back sooner than later!

Beautiful beach, so so rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting via Dune Allen was a simple process and the web site is user friendly. Our families have been renting from Dune Allen since the late 1960s and we have always had wonderful experiences.I do have to say, though, that this is the first time we have not been completely happy with the property we rented. We had 4 children with us and had I known the condition of the unit prior to our stay, I would not have completed the rental agreement. There were numerous cracks and crevices in the tile floor that had what looked like peeling worn out tape to try hold the pieces together, the floor was buckled in places making it impossible to close some of the doors, and there were missing edge tiles on the kitchen counter. The handle on the microwave was held on with black tape, and there was what looked like black mold under the kitchen sink. Definitely not what we considered an especially safe environment. Thankfully, no one was injured, but I will not rent this unit again.

Beach House 30A

The location and proximity to the beach are perfect. However the house has not been maintained and is need of major repairs. The foundation is sinking which has made the ceramic tile floor crack. It has jagged edges in places that someone could cut their feet. It’s especially risky for small children’s feet. The tile countertops in the kitchen are missing large sections of tile. The elevator does not work. There are other things that need updating and repaired but these are the major issues. We would love to stay again but won’t return until this place is updated and repaired.

Great location, spacious but a bit dated house

Only steps from the beach. Probably shouldn’t have rented a golf cart since usually the biggest need for one has been to transport beach items back/forth. PS this location has ZERO outside outlets so there’s no way to recharge an electric cart. Even the maintenance man looked for us and none were to be found. Plenty of parking! We had 5 vehicles in our group not to mention the other two unit’s tenants’ vehicles and still plenty of space in the overflow area left. 3 of the four bedrooms had awesome beach/gulf views and access to the deck. Perfect for watching sun rise & sunsets. Each having a private bathroom was also a plus. We had a group of 8 so having the second fridge was great. Big family & dining room areas made it very comfy for all to hang out together. The only negatives are with the upkeep. All the mattresses looked to be 20 years old and were very thin, pillows extremely old and flat. No one slept very well. Couches were also very old. Several of the blinds were broken and couldn’t be adjusted… owners need to spend a little money to bring it up to date. It was concerning that the door code wasn’t changed from the previous renter. Their rental welcome letter was on the counter when we arrived and we had the same door code. Overall we had a great vacation staying here and would recommend it to other large groups/families.

Beautiful sunsets.

My husband, myself and 7 year old shih tzu stayed in this property for the month of February. We were very fortunate to stay in such a nice place directly on the beach, we spent many hours on the covered balcony watching the dolphins, shorebirds and amazing sunrises and sunsets. I took many beautiful pictures. The home would be great for a large family since it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all very comfortable. The only disadvantage was the T.V. in the livingroom is mounted on the wall over the fireplace and watching it was very uncomfortable, didn't bother me since I wasn't into T.V. but my husband does enjoy sports. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. It is off the road enough that traffic is never heard. Thanks for letting us stay in Beach House.
