House is in desirable Wainscott in East Hampton. Less than a half mile from montauk highway. You will be biking distance from gorgeous Beach Lane beach (less than 2 miles) and Wainscott town (1 mile- barrys bootcamp, breadzilla, Seafood shop, Levain bakery, Goldberg's bagels etc...)! There are many other nearby beaches as well. Less than 4 miles from Bridgehampton and East Hampton main streets and 5 miles from sag harbor. The jitney is a mile away. Close to Wolffer Estate Vineyard!
The house has a beautiful 20 by 40 ft heated pool and a hot tub that seats 7 surrounded by 1500sq ft of deck space with sofas, lounges, Weber grill and a large outdoor dining table. We guarantee that the pool will be open and heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Outside of those dates opening and heating is weather dependent. (For the 2021 season pool cover will come off on April 26th and pool will be swimmable by May 9th at the latest). Please ask if you'd like to ensure it is open and/or heated for your dates outside of MD-LD and we may be able to accommodate your request (there may be an additional charge depending on dates and whether or not you want it heated). The hot tub is open and heated all year long.
The large front porch has sofa and chairs so there is plenty of room for all guests to find a quiet and private place to relax.
The living room and 3 of the guest rooms have direcTV and flat screen tvs. There is wifi in the house, on the deck and out by the pool. There is also a verizon network extender. The kitchen, living room and dining room are equipped with Sonos speakers.
All linens and paper products are included. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes, small appliances (coffee pot, espresso machine, toaster, juicer etc...). There are also bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas for use.
The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi.
We have many children’s items available for use at the house such as a high chair, baby gate for the stairs, crib etc... Please ask if you would like to see if we have anything in particular or if you’d like any of these things ready for your stay.
We are a couple living in Manhattan with our toddler daughter and baby son and we love spending our free time at the beach with friends longtime and new!
