Rental suite in duplex with queen bed (high quality mattress) and comfortable IKEA sofa sleeper (double) for additional sleeping options. All linens are provided.

Fully equipped kitchen just bring your groceries and enjoy home cooked meals. Shared laundry with washer/dryer is available for your use with access from your suite. Ductless A/C& Heat unit with separate temperature control from other unit.

Rental suite is the back unit of an owner-occupied duplex with a separate entrance and a private patio area and off-street parking for 1 vehicle and more spots available upon request. Enjoy the peaceful residential area that is just a block off Gulf Blvd and numerous restaurants/bars and other local spots. Just a short distance away is John's Pass and Marina. The beautiful beach with a walking/biking trail along the beach is only 1-2 blocks away. GREAT LOCATION - privacy but close to everything!

Owner will provide some flexibility on check-in/out times and cancellations but on a case-by-case basis. Owner may waive extra person fees for young children on a case-by-case basis.

This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - please do not book if you are a smoker even if you typically smoke outside or infrequently. Professional cleaning fees are expensive for smoke removal. Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if smell is noticeable in unit. If it requires outside company charge could be up to $750 (receipt to be provided).

Wonderful Stay!!

You can’t go wrong with this rental. Beautiful apartment with modern appliances. Very clean and location was a quick walk to the beach. Michelle was very friendly and always was available to assist us when needed. Only wish we could have stayed for a longer period of time!

Wonderful Experience

Me and my husband stayed for 5 days for a wedding. The location was perfect for us because we were able to walk everywhere. The place was cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very sweet and helpful. We would definitely come back!

perfect location!!!

Michelle's place was clean and well equipped, she even provides a cart, umbrella, and chairs for the beach which is only one block away. Michelle was always available and a great hostess. We hop to return. John and Barb K.

Treasure Island Birthday

The property host was amazing! She made sure I knew where everything was and how it all worked and even left flowers for my birthday ♥♥ The property was perfect! Had everything that was needed. Super clean and super cute. And it's perfectly located within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment with great location.

This studio apartment exceeded all expectations. Location, cleanliness, amenities, very comfortable bed, quality linens, etc. The host, Michelle was very helpful and informative. Everything you need plus more for a comfortable stay. 1 short block to beach. Walk to restaurants. Exceptional experience.

Great stay!

We had a great week at Michelle’s Treasure Island R n R . It had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen had all that we needed. We had all meals there with the exception of 2 dinners and Michelle made the recommendations and they were excellent.Laundry facilities were great.The beach was a short walk away. The neighbourhood was great. We had great 2 mile + walks almost everyday.. You can’t go wrong.

Perfect Beach Spot for 2

Just the right size for couples. Comfy queen bed. The place was spotless! Very clean with updated kitchen. There was a foldout table that we did not use, but we did eat breakfast at the bar counter. Michelle provided a beach wagon, beach umbrella, and a couple of beach chairs, all of which we used everyday. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great place for a beach vacation.

Perfect little place for a couple or small family. So many positives about this property, the host was very welcoming and informative, greeting me apon arrival and giving me a quick once through and showing me how everything works. This property has an immaculately clean, cute and cozy interior including all the little things you could possibly need provided by the host. And its close proximity to everything from the beach, restaurants and shops. Is a win win in anybodys book. You're truly in the heart of it all. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great little place for some needed R&R

Just as clean as others say... and close to beach

Easy check in, quiet and clean property. It is small with the bed area not in a separate room with a door, but no different than an efficiency, and is better than motel style room as it has a small separate full galley kitchen area. Availability of laundry equipment and a very clean bathroom are great to find in small rentals. The host is very accessible and prompt to respond to questions or needs. I didn't like the exterior door hinged on the outside, but otherwise not much to complain about, this is a very well kept property, and a very short (1 small block) walk to beach. Waffle House on the corner is an added bonus. Off street parking and privacy fenced small back patio are also items to note.

Our new home away from home!

My husband and I were looking for a place and found this adorable little home to stay. The bed and pillows were amazing. So comfortable it was hard to get up some mornings. Close to everything you could need or want. Just a block away from the beach, restaurants and stores. Michelle the owner is so very sweet. She makes sure you are comfortable with everything in the apartment. Even gives you info on places to eat and visit. We have made a friend with Michelle for life! We really hope to get back to her place before the end of the year. My husband has said that Michelle's place is now our home away from home and he will not stay anywhere else. Hopefully our next stay will be for more than a week. Thanks Michelle for making our stay in your home perfect! See you again soon.

Excellent place and location

One block away from the public beach and walking distance to shopping, food, and icecream. I have mastcell activation syndrome so it's very hard to find a place to stay that doesn't make me sick. This unit is mold free and totally spotless. Harsh chemicals aren't used to clean. That is a big deal for me. I can't tolerate going into a place and it smells like bleach. It makes me so sick. The trash bags where scented that was my only issue and we just switched them out. The owner is connected to the unit and lives in the front. Michele is very nice and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is also a back patio you can sit on. We used it to park our beach wagon. We had so much fun on the beach. We fished at the skyway peir and went to the Clearwater aquarium. Seadog brewery and Crabbys on the point is good place to eat. I would differently stay hear next time I visit Treasure Island.

Exactly What We Needed

We couldn’t have asked for a better set up for our family. We had everything we needed including access to a washer-dryer unit on site. Michelle was easy to communicate with and had the place cleaned and organized perfectly. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean and close to the beach

We had such a good time while in treasure island. We found restaurants close by, walking distance to shops and quick to travel when we took some day trips away. When we spent our days on the beach, all the equipment for the day was there for our use. I travelled with two teenage girls and felt 100% safe at this location. Michelle gave us ideas for things to do and was so helpful. I would rent any property from michelle again , in a heartbeat

Amazing hostess and property was very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying on Michelle’s property. She was there when we needed her and our room was so clean and fresh. My mother lost her wallet while there and Michelle went above and beyond to help us. She helped search our room, car, then even walked to the park with me to search for the wallet. The location is great! We had a short walk to the beach and public parking is available if you prefer to drive. Great quiet neighborhood where all of the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time with Michelle and loved her property. Highly recommend.

Wonderful-Michelle is amazing

The place was pristine and spotless upon arrival-even down to the drawers in the kitchen. Good location; near lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Within walking distance to the beach. For visitors, easy access to pamphlets/tourism information for other great vacation resources and fun things to do. And to top it off-Michelle is absolutely phenomenal, to say the least. Easy to communicate with, not overbearing, but is there when you need her. She's wonderful. Would highly recommend this place for a vacation stay :)

I am originally from Minnesota and have lived in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area for 11 years. I purchased a home in Treasure Island and converted it from a single-family home back into a duplex. I am a Finance Manager for a business with it's corporate offices in Tampa area. I am excited to share my home with you and look forward to meeting you and hearing about your stay.

I love the water but the drive and parking never appealed to me. So the opportunity to live here has been amazing. I love walking over and watching the sunset - Absolutely Breathtaking!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property allows for rest, relaxation and privacy. But it also is so close to everything that you can also be extremely social. It's the best of both worlds.

The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet. This is not the location for you if you are looking for a party house. I expect tenants to be respectful to the neighbors and attempt to keep noise levels reasonable.
