CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR OVERLOOKING THE BEAUTIFUL GULF. THE LIVING ROOM BALCONY OVERLOOKS THE BEACH AND THE MASTER BEDROOM BALCONY OVERLOOKS LAKE POWELL. CONDO IS A TOWNHOUSE DESIGN.
FIRST FLOOR HAS THE LIVING AREA, DINNING AREA, KITCHEN, HALF BATH AND LAUNDRY ROOM.
UPPER LEVEL HAS 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 FULL BATHS. MASTER HAS A KING BED AND SECOND BEDROOM HAS TWIN BEDS. QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING AREA.
PINNACLE PORT IS A GATED COMMUNITY LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE GULF WITH A QUARTER MILE OF WHITE SANDY BEACH. WE ARE ADJACENT TO THE WILDLIFE RESERVE AND CAMP HELEN. THE OTHER SIDE IS ON LAKE POWELL WITH A PRIVATE DOCK WITH BOAT SLIPS. CLOSE BY IS CARILLON BEACH RESORT.
THERE IS A INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL, A SECOND POOL, 4 TENNIS COURTS, A BOCCE BALL COURT, 4 SHUFFLE BOARD COURTS, BASKETBALL COURT AND A PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN.FREE WIFI. ON SITE RENTALS OF KAYAKS AND CANOES. THERE IS 24 HOUR SECURITY ON SITE.
PIER PARK IS ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY AND ONLY MINUTES AWAY FROM HWY 30A WITH MANY RESTAURANTS. THE DESTIN OUTLET MALL IS ONLY 30 MINUTES AWAY ON US98.
TWO GROCERY STORES AND RESTAURANTS ARE JUST OUTSIDE THE GATE.

Cozy condo

This is our third year at Pinnacle Port. We LOVE coming here. This condo was perfect for our family. I loved how cozy it was and also how up to date the appliances and decor was. The communication with the owner was spectacular! He was quick to respond and answered my questions throughly. We look forward to coming back!

Beach Family Vaca

The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Its close proximity to the beach was a major highlight—just steps away! The unit includes a master bathroom, which was a great feature; however, it's worth noting that there is no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, which affects privacy. While this wasn't a deal breaker for us, it would have been helpful to know beforehand. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the amenities provided.

Vacation Birthday

We have been to 30a numerous times. Love it there. This was our first time at Pinnacle Port and we will be back! It’s a short 5 minute drive to Rosemary. Loved the proximity to the beach as opposed to walking across a street. Just took the elevator down and was there! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. 2 teens and mom and dad. Had plenty of room. Like the condo set up. Was perfect family time and some separation time. Spent time at Carillion plaza center. Had great pizza, breakfast and ice cream. Had a great vaca! Thank you Jim for prompt answers to my questions. And thanks for letting us enjoy your relaxing condo!

Great beach getaway

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port several years in a row. We have always loved the beach and the location of the condos is great, but the condos we stayed in in the past were in need of some upgrades. Not this year though! The condo was clean, upgraded, and exactly as it appears in the pictures! We were there for a family reunion and everyone that dropped by our room would say, “Wow, this one is nice!” Or something similar! We had a wonderful, relaxing time and can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect Vacation

The property's location is great! We had views from every room and the walk to the beach is short and sweet (basically right outside the elevator). We didn't have any problems so I never had to reach out to the owners, but Jim was quick to send an email when they had to do some maintenance at the condo that could potentially compromise our visit to the pool (though the beach was so good, we never got a chance to go to either of the pools!). Honestly, we LOVED our time together and this unit was perfect for offering a variety of activities all ages can do together and connect with one another. This has been our favorite vacation in Panama City Beach, and we've stayed in several places. We will definitely be back! Also, several others mentioned there isn't a door in the master bathroom. I noted this and brought a tension rod and a dark curtain to block the light and give a little privacy. Problem solved!

Family friendly

Location and amenities are great for families. The condo unit was nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable. Not one complaint.

a great place to stay in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. That location is unbeatable. The beach was beautiful and we couldn’t get over how uncrowded it was, even on spring break. The condo complex sits inside of the larger Carillon Resort, which is nice because there’s a neighborhood area where you can ride bikes and and walk. their resort also has restaurants and a place to rent bikes. The condo complex itself is older, but this unit has been renovated and utilizes all the space well.

Beachfront Heaven

The condo was exactly as pictured with a great view of the beach and Lake Powell. Both main bathrooms were beautiful with an adequate supply of towels. The beach was right out the front door and the complex had many activities going on every day. The unit had all the cooking utensils you need to cook as much as you like. Many restaurants in the area to choose from and Pier Park had many stores and shops as well as a nice movie theatre. The condo was up to date and decorated very nicely. Lastly Jimmy always responded almost immediatley any time I had a question. We can't wait to come back next year.

Beautiful condo on the beach

Beautifully decorated condo on 3rd floor with gorgeous ocean view. It was right off the elevator so nice not to have long walk to room. Host was very helpful and responsive. The master bathroom doesn't have a door but for privacy just lock bedroom. The full size washer and dryer was very nice.

Great condo

Beautifully decorated and everything was working. Full size washer and dryer. Mattresses best very comfy. We enjoyed it immensely. Jim was very available for any requests or questions. Thanks for hosting sans hope to revisit THIS condo very soon

Perfect!

The rental was just as pictured and clean! Jim was very helpful answering all of my questions. We were happy to find out the unit had a version of a K-cup maker which we used every morning. In addition, the property had a small, but functional gym. Initially, I had to call security to access the gym. After a day or two they supplied me with the keypad code which was very helpful in reducing wait times and was very much appreciated. The chair and umbrella rentals on the beach were a bit pricey at $180 for 2 chairs and a single umbrella for Saturday-Friday use. At 4:00 each day they started collecting chairs/umbrellas. But it is a good service to have available as an option to avoid carrying extra items to and from the unit. In the past, we have stayed at Edgewater Resort in PCB. But based on overall experience/cost, this is my preferred unit! Highly recommend! Thanks Jim for making it an easy experience!!

Beautiful, CLEAN condo!

This is hands down the cleanest condo we have stayed in! Everything was just like the pictures and more so! The owner was great to work with. I hope to be able to stay here again SOON. I cannot say enough about Pinnacle Port. The beaches were not crowded and we were there Memorial Day week. The condo is very well stocked with anything you would need to cook a complete meal. The pots and pans were in great condition (not those that look like they have been used hundreds of times and never washed.) The views were fantastic. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

One of the best beaches

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything that we needed and included a lot of little things that most condo rentals don't include. It was clean and in good shape. The beach wasn't crowded since it is in a gated community which was really nice. While it wasn't an issue with us, some people may not like that there are no bathtubs (only showers) and you have to go up several stairs to get to the bedrooms. We would definitely consider renting this condo again.

A 312

The owners Jim and Pam Elder are amazing! They are easy to talk to and they don't hid anything. What they have listed is true to every word! The unit A 312 was absolutely gorgeous and inviting! Very cozy and comfortable with a plenty of amenities to keep our family busy! The views from both balconies are fantastic! They had everything we needed in the condo for cooking to cleaning! There were extra clean linens for changing the beds. Washer and dryer so we didn't leave with dirty laundry. We will definitely be returning next year! Love the property, the views, the stay, and specially the owners! We can't thank them enough for renting the lovely unit A 312 to us for the week!

Beautiful stay!

2 weeks stay… beautiful and very clean place at Pinnacle Port. the only downside is that there’s no bathroom door in the master bedroom. Jim was so AWESOME with communication! will definitely be back! highly recommend this comfortable home away from home!
