Phoenix 5 Unit #206...This beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA beachfront condo has beautiful views of the beach from a huge balcony! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both the master and living rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a patio table and chairs. And, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper as well if you need it!

You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. And, if you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom. The master bathroom adjoins the bedroom and there is a new bathroom vanity with two sinks for you to use! In the guest bedroom there is another king sized bed and a flat-screen television for your enjoyment (linens are provided). The guest bathroom also has a brand new vanity that is lovely! A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use!

Amenities at the complex were great. Great location. Facility is older but clean and well decorated. Unit was fairly clean, some crumbs and dirty mirrors/door glasses noted. Kitchen was well stocked. Some lights need fixing and dents/scratches on walls and doors need repair. Some wall decor seemed to be missing in master bedroom. Couches could use updating. Overall a decent condo and worth the cost.

Perfect view of the beach from the balcony. Like the location in the building, close to the elevator. My kids enjoyed all the activities included (racketball, pickleball, basketball, and of course the pool!)The room was very nice with the bathroom and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Def would stay again for our next beach vacation!!

Perfect beach front with a huge balcony. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The splash pad and indoor pool was great for grandkids. This is our 2nd year and hope to be back again. Thank you!

The view was AMAZING!!! We ate all of our meals out on the balcony. Loved all of the amenities! The beach and both pools were a huge hit. Location is great for popping out to restaurants. Wonderful trip!

Our overall impression of the property was great. The couch was a little worn and lumpy, but the rest of the furniture was very suitable for our stay. The condo is in a great location and very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Everything was just as the pictures shown. Had a great time, my granddaughter loved the splash pad and pool. Condo was spacious and roomy. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee every morning and even saw dolphins one day. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. We have 3 young kids so running up and down to the beach and pool/splash pad was super convenient. The condo was cute and comfy. Loved the oversized balcony! Would stay again!

Great location

The condo was in a perfect location. It was on the second floor so you could take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator if you didn't have a lot to haul. My granddaughter enjoyed looking at the kids water play area over the balcony. We cooked in a few nights and they had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice place to stay.

A Week in Paradise

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the Phoenix 5. Each time weve stayed we have had a wonderful experience. Pur kids love the splash park and the pool, amd we like the proximity to restaurants and shops. Plus there's nothing like being able to walk out of the condo straight to the beach!

Beautiful property with amazing balcony

We spent my birthday weekend at this lovely condo taking in the beautiful gulf views from the large balcony. Appreciated the Adirondack chairs and large dining table outside. I would definitely recommend this unit and will return with my grandkids soon given its location right above the splash pad area!

Not so much as I expected.

I hate to rate places, but we found 2 small cockroaches in the place. I also found a stink bug on the front door on the inside. I know it’s hard to make sure insects don’t come in. There is a large gap under the front door. The kitchen was very nice. Toilet is small and too close to floor. Very difficult for older people to sit down that far. Also, could use some updating. My grand children were hurt by patio door. Also, very hard to keep the tile clean. I did not think the bathroom floors were clean. The location, pools and splash pad were very nice. Absolutely great location.

Great unit. Good location. Few updates of furniture would be nice, however unit was very well equipped with kitchen items. Has an issue with shower in master bath. Called maintenance and they were there that day and fixed the issue.

Great getaway

Beautiful view from the great balcony! We had a great time and were able to relax. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Phoenix again!
