Located in the heart of Cascais historic centre, just a few steps from gardens, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarkets, bars and the beach, is our charming apartment.



This bright and airy two-bedroom apartment, fully equipped, offers a large living and dining area with a fireplace and access to a beautiful terrace, as well as an independent kitchen and a complete bathroom, allowing you to make the most of your time with family or friends. You will love staying here, taking advantage of everything the village has to offer.



Stroll through picturesque Cascais; spend time on its beautiful and unique beaches; visit its fortress, palaces and museums; dine al fresco on the famous Yellow Street or enjoy the countless shops, bars and restaurants at the marina. Cascais has so much to offer that you'll want to stay longer.



You can make the most of everything without the need for a car, but note that the apartment is only five minutes away from transport options that can take you to explore the charming historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Praia do Guincho, the most famous beach in Cascais, part of the Sintra Natural Park. Regardless of the means of transport you decide to choose, you will be close to Cascais railway station, bus stops and taxi ranks.



Renovated in July 2016, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony, the other with two single beds and a wardrobe. The living room includes a sofa bed (for 2 people), a dining table and a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, cooker, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board, and kitchen utensils. You will also have access to cable TV and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.



When located next to one of the yellow streets, you will find a vast array of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Because it is a tourist area, there is some noise coming from the surrounding bars.



During the months of September/October there will be work taking place, so there will be some noise coming from it.



We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be personalised to meet your wishes or requests. If you prefer minimal contact for check-in or check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, baby-sitting, chef services, organisation of sightseeing tours, amongst others.

Late check-in (after 20:00 - €30; after 22:00 - €50)

Early check-in (between 10:30 and 12:00 - €50; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €30)

Late check-out (after noon - €30; after 15:00 - €50; after 17:00 - current nightly rate)

Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning will be mandatory using our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas charges are not included and will be charged to guests.



Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Cascais. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the cost of accommodation. The tax is 4 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.



If pets are authorised, guests will be not only responsible for complying with existing condominium rules, but also for the good state of conservation of the property, for damage caused by pets during the entire stay (for example damage/breakage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches/damage to wood and paintwork, etc).
