Walk out onto your private patio, private 25'x50' deck and watch the people stroll by on the Boardwalk or open the gate and take 8 steps down to the boardwalk and enjoy the beach, beach volleyball, shops, catch the tram or walk to any of Ocean City's main attractions. If you open the screened doors at both ends, the full "ocean breeze" blows through the condo for the ultimate "beach cottage" feeling. Beach chairs and umbrella are included so there is no need to rent them and you can be on the beach in about 1 minute with them right off our deck.

The town park, tennis courts, playground, ball fields, skate park and no-license fishing/crabbing area on the bay and just one block away.

We are on the lower boardwalk where you can walk to everything including Mitchell's market where you can get wine, beer, groceries or a deli sandwich 24 hours a day or have them delivered (one block). Dunkin Doughnuts, the original Dough Rollers, Pubs, Mexican, Italian, Shenanigans, Hooters, Tap House, shops, kite store or almost anything you would want within two blocks stroll on the Boardwalk but located just outside all the action on the lower boardwalk so it's still quiet. Our condo has a 50' private deck directly on the boardwalk and does not have commercial store fronts in the lower level so we are close to the action but not in the middle of it. Watch the main OC beach fireworks right off our deck.

One block walk to the Ocean City Downtown Recreation Complex (two square blocks) which offers something for everyone. - A lighted multipurpose ball-field along the bay - A small ball-field appropriate for youth softball games - A playground - Ample Basketball Courts - Tennis Courts. The beach in front of us in not overly crowded because entire 4 block sector between the beach and bay only has two low rise condo's and a small hotel at Shenanigan's Pub.

Downtown Recreation Complex is a park ideal for the entire family. Lights are available for evening play. The Ocean Bowl Skate Park is located at the Downtown Recreation Complex. It's a popular spot for skateboarders and inline skaters. Directly on the bay, Chicago Avenue’s Victorian themed “Promenade” area is an ideal spot for fishing and crabbing where no fishing license is required.
