Awesome studio unit w/ private entry. Full kitchen, fridge, complete with pots, pans, and all utensils. Brand new Cal King Bed and fold out couch to sleep 3 people (max 2 adults and 1 child). Full bathroom with shower. Linens and towels provided. Private entrance, private fenced yard for studio only. Parking space in driveway. LOCATION IS EVERYTHING. 1.5 MI to airport, 4 MI to Convention Center, 2.5 MI to Sea World, 4.5 MI to Zoo, 4 MI to Gaslamp Quarter, walking distance to Pt. Loma Naval base, San Diego Bay, grocery store & restaurants.
We love animals; unfortunately, for serious health reasons (asthma and allergies documented with doctor note), we ask that guests do not bring animals on to the property. We kindly ask that guests respect this request to help protect the health of those on site.

I LOVE to travel and in the last couple of years, I have been to Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, and several smaller trips within the US and Mexico (just got back from a phenomenal trip to Maui). It's my love of travel that makes me want to get involved with vacation rentals!

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. This is the perfect place to stay for people who are temporarily working in San Diego (quiet and private with reliable internet). It's also nice because you have your own patio and small yard, so you feel like you have some room to move. It's great if you're traveling without a vehicle because it's close to EVERYTHING. Whether you need to be close to the airport, near the convention center, next to downtown, by the Point Loma Naval Base, they are all within two miles. Also, it is near the Gaslamp Quarter for nightlife, and it's within a few miles of Sea World and the Zoo. It is also walking distance (4 blocks) the Harbor at San Diego Bay/Shelter Island for fishing, whale watching, paddle boarding, great restaurants and bars and more. There is also a grocery store, Starbucks, and McDonalds, and city bus stop just one block away. This place is simple and affordable, it has an entrance around the side of the garage, and there is a small private patio and fenced yard where you can drink your morning coffee. There is off-street parking for one car in the driveway.
Interaction with Guests
This unit is unique because it feels quite separate from the house. Most guests enjoy the ability to come and go in privacy on their own hours without feeling like they are an inconvenience. I let guests take advantage of this autonomy-especially for weary travelers who just want to get a key and go to sleep. Of course, I am happy to answer any questions that guests may have and will help as much as desired!

There is a bus stop at the corner of the street. Buses also run to the Old Town trolley station, which is only 2.4 miles away.
