This spectacular 2 bedroom unit offers an open concept layout and luxury touches throughout, while bright colored furnishings and accents give the unit a sophisticated yet fun beach-inspired feel. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the expansive covered terrace, and with plenty of seating you can enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktail and even devour a delicious meal, all while delighting in the picture-perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, plus all the cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece. Eat breakfast at the bar right off the kitchen or enjoy your after-dinner cocktail at the bistro-style table by the windows while watching the sky change from tranquil blue to fiery pink.

The impressive master suite features a comfy king bed with a premium mattress, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower and plenty of space. I really don't have one thing to complain about. Everything was great, the room was amazing and clean it has everything you need. The views of the beach are awesome. Straight walk to the beach from the elevator. Great location. We will be back.

The property is a little older, and can use some updating, especially in the kitchen, but the price is good Location is great.

This place was great! It was very clean and that made up for the outdated furnishings. You could not get a better beach view. Floor to ceiling windows. The AC was super. The one thing I didn’t like was the mirrored wall in the living room. I didn’t like sitting there looking at myself. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

Had maintenance issues when we arrived but were repaired quickly. Unit could use some updating. The a/c makes a somewhat more than usual noise. All in all it’s a good unit. We would stay there again. Luxury Costal was great to work with.

The view was outstanding loved all the windows, great kitchen if i could change anything it would be the mattresses i have a bad back and they were way to soft for me. Other than that it was great.

This is a great place to spend time with family or friends. The condo has everything you need for your stay. If you love the beach, this is the place and the pool is a great place to gather.

The room was clean and it was a great building/property. A couple of small items. This is a luxury condominium with a great balcony. But the screen door was ripped out. You cannot have a luxury condominium with the great balcony and the great view and great weather and not be able to leave the screen door open because it’s ripped out. Plus, I should just not show up and have a screen door that’s ripped. Also, both bathrooms need an upgraded showerhead, both showerheads sprayed every which direction and are very hard to adjust. Lastly, both bedroom ceiling fans need replaced. They are horribly noisy, especially on anything other than high. And the master bedroom needs a new mattress, it’s extremely wore with body indentations.

Fall family get away

The condo was great. The location was right in between Pensacola and Orange Beach, so you could get to either city easily. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay again.

Lovely condo

We had a great time at the condo. The sixth floor view is beautiful, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The property pools were a big hit with the kids. Thank you!
