The Saltwater Swimming Pool is a great place to relax.
This house is equipped with a Handicapped ramp and Elevator.

You will have fantastic Ocean Views from one of the 6 decks as well as a beautiful
view of the Hatteras National Seashore Sanctuary.
As a matter of fact, the front deck is a great place for enjoying breakfast on the outside table and chairs while watching the waves and basking in the warm Outer Banks sunshine.

Have some family time in the large great room area and enjoy your favorite TV show on one of the many SMART TVs located through-out the house.

There are Cathedral ceilings, DVD players, and Wireless internet.

2 fully equipped kitchens make dinner time no problem. with Two (2) refrigerators, a Crockpot, Blender, Mixer, & Seafood Steamer pot, is all you need to keep your hungry family happy.

This house even has an elevator! No dragging heavy bags upstairs!

There are two laundry areas in the house with two washers and two dryers.

For your private viewing, there are SMART TVs in all bedrooms.

It's only a short walk to the beach on our Private Beach Access.

1. During the summer season, this house has a Sunday check in day. Please enter your request dates accordingly.*
2. PET FEES are NOT INCLUDED in price.
3. College students and anyone 27 or younger considered on a "case by case' basis and will include additional student rate and security deposit. If you are under the age of 27, you must submit an inquiry first. You are not allowed to "Instant Book".
*NO Students Allowed after May 15th.

Here are some OPTIONAL Items to Make Your Trip Complete :

1. Evacuation Fee (5% of your total) will refund any days missed because of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Beach Chairs(sitting) & Umbrellas rental.
3. Pet fee is $100 per week per pet + tax.
Or if less than a week, Pet fee is $15 per day per pet + tax.
