Very good house at Lucaya Village, close to Disney Parks & Vineland Premium Outlet, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, Walmart, Publix, Aldi, Ross, TJMaxx, Chipotle, Sunrise Plaza, Celebration, Falcon's Golf Club, Disney Springs, Highway 192, 535, with many restaurants and stores.

It's a gated community, has a heated community swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, kid's room, cafeteria, computers, barber saloon, barbecue area, club house, jogging area, basketball net, volleyball net, playground, concierge.

First floor: 1 master bedroom with king size bed and 1 play and pack, 1 stroller, walk in closet,
kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven,
dining room and living room, smart TV.
Second floor: 1 master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 full beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. 1 full bathroom between them. Total of 3 full bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, small patio.
All rooms have a smart TV.

Beautiful place to stay. Your family will love this place. Excellent for children, youths and adults. Wheel chair access.

La propiedad que rente era amplia, cómoda, ubicada en un lindo sector, muy bien implementada, hasta el mínimo detalle. Habia una bañera obstruida, lo notifique y lo resolvieron inmediatamente. Estoy muy satisfecha con la elección Gracias

Nice quiet location

The property was as described and in a nice quiet location. House was clean but the walls could use some love (paint) to cover stains and dings.

Great place still close to Disney

We enjoyed staying here when we went to Disney. The price was great and the location wasn’t far from Disney. The only thing I will say is it would’ve been nice to have had the bathroom rug and top bedspread in the downstairs bathroom/bedroom be stain free. The rug in the bathroom (and there was only the one) had a lot of pretty bad stains on it. It also would’ve been nice to not have the body towels touching the toilet. Aside from those few things, it was great!

Such a great experience!

My family and I were so pleasantly surprised with the entire property! Everything was so nicely designed and clean inside the house and outside. The beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms are huge and spacious, the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies/appliances we needed, the wifi worked great, the pool was big and we were able to rent the BBQ area for a whole evening and really had a wonderful stay. There was a lovely lake area that was the perfect backdrop for our BBQ/picnic with our family. Staff at the counter was very nice and helpful as well. The home is in a great location, too - very close to a Walmart, which was very convenient. We loved it and hope to be able to return next to this home soon.

Loved the condo. Pool and clubhouse were fabulous. Kitchen was nice and had everything. Washer and dryer were in excellent working order. Would stay again.

Thank you for staying in my house at Lucaya Village Resort. Glad it was everything ok in the house and condo, what is my priority.

Nice place, love that it had 2 masters with kings & 5 twins in other 2. Great location!

We had sports tournament up off Sand Lake, convenient. 2 days @ Disney, convenient. Enjoyed the condo & pool. Would stay again.

I thank you so much for your comments. Lucaya Village is a very pleasant resort, very clean and has everything you need for your stay, besides its location, close to parks, outlets, restaurants and supermarkets. It was my pleasure having you staying in my house.

Not impressed

Upon arrival, walked into bedroom and closet door was not connected and ended up falling on top of one the guests, there was no toilet paper in the residence when we got there. We tried to get a cup to use to have something to drink and the glass was broken, and the silverware cut one of the children's mouth when he used it. Overall not very impressed with our stay at all.

Excellent location! Clean house. Close to Disney parks, outlets and restaurants. I recommend it.

Had a good stay in this house, it has everything I needed. Parking in front of the building. Safe and cozy resort. Great neighborhood.
