Hera Kyrenia Gardens Luxurious Villa

Kyrenia Gardens is a spacious villa surrounded with trees. It has a big pool 6 meters wide and 12 meters long. The garden of the villa is 3000 m 2 and also has a separate organic garden which is about 650 m 2 where seasonal vegetables grow and holiday makers are welcome to harvest the crops when the time is right.
The building itself is approximately 350 m 2. It has 4 en suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 people. There is 1 Jacuzzi bathroom in the master bedroom and 3 showers rooms.
The villa has 5 WC in total. The kitchen is also fully equipped with dining area.
There is a fireplace and plasma TV in the living room.

A charcoal barbecue and a sink is also available next to the pool at one side and a shower with WC at the other side.

The villa is perfect for relaxing holidays as it is located just outside the city where noise is at minimum but holiday makers are still close to amenities nearby. Guests can easily access coffee shops that are at a walking distance as well as the public beach which is 5 minutes in range. There are also bars at a walking distance and provide live entertainment at night time. The city center is 3 minutes driving where restaurants, bars, live shows and many other activities can be found.

The price quoted includes tax and VAT. A Refundable Damage Deposit of 250 Euro is also charged. This amount will be reimbursed to you in full on the condition that no damage to or miss use of the villa and excess usage of electricity.
