Great Escape

Best experience ever! Check in was smooth and the house perfect. Lots of space, washrooms and outdoor living area gets the afternoon and evening sun. Host went above and beyond when I enquired about a salad spinner. Which it did not have but there was a brand new one upon my arrival. Great location for food, restaurants and Disney is very close. Can’t wait to be back next year!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfect place for Disney

The house was perfect for a family vacation at Disney. It was only about a 15 minute drive to Disney parks. The pool and hot tub were added perks as well as gas grill. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which was great. There were plenty of plates and glasses ( except for wine glasses). The TV worked well and there is a comfortable sitting area. There was plenty of seating too including out door seating. We’d definitely stay here again!

Girls retreat

Thank you Karen for sharing your lovely home. So spacious and close to everything. Unfortunately our trip cut short by the hurricane, but Karen was great getting back to us right away with the green light to stay longer to ride it out if we could not get an earlier flight home. Would definitely rent again.

Nice place to stay!

Good size house with an open floorplan, AC worked well, plenty of bath and beach towels, very clean, good amenities for teenagers, close to Disney parks (15 minutes) and Universal Studios (30 minutes), pool was clean and a good temperature and hot tub was also nice.

Nice family-friendly home

The pool area was amazing! We spent most of our time out there, especially with the table for eating and playing games. The pool was very clean and so was the hot tub (except for some sand). Karen was quick with communication with any questions we had. The grill was not clean upon arrival and the grill brushes were all worn out, so we did let Karen know about this. Bring/buy your own dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels. She did have two pack n plays ready for us which was so great!! There was also a high chair and stroller. Overall, very nice family home in a great neighborhood and ideal location.

Snowbirds

First time snowbirds. Adequate place and made for a pleasant stay for February. Location near to Disney, but traffic was horrific and slow. Allow at least 30 minutes for the trip. Family time together was great, grands had a ball!

Nice location but upgrades needed

While the location was convenient to the Disney parks, this property needed upgrades. Several things were outdated, broken, or showed signs of wear/damage. For example, the doors in the master bedroom were peeling, the ping pong table had a broken leg, there was broken furniture and screen tears out by the pool, etc. Shrubbery out front needed to be cut back to make the walkway more accessible.

the cleaning crew was still there when we arrived on time 4:00 PM . They finished at 5:00 PM.

Other than not having my 4 phone calls returned. I must say it was a nice stay. The family had a great and safe time. All good.

Disney- summer 2021

We enjoyed the private pool & hot tub! The location was great. Less than 10 to the parks and tons of restaurants and fast food real close. We will definitely be staying here the next time we go to Disney.

Family Break

Karen was excellent, she responded quickly to a couple of minor concerns. Overall we felt the home was in good condition. Like any home there were a few things that needed attention and we let her know about them so that she could take care of them. Value for actual cost was excellent. Karen is one of the few owners that allows pets and after seeing damage that pets can do I wish more people would take steps to be responsible so that damage didn't occur because it makes it hard on those of us that are responsible pet owners.

Location Location Location

Excellent location to all the parks, door to door was almost 15mins in most cases to Disney and 25 mins to Universal. The house was great in amenities for all our needs, we had some issues with the hot tub but communication was excellent. Took a little while to figure out the TV as they use a service so you can with a ROKU watch your home streaming services but to just watch local news and weather it was a bit of a headache. Would stay here again for sure.

The House was Great !

The Property was good overall, the neighborhood was very quite and peaceful a really good place to go with the family and enjoy a good weekend getaway and relief some of the everyday stress.

Great location. Close to Disney and family fun

We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5. First the NEGATIVES: (for us). Not satisfied with the cleaning before we came (did not report this). We found used underwear under one bed, had to clean the fridge and freezer before we could use it (was not very clean). Dead ants and dust/dirt in the windowsills. Stroller was dirty and needed a good cleaning before we could use it. We had some problems with the toilet in the master, but it was fixed after a while. BBQ did not work. Not very cosy outside area after dark because the pool light did not work (and the small loose one did not give enough light) and we had not enough light to take evening swims. We really felt we needed light because our very first day we woke up to a snake in the pool, and it`s best to see this before we enter the pool. Felt some rooms had poor lighting. We missed entertainmant such as kids toys, books, magazines, family board games etc. Also only 4 pool noodles and one pool toy. Could not find the foosball mentioned here. The kitchen was understocked with utilities, and that was a problem for us because we had cooking plans that we could not do. No lasagne form, no mixer (only blender) we needed to bake cakes for a birthday and a wedding anniversary) etc. Childrens cutlery would be nice. And some more children friendly drinking cups. We rarely had hot water in the shower (even if nobody had showered before). Lots of stained towels and bedlinen. Only 1 fire extinguiser in the whole house, and that was hidden in the garage. Needed more pool towels (we found only 6) and not allowed to use the other towels outside. POSITIVES... Problemfree check in. Great location, only about 15 mins actual driving time to most Disney parks. Very close to Walmart. Loved the 3 bathrooms. The refridgerator was great with the icemachine and water. Very good that outside area was partly covered (that`s a must for us). Hot tub was great. Comfy beds. Strollers (2) in the garage was great for a tired 6 year old for long days in Disney parks. Ice chest in garage was very handy. Quiet pool area. We could stay here again, just because of the location. House needs more of a homey feeling as it felt more like a business rental house. This can be easily fixed with board games, childrens toys (we loved the stuffed toys!), family pictures, magazines etc. It`s a great house if you don`t expect to do a lot of cooking/baking and can travel with toys/books for kids etc. And can travel with pool toys and such.

Just like the photos

From the kitchen to the hot tub and pool to the gas grill by the pool this house looked exactly like the listing pictures. Super clean [ even the gas grill ] and well stocked. Backed up to a wooded area in a nice and quiet well kept neighborhood 5 out of 5 stars is our overall impression of this property.

Location location location

Nice quiet neighbor hood, less than 10 minutes from restaurants, food chains and supermarkets and stores. 30 mins from attractions. Owner is very responsive and house was equipped with things we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Lovely Home

This home was perfect for us. Very clean, beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to Disney and Universal properties. Pool and Jacuzzi hot tub had sparkling clear water. Walmart (with a gas station) was super close to this home making it easy to get groceries and fill up the car. We would definitely stay here again.

Home from home

We seated for 2 weeks in early April. House was fantastic, everything we wished for and home from home. Karen was fantastic and always on hand pretty quickly when required if we had any queries . We travelled here from the UK using hand luggage only and the facilities in the property helped us massively. There are plenty of towels, the hot tub is always hot, i could go on, just perfect. Would we stay here again, definitely. Would we recommend to others, definitely. Thanks once again Karen
