Pictures doesn’t coincide with the reality. In the 2 bedrooms there are basically one bed which you can use (if you don’t want to sleep on the ground).So it is for max 4 (plus one person on the couch), but never for 6.

Each apartment can host up to 6 guests and is furnished with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. We are sorry to hear that you did not find the beds comfortable. Good sized accommodation for a group in great location. Lots of great tapas restaurants and shopping in local area. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

great apartment

It was great staying in this apartment. We were ten people but with plenty of space. The location is wonderfully central in fantastic Barcelona. In addition the communication has been smooth and easy.

Location, Location, Location!

Location, Location, Location! Not to mention the host! What a remarkable apartment! It was just amazing staying in such a historical place, surrounded by such history! The staff was quick to respond to our needs! I would definitely stay there again! So happy that we stayed there!

Nice apartments, set of 2 apartments

There are 2 three bedroom apartments here on different levels. The street the apt is on is mostly walking only. Inside everything is good

Love it

This is the best we have stayed in Spain. The residential area is so close to places of attractions - you will be amazed. Plenty of food options, including some authentic Chinese food around us. We loved the apartment - spotless, clean, tasteful, simple decoration. We enjoyed every minute in it. Cooking was easy with all utensils. Washer and dryer work great! We just LOVE it and want to come back!

Awesome layout and location.

This place is even cooler in person! Awesome layout and location. The beds were comfortable, the towels were huge and fluffy, and the water pressure was wonderful. The high ceilings, and climate control were wonderful additions to our experience too. Also, the produce store and supermarket were located directly across the street for last minute needs. Would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this apartment to others who plan to visit Barcelona. :)

The property's location can not be disputed as good although car access is restricted. We had to walk with bags . If you were to draw a line between tourist vs residential at Av. De Fransesc Cambo: its drops on the residential side a few hundred ft. On the tourist side are a few hotels such as Marriott Edition. Although the access to this apartment is buried in the neighbourhood, in 3 directions and 5 mins you can be on a main street with lots of city options and attractions and minutes from the Gothic Quarter. That's the good stuff. The small issues are this unit has a small elevator and only 3 persons(2 with bags) can get in at one time. Took a 13 member family 20 mins just to get in the room from the ground floor. Other residents were also moving in/out. A common issue for European apts. It does have a staircase but at floor 5 and 6 that was not good for my Sr. Dad. I had 3 apartments: two- 3 bed/2 bath and one- 1 Bed/1 bath. Although smaller than online photos imply, it was lots of rooms and every adult couple had a room and kids all had a bed. To get from apt to the next, you had to use the elevator corridor that allowed the doors of the elevators to open on both sides. Or use the stairs to access via a second door. We found the manual access easier vs waiting on the elevator. At one point the door to the building jammed and once we entered the code and it clicked open, we had to give it a real hard push. I have reported that to Host. They will address. We did have fun.

Perfect El Born location

This company does a very good job of managing their properties. All maintenance questions were answered and resolved properly. I would say the individual spaces are pretty small for 4 adults, but would work great for parents with a 1 or 2 kids. The space is not well insulated from noise, so my suggestion is to bring earplugs to avoid waking up to late night revelers coming back or noise from surrounding units. Hard to beat the location. It's in the heart of El Born. I had such a good time just creating a morning routine of walking the neighborhood. One upgrade/suggestion for the company is to get to get sofas that are more supportive (not old sofa beds) for lounging in the living rooms. But otherwise it's a very comfy stay.

Excellent apartment in a great location!

We were thrilled with this place. But the photos make it look a lot bigger than it is. The living room/kitchen area is very small. Not that we used it much at all since we only used the apartment for showering and sleeping. Bedrooms are rather small also. But maybe this is to be expected in the heart of Barcelona. But the location is amazing. Very clean place. Very comfy. Air conditioning worked great. Good water pressure for showering. Plenty of hot water. Beds very comfy. Quiet at night for sleeping, even with all the bustling activity on the streets outside because the apartment is in the interior part of the building. Families of locals and street parties and just an awesome vibe all around this area. Cafes. Shops. Restaurants. Highly recommend!!

The apartments are as described on the website thought the locals aren't really in favor of of tourist being there everything you need is it walking distance we booked two apartments only wish they were both on the same floor.

Hola! In this building there are a 3-bedrooms apartments and a 2-bedrooms apartments on each floor. As you asked for 2 3-bedrooms apartments we could not offer to stay on the same floor, we informed about this before you booked. prime location

Good apartment in a prime location. Lot's of beds for big families or groups. The location was perfectly suitable for older children and adults. In the heart of Old Town which is a plus.

We had a fantastic time in Barcelona. The apartments are in an excellent location, with easy access to walk or to take transit to various sites around the city. The apartments were perfect for our party of 10. There was plenty of room for all of us to have a comfortable stay.

Our stay in Barcelona was wonderful and the apartments were very welcoming, clean and well furnished. The location is perfect as it is in the centre of the city. The staff was always available and helpful, a special thanks to Karen who recommended some restaurants. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and a nice apartments with all conveniences. As we were many we booked 2 apartments with two kitchens (I did not realize that in advance but we found it useful). Highly recommended and good value for money.

best location

Location, location, location - it's what it's all about! Karen's place is a five minute walk from the Placa de Cataluna and a 10 minute walk from Las Rambla. Everything about the neighborhood is just perfect. You feel like a local as you walk down the pedestrian street, drinking your pastries and debating which tapas to have next. The apartments are large and comfortable. We stayed with another family (10 people total). Bedrooms are large and comfortable with plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. Karen clearly communicated directions to the apartments and picking up the keys was easy. The pedestrian street where the apartment is located is super well-lit, so we never felt nervous coming home at night. This place is perfect for exploring Barcelona, especially the Gothic Quarter. I highly suggest booking Karen's place!

Family friendly

This apartments were great. Family friendly, and centrally located. Lots of natural light from the living room. The decor was really nice, and we had everything we needed. The market was a few doors down, perfect traveling with kids. It was really a pleasure staying in the apartments and would highly recommend it to others staying in Barcelona!

Very clean apartments

The apartments are very beautiful, clean and perfect for a family of 10. Location is excellent. You can walk to pretty much all neighborhoods. Many restaurants surround the area. About 10 min walk to Gothic and Las Ramblas. Elevator is a plus. Very good value for money. I recommend to everyone!

location

This place is in a perfect location! It is in walking distance to most barrios and is right in the heart of the gothic quarters. There is an amazing restaurant called Flax & Kale on the calle behind it, and also a restaurant called Rosa Negra with 3 Euro frozen margs only 5 minutes away. The apartments were very clean and well equipped and may friends and I spent memorable days in the city. Highly recommended.

Great base

Stayed in both apartments with my family of 10. It was great to have plenty of rooms. Great base , close to the main gothic quarter and ramblas. The beach was in good reach, the apartment was stylish and clean, great shower, air con was a thankful gift after long hot days in the city.
