A short stroll from Sunset Beach we are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic ocean views, our renters come to this house to relax, refresh and some for a ‘workcation’. Set across two floors with a combination of easy indoor/outdoor living on the wrap around lanais, with all living and bedrooms flowing to the outdoors. Each of the 4 bedrooms (+ 4 ensuite bathrooms) provide privacy with door locks. There are 3 group gathering places for family, group cooking, meals and memories. High end, comfy beds and a choice of pillows make for a dreamy night’s sleep. The short 5 minute walk (or 2 minute bike ride) to sunset beach makes swimming, surfing, snorkelling a sublime way to unwind and de-stress. A chill out zone for you all!

WORKCATION: Families have stayed for over 30 nights working from home due to fast wifi (+300Mbps) and space for family members. Home schooling is made easier with a spacious house and a large, private garden where the kids can run around and play in a safe space and you can see them from the house.

CONTACTLESS ENTRY: We provide contactless entry and exit and 5/5 cleaning rating from Vrbo.

***LOCAL ORDINANCES: As our house is classified as a long-term rental under local ordinances, only one group of renters will be able to rent it during any 30 day period, although the ordinances do not require that renters actually occupy all or a portion of the house during the 30 day rental period. If you wish your stay to be for a period of fewer than 30 days, or for 30 days or longer, you may book for your desired length of stay. Once you have booked your stay at our house, as required by local ordinances, the rental term will be for a 30 day (or longer) rental period that includes the period of your stay, and the calendar for the house will be blocked for a minimum of 30 days. If your stay is for fewer than 30 days, the rental price for your stay as quoted and agreed in response to your 'contact host' enquiry will be the rental price for a 30 day rental period (as determined by the owner) that includes the period of your stay.
