The “Château”. The name of our spacious, warm household depicts the elegant sensation emanating from within the threshold of this late 19th century home. Its design, reminiscent of its European influence combines baroque-inspired architecture with modern amenities that plunge its residents into a state of well-being and relaxation. Conceived to offer a harmonious balance between elegance and comfort, the “Château” is built on a residential street and offers an accommodating environment in a modern city.

Just a walking distance away from beautiful parks like the Botanical Gardens of Montreal or the Olympic Park, the house is also located minutes away from the heart of downtown Montreal. This provides the residents with permanent opportunities to enjoy much of what Montreal has to offer, such as the city festivals, the rich Montreal gastronomy (or cuisine if you prefer) or the area of Old Montreal. The loft’s exterior is simple and attractive. A rocky finish to a modern design that stands out from its surroundings. The backyard is complemented by a comfortable and intimate private terrace which connects to the kitchen and offers space for outdoor meals and leisure. Inside, the spacious design is accentuated by imposing wooden doors and high ceilings decorated with beautiful sculptures and complemented by the vast amount of stained-glass windows ensure a healthy supply of sunlight at all times.

The three upstairs bedrooms are each well-furnished and have a queen size bed, while remaining vast and accommodating. The two final bedrooms, located on the ground level and basement, can accommodate two more guests each, with the addition of a comfortable sofa-bed ensures a total of 16 people can enjoy a comfortable stay at our “Château”. The 2 richly decorated bathrooms are freshly renovated and are each beautifully complemented by a Jacuzzi as well as a freshly-installed sauna room located in the basement. The kitchen and dining-room, inspired by an open-space concept, maximize natural light and offer room to seat 8 to 16 people around the table, ideal for family meals. A sterling island counter with 2 barstools adds cooking space and a cozy family environment. A dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and all that is required to cook is equally provided.

Smoking is forbidden in the house, we have multiple areas where you can smoke outside including the second floor balcony. A penalty for smoking of the full sum of the security deposit will be charged for smoking.
