Wonderful Whispering Hills

Quiet neighborhood home sleeps six. The home has a spacious large master bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub you can enjoy while watching the high definition TV with Blue Ray. Large kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, washer/dryer and large yard.

We are excited to welcome your fur babies, however we cannot accept cats.



You will feel at home here in Tucson when you stay at this newly remodeled three bedroom, two bath home located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown, I-10. Only 8 miles from the University of Arizona with a selection of excellent restaurants close by. The master bedroom suite has its own indoor jacuzzi tub with a high definition TV and free cable/Blu-Ray. French doors open onto a private patio with a full backyard that includes a swing set for the kids. A spacious kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Comfy queen bed in the guest bedroom and two twin beds in the kids room. We have a second high definition TV in the living room and a full dining room table that seats six. A full washer and dryer are included, along with a coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, and kitchenware. We require a minimum of three days stay but offer discounts for the full week. Come enjoy this incredible weather and unique landscape.



You have your own private front entrance and private back yard. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood; however, you have the extra security of an additional locking security rod iron screen door.



Plenty of privacy, including a private back yard and patio. The owners live nearby and are available to answer any questions about the property 24/7.



The Whispering Hills Subdivision is located in an ideal location for those who want their solitude but who also want easy access to shopping, downtown, I-10, hospitals, The University of Arizona, and our incredible Rillito bike path (which is within walking distance).



Suntran has a bus top within walking distance and taxi service is always available.



If the property is tentatively booked for a date you are interested in, please send an inquiry as we often book well in advance for married family members who may or may not occupy the residence during the dates you are looking for.

Fantastic Tucson stay

Home Base

Perfect home base while we explored Saguaro National Park and parts of Tucson. Kid friendly, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for four adults and 3 kids 5 and under!

Great house, great location

Located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. The house was perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Our host (Leslie) was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great Stay

Home was very spacious, and convenient. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home, it's evident that it has been updated, and the kitchen was well stocked, which is important to me. The TV was easy to navigate, and my Granddaughter and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

Wonderful place for our annual Tucson trip to buy beads.

House was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and a very quiet neighborhood. Leslie was prompt in responding to questions. About 15 minutes from Downtown. A perfect place for our annual trip for the Gem and Mineral show. Hope to be back next year.

Good for two nights but not two months

Kitchen inventory list long but lacking some basics like covered garbage can, containers which can go in microwave to cook vegetables with water, no broiler pan for oven. Mold smell in washing machine area. Reported and owner sprayed with nice aroma which didn't last. We reported bugs which they said would get sprayed. I had rash the entire time we stayed there. Owners are very pleasant people. New heating system which really doesn't heat the house evenly. January was freezing. House was spotless when we arrived,

Great house, wonderful hosts

Spacious and comfortable house that is great for families with kids. I can't vouch for the other beds but the master was really comfy. The hosts were very responsive and nice. I recommend staying here.

Very spacious, upgraded Tucson home.

We usually stay at one of Tucson's many golf resorts when visiting, but this time, as our dog was coming along, we decided to find a house. This house was perfect for our family, and large yard with the big shade tree, made our dog happy. The owners have done a very nice job with the upgrades, the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make a family meal, including name brand appliances and cookware. It was especially nice to have the barbeque in the back yard! All of the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The master bathroom is a nice retreat with a jacuzzi tub, satellite television and large windows with a view of the back yard and porch. We will definitely stay at this home again!

Perfect Family Retreat

My husband had a work conference that took our family to Tucson for a week. We try to bring the family with us whenever we can, but I was a little worried this time that my 3 teenagers would be hard to please. I was so surprised with how well the trip turned out! The housing arrangements were just perfect and we were able to enjoy our time as a family in the evening. During the day my children were close enough to a mall and had many fun outings together. The amenities were well maintained and met a high standard. I especially loved the kitchen where I could cook. The only thing that would have made this trip better was if I could have brought our dog with us. However we were lucky enough to see their lovely pair of tortoises in the back. This was definitely worth the stay.

Absolutely perfect!

I recently needed to rush out to Tucson to visit a family member in the hospital. At a time like that no one wants to worry about low quality housing arrangements. Not only did I not have to worry but the experience felt therapeutic in its own way. I was able to invite several family members over to visit and all of them were highly impressed with the quality and tranquility. I will always be returning to this relaxing and well maintained home and suggest it to all of my friends.

We have been in Tucson all of our lives and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about Tucson, Tombstone, Old Tucson, Phoenix, Prescott, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, etc.

The Refrigeration and Heating unit is brand new. The attic has all new insulation so this home stays cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
